You are new here are likely are not aware that reality TV and the MTV family is in large part my business. I know far more about Greg, Will and the rest of this cast that you will see on your TV screen. While you may not care, when I write something about the production process it is based my personal experience in the business and often upon substantive info directly from those who cut the tape otherwise directly involved.
Whatever opinion I may have of Greg was formed long before I saw episode one based on conversations with people inside BMP and conversations with other former RW cast members who have encountered the Hollywood cast since the end of taping. I view each episode against the prism of prior knowledge of the opinions of the producers and storyline they have decided to exploit, whether or not it has any connection to what actually happened.
Let me make this as clear as I possibly can. No future saints will be seen on the Real World -- ever! This is a show about flawed young people who either demonstrate growth over several months of living together or they won't. Sara is no saint. Kim isn't. Dave isn't. Will isn't. Greg is simply a horrible casting mistake that many inside BMP readily acknowledge. He is not worthy of being called a flawed character because he is, simply put, a fraud.

As for differing opinions, I have not always shared the same view as the majority of members here... (I personally am a fan of Ashli) but to go out of your way to be insulting is just asking for trouble.

bacchus, i am glad you read up on me as well......and to keep the post on topic, the issue here is that everyone seems to think will is this great guy, but hes not. with greg, he wears his "*********" on his sleeve, but will seems to project this nice-guy image, when, in fact, things shown on the show and in the realworlddailies clips point to the opposite. the "normal" viewer only has this information to go on, and since i view these castmates as characters, i am going to go by what i see, not how many interviews they grant me, or how much i may know about them personally. to be honest, i dont care what they're like outside of the show.
