The Big Brother 10 site is up and the rumors were wrong except Jessie (could you imagine the first girl on the show wow). But seriously, could we ever get one hispanic on the show. The average age for BB10 will be 33.46... Average age for BB9... 26.31 So a difference of 7 years. Not bad at all.

My brain did not want to participate in that exercise, but really wanted the results. The 75 year old guy is totally throwing off the mean though. I wonder what it would be if you got rid of the highest and lowest from each season and then the two highest and two lowest from each season? Oh ya....I am pushing it now....lol.

Without Gerry and Jessie, BB10's average is 30.73. Without Sheila and Chelsia, BB9's average is 26.86. Excluding James too (same age as Chelsia) the average goes to 23.86. Still, it's a decent age difference. And it's no prob Bacchus, I'm a numbers person. :)

Even without Jerry, the cast still skews a good amount older and if we look only at the most center ages it continues follow the trend. This cast is without a doubt older. P.s. I was kidding about that last request (of course, lol. We'd need actual birthday's.)

The median age (age smack in the middle if you put them in order) for BB10 is 29. For BB9 it was 25. There were four 23 year olds then- Matt, Alex, Amanda, and Sharon.

It's interesting to break down the cast like that- I can't believe how different the ages are. This year could be very interesting because of the difference between GENERATIONS, or it could be boring because older people tend to be settled more (plus there are a lot of married people, which breaks off a lot of showmances).

lol...yes, to us reality/TV geeks... That's something they should teach in school is how to add up ages for a reality show.
