I really like this Heroes vs Villains idea, I think it could be really marketable if done right. I decided to challenge myself and see if I could create another 32 cast member season without anyone from the first cast I made. The first one was significantly better, but it would still be decent with the generational/era gap amongst the cast members (even if some of them are pure fantasy picks!), you could definitely create a hybrid of the two and it would be just as good.

Some people are interchangeable, like Kim, who was a hero on Duel 2 but a complete ***** on her season.
At first glance, the Villains are considerably weaker, but if they were to dwindle down to Dustin, Ty, Tyler, Jenn, and Nany (maybe even some outliers like Kim, Ashley, Ayiiia, Adam, and Karamo as well), they could be quite a formidable team.
What did Stephen(Denver) did that was villainous? I'm just curious. He is one of those cast members that are easily forgettable like Jose(Key West).

That girl cast is amazing, it's sad that we won't see what Ashley, Baya and Ashlee can bring to the table. I feel like Julie can be interchangeable, it was crazy how she changed from a mormon "good girl" to a crazy phsyco like that. She was tv gold.
I disagree a little on what you consider to be a villain. There's some people, like Nany, that may be crazy and a bad ***, but I don't really consider them to be a villain.
I feel like Brianna is such a sweet girl and doesn't deserve to be in the villains, but the others I can understand why.

I vaguely remember him having issues with Davis.

Nany was more to balance the teams out. She walks around acting like a "bad *****", and she does start a lot of fake drama so I thought Villain was a slight stretch, but mildly appropriate.
Bri's debatable too. She probably deserves to be on the Heroes, but I felt for drama purposes that putting her and Kim on the same team was a good idea. Plus there's this.
I think there's an argument for many people the blur the line between hero and villain. CT for example, he definitely was a villain years ago, but then look at his hero edit on Rivals.

^^ Kenny&Evan are the winners, Johnny and Jenn are a good couple too. I would like if all couples are either girl/guy pairs (Bananas&Paula, CT&Cara Maria, Nany&Dustin, Wes&Ev etcc) or girl&girl and guy&guy pairs and winners are one from girl and from guy pairs. I think mixed is little bit unfair

My thought was make it Rivals-styled. Alternate between male/male, female/female, and male/female days. 12 eliminations, 6 teams in the final (2 of each gender match-up). 3 teams would win, 6 winners total.

Ah I see, that's much more fair then. Winners are Even & Kenny, Cara & Laurel and Johnny & Jenn
Okay, I've rarely due these but after watching the first episode of Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge this crossed by mind for a potential Duel III. I'm also using something from Big Brother. Here's my thought...a duel is supposed to be a contest between 2 people typically to settle a point of honor. Let's actually see 2 people go head to head. But here's how I think it should be cast then I'll get into the rules.
Casting starts as normal with production making their first and second rounds of availability calls. Once they determine who is willing to do a challenge they start be selecting 3 of the best competitors and 3 of the best strategic players. Everyone will disagree with who falls into those categories but let's start with...
Men
Competitors
Landon-Philadelphia
CT-Paris
Darrell-Campus Crawl
Strategists
Wes-Austin
Johnny-Key West
Mark-First Adventure
Women
Competitors
Laurel-FM2
Emily-DC
Rachel-Campus Crawl
Strategists
Veronica-Semester at Sea
Susie-Down Under
Coral-Back to NY
Yes, this is "veteran heavy" but I'm just using this as a starting ground. Following production making their selections they allow "the fans" to vote to fill out the remaining cast. Anyone that is willing to participate is posted and, like with Big Brother All-Stars, the fans vote to determine who will be added to the cast to take on the best of the best. Production then will take the top 5 people of both ***es per the voting. In addition, they will send an additional person from the most recent season of The Real World to ensure they're introducing new cast members. Something that has been a problem in the past (see NOLA2). This gives us 12 guys and 12 girls for a total of 11 episodes as only 2 people make the final. Duel = 2.
Now, going back to the broken skull challenge. Each "mission" will be a bracket where players will go head to head in rounds to determine the winner of the mission. Pure competition. The "missions" will be set to different categories much like the elimination rounds in Season 2 (Mental, Physical, Endurance & Strategy) with the winner of the mission getting to pick of member of their *** and the opposing *** to go into the Duel. The winner is also given the ability to set the bracket for the following mission but will not be notified of the "category" prior to making the bracket. The first bracket will be determined by a random draw.
So, for example, Emily & CT win the first mission. Emily selects Wes. CT then picks Johnny & Coral. Emily picks Susie. Using this order the person of the same *** that won always gets to set the matchup based on the decision of the other winner. Winning missions will put a target on your back but allows you complete power. How it should be IMO.
This sets up perfect drama with legit alliances and will create a ton of very ****** off people. Just spitballing here
