I know Katie and Tonya got into it a few years back but other than that I haven't heard of anyone disliking her. She's an easy person to like.
tj, I want Theo to come back! It seems unlikely though, because his comedy career seems to be taking off and he's probably in his 30s now.
Yeah I thought of them after I posted it, haha...I always took Mark to be this superhuman exception, though. There are 25-year-olds who wish they looked half as good as Mark does at 39.

I long for the days when I used to love TRW more than the challenges. Ugh. Ever since Denver, I have been in this funk. lol.
I doubt it will be two months. Cancun will most likely finish in September, so I think the challenge may air in mid September.
Two months is mid September. ;)

Lol I could be dumb sometimes. I don't understand how Johanna, Ibis, and Casey all did bad but made it very far! why is that?
I always enjoyed challenges more. I've never actually watched an entire season of RW all the way through, without missing an episode. I have probably seen every episode now (from Hawaii on) through reruns and marathons, but I usually start forgetting or I'm out or what not. Or with seasons like Denver and Austin, I lose interest.
I am very excited for the Ruins though. I still can't get over the cast they assembled.

That's exactly how I've always been too. I watched all of San Diego and from Philly through Sydney I would watch the first 4 or 5 episodes and then lose interest (I think that was because of the half hour episodes). Hollywood was when I decided I would start recording them and follow along.
I have high hopes for the Ruins! Let's hope it exceeds my expectations!

Once you find out the format, you will know why that is ;)
Just wanted to add that the hour format along with the dailies is a genius idea for MTV. I hated the half an hour episodes because I thought they would NEVER end. I swear, Sydney was the longest season of RW ever.
I didn't mind the challenges because I never wanted them to end. lol.
TJ I agree. Although, I think Brooklyn would have been better as 1/2 hour.
Ehhh, I still like the hour format but I think if we had more episodes there would have been more Baya.
I am so ready! I am excited for Kim, Katie, Syrus, veronica, Tonya, and Brad. I think I remember something about Ruthie possibly being on, did she get asked?

That's how I felt with Denver... I started watching it when it premiered and then like 3 months later saw it was on, and thought to myself, "This **** is still on? ******* they need to make these shows an hour." I'm glad they are all an hour now, but The Island probably would have worked better as a half hour.
The Ruins is still going to be an hour long, correct?
I think Syrus is funny. I can't wait to see what he will say when he sees all the new people. I remember on Inferno 1, he said something like : "I come and I see alot of 18 year old kids and I'm old enough to be their dad".
With TJ being the host so long, it may be weird if there's a new host. But a new host would be cool too. Eric Nies will be a good host just like the old days.
I liked TJ on the earlier challenges, but now he has 3 things that he says and that's it. Plus let's not forget his hate for quitters. I would have loved to have seen him host the original BotS where half the cast quit. He probably would have stormed off!
I wish they'd bring Mirra or Mosley back. :(
So anyway, I wonder if there's going to be a pre-show type special for The Ruins or if we'll just see footage of it on RW: Cancun's reunion show.

I completely agree. As I've said before, it seemed like earlier, he used to actually provide commentary. Now, it's just the same lines over and over.
