what else would they do.... missions are supposed to decide who goes in
He means it only decides who goes in from the team between the bloodline or the alum. A member of the winning team is still going home so that's why the challenges are pointless. The only strategy is the whole girl/guy elimination day thing.
At least in old team seasons they were competing for a 10,000 or something for their bank account. There's no incentive for the players to try hard during the daily missions.
Graphik is right that they very well could have conspired to screw Kelly Anne over. Even Johnny and Vince at the end were surprised by the winner. Doesn't matter anyway though with how dumb the elimination was. I wouldn't even give Kelly Anne credit if she did beat Jenna

They probably did. Wouldn't be the first time they pulled that shit. Inferno 2 anyone?

My thing is what a coinkydink that Zach comes in the very next week....I could see if it was obvious that Jenna won (like her elimination with Larissa or eliminations where there's a clear winner) but the winner of this one was decided by TJ announcing the times.
They've done this plenty of times (Veronica v.s. Jodi like Debut said, Rivals 1 where they gave Laurel/CM the physical elimination with Jonna/Jasmine breaking the elimination order they were going by, the whole Ex-ile switchup as soon as John/Nany went in, etc.) so the "conspiracy theory" shit can be put to rest. This is a SHOW first and foremost but there's plenty of cheating & rigging in actual sports as well so either way it's a possibility.

smh at you complaining about the exiles not being complete shit.

??? What are you talking about? And where is the complaining about the exiles? I wrote ONE **** sentence about the exiles & that's complaining?
The exiles were 100% legit. Jodi could have beat Veronica but she is too much of a queen to be beaten that easily, that was a fair elimination. Veronica could have beaten Jodi in the game Tonya/Julie played, and beaten Jodi in the spinning wheel elimination. I would put my money on Jenna for the pushing door and tugging rope challenge vs. KA. Jenna has skills, she probably would have lasted longer sitting on that bamboo.

I don't believe this theory of yours about wanting to keep Jenna because Zach/Jenna aren't really an entertaining/drama filled couple for them to want them both there. I would understand if it was like Cara/Abe in those position or another challenge couple that would bring drama/entertainment with eachother but Zach/Jenna are not it, they were calm on Exes 2.
This is also Jenna's third elimination so would they be rigging every elimination she was in or just try rigging every one she was voted into just to have her and Zach on screen together? Nah no one really cares about them frankly. It was a stupid elimination that could have gone either way and even though I'm way more into KellyAnne than Jenna I highly doubt they are rigging things for her of all people. Jenna won fair and square even though I think the elimination should have been something physical.

If you mean that Face Off on the Island no way. Pretty sure KellyAnne is a contortionist so she had that in a bag.

you mean the bamboo on the island? lol no way jenna wins that. did you not see rachel crumbling muscle by muscle holding on for her dear life? jenna would probably drop before robin

Yeah, the missions are pointless. They are only relevant for co-ed teams. If the red team wins the mission o a girls' day, Cara Maria knows she is safe from going home. Same if blue wins on a guys' day. Other than that, they kind play a factor for strategy and politics, but what I don't like is that this setup really encourages throwing challenges.
I didn't even mention Nany, but no, I don't feel like he could get out of that situation with Nany. Maybe he could have saved some sort of friendship by not saying her name. I dunno. Whatever the case may be, I do feel like he ****** KellyAnne over. Cory and Anthony voted Aneesa, which Bananas could have jumped right on. He was supposedly trying to keep Anthony around, so why say KellyAnne? Why not throw in Aneesa if he was attempting to keep KellyAnne around? Obviously the edit would have been the same, and the situation would have been no different, but point is.. He made promises that he intentionally didn't keep.
The thing is, I don't think John tried to throw the mission in order to help KellyAnne. He did it in order to throw Cara Maria and get rid of either Jenna/Brianna or Aneesa/Rianna. When planning to throw it, he tried to convince KA to vote in Aneesa, so why is he acting like he had to vote in KA because Aneesa was in his alliance?
Anthony is stupid to think helping him stay in the game had anything to do with it. It's funny that he tweeted that people who criticize him don't understand that it's a game. Exactly, Anthony, it's a game and you have absolutely no idea how to play it. You made a fool out of yourself.
But if you're gonna do this, you need to be Beth levels of entertaining & John has never been that & never will be that.
There are few Challengers with any genuine level of personality left - while Beth was acerbic and polarizing - entertainment value...when she decided he team was losing she had the balls to look them in the face sit down quietly, smile (<-- that is key) and say I DQ we lose - trying to hide it to save face is weak! Own it if you're going to do it

Jodi would've beaten Veronica in every one of those Infernos, except the one that they were given. I like Veronica but she was handed that elimination, there was nothing fair about it. Producers needed to give her the best chance at winning so they could keep the mean girls together. Veronica was a dancer all her life, there was no way any of the girls were gonna beat her in a competition of spinning.
Honestly, I enjoyed this season very much, despite me watching the sped-up, high-pitched version on youtube since MTV.com sucks balls. I also thing the two AYTO? teams have been enterntaining. I don't know how the ratings are going, but I hope if it does well, it inspires MTV to do more than just team challenges.
I maybe one of the few but I didn't mind Anthony in this episode. He showed promise if he would ever come back, took long enough but he finally got a personality

I didn't watch this episode just yet, but I dig his character. Hopefully he shows up for future seasons. He was a decent competitor.
I feel like since there are so many new people you need to give them another chance like its hard to prove yourself when you have so many new people and vets that need attention like I'm not even talking about rookie season after RW but first show in general. Also he is a favorite among actual people there so there much be more to him then what is shown

Yeah that person is crazy if they Jenna would win on the rack. Look at how flat Jenna's butt is. The bamboo/racks would be grating on her tailbone the entire time and probably end up causing permanent damage to her sciatic butt nerve and spinal chord from the lack Of *** fat and padding back there
yeah but the one time they tried that it failed
Regarding Vince trying to be a troll:
Ty did it better.

It was clear Jenna beat KellyAnne.
No rigged time announcment was needed.

ZzzZzzZ Anthony has no business coming back. #NEXT
says the one that wanted Jenna back after Exes 2...
Anthony did less than Jenna lol. At least she got a good number of confessionals. Anthony got like 4
All I'm saying is, give a ***** a chance. You don't know, he may be relavant on the next season he's on, if not, then he can be dropped.
