Its a net gain for both of us (a bit bigger for Burrested) but I think it is fair (if White keeps injuries in check and performs like a number 1 WR.) Newton was just sitting on my bench and he needed a QB.
Objecting to a trade, not on the merits but because of next weeks game is a little petty if you ask me! ;)

Definitely a gain for both of us. AJ Green is a stud this year and he shouldn't be on anyone's bench, so it will be nice to start him every week now. Not to mention Kolb has been anything but spectacular for me at QB. Newton will be a very nice upgrade.
Funny how fast things can change. I would of been offended if you offered me this deal prior to week 1, now it is a pretty fair trade lol.

Same idea with my team. Rogers gets me 30 points and then I patch a few points here and a few points there for the rest - which is not enough.
Unlike baseball were with good managerial skills you can piece together a team off of the WW, football is all about the draft as there are only a few studs at each position (vs. say 10+ MLB first basemen that will rake.)
I failed at the draft (and then to add insult to injury, lost my first pick.) There are no RBs on the WW that are going to pull down 15-20 points a game, every game (rather 6 or 7 points here and 2 or 3 points there.) Same goes for WR (which we need three in a limited field.) Thus it is continual feast or famine while attempting to get the hot hands in the lineup in hopes that everything works out.
Next year I will definitely rethink my draft strategy...

That grab was a gift considering the sad state of affairs in my RB core.
I knew the other two teams in front of me on the WW were not going to grab him so I slept well last night. ;)

No apparently I can't count :blush:... I don't remember it being set up this way last year. I guess it would be top 4 then, which leaves the wiggle room for squeezing into the wild card pretty slim. B will have to beat me to earn a division leader spot :training1:
