I believe he said that he wouldn't be doing any challenges but a narcissist like him can't avoid the spotlight.
Of course I can see BMP/Mtv, as much as they dislike him now, weighing the pros and cons as Greg is a polarizing figure both ways. Although I can't see him getting along with anybody or lasting past the first elimination as he'll have a huge target painted on his back. V1man would probably have a little more insight on the matter.
