This is my first post, and I just want to say I respect and am entertained by all of the opinions posted here. Even though there are quite a few I completely disagree with, and even though I'm not too crazy about the way some of the responses are worded. But that just may be because I'm too thin-skinned! But you guys are awesome. Insider, if it helps, I do agree with most of your posts reagrding Robin and some of the other women who have displayed just as atrocious behavior but do not get called out for it. Robin has been, countless times in numerous seasons, in front of the camera Whiskey Marying (she needs to stop smoking!) about her sexual history and going into intimate details, generally kissing and telling. She has caused numerous conflicts because she has what seems like a drinking problem, or is just a nasty drunk (before I get accused of slander). She too, screwed her way through a Challenge if she really wants to go there with Johanna (remember Mark in BOTS?) She has demonstrated ignorant behavior more than once, calling someone the n-word and insulting Aneesa. So WHY does she not get the "bad guy" tag? Is it because she's just that clueless/dumb? I gagged when I heard she had been assigned to a "Good Guys" team. I don't hate Robin, but I just don't see how she isn't considered just as sleazy as some of the guys. And don't get me started on Paula. Her drunken confessional about Dunbar was cringe-worthy. I cannot dislike her for some reason, as there is something about her that seems very genuine. But she just seems, well, sleazy.
Matty, first, welcome. It's always great to see anyone's first post be both intelligent and so well crafted. I hope you continue to contribute and I, for one, promise to remember that you are a novice in the thick-skin department. I think you may misread people here just a little. Most would not disagreed about Insider's your characterization of Robin's behavior. Most of us find it odd, unpleasant, inappropriate or sicking, in various degrees. In fact, if you read far back into the pre-show spoilers, there is an indication of Robin's future behavior on the show. The "old-timers" here are very aware of, and perhaps have already discounted, her bad (******) behavior yet to come. What most of us have focused on more recently, as we have viewed episodes one and two, is Johnny and Kenny's behavior and our individual reactions to it. It fairness to "Insider," she smartly defends Kenny by attempting to distract our attention away from him by pointing out the similar behavior in Robin and the other women. It is a tactic of merit that I've seen in the courtroom from opposing counsel, and have used myself on occasion. She, however, does not hold the franchise on intelligent repartee. Many of us agreed in part, or wholly with her points regarding the women, but we had no intention of allowing that discussion to dilute our disdain engendered by Johnny and Kenny. Hence, in our replies, we may have tended to discount her points in favor of the full blast of "hate" we feel toward any display of misogyny (recognizing that on this singular point, Insider and I have respectfully agreed to disagree). Again, welcome. (ps. Bacchus is in charge of the thick-skin vaccination program, in case any of us become out of control in responding to you.)

I found what I was looking for
KellyAnne was diagnoised with ADD at a young age as she was easily distracted at the most random of times which resulted in a variety of medication she took growing up until she saw a nutritionist who prescribed natural medicine. This greatly affected her in considering a career in natural medicine as she feels a lot of parents, including hers, are made to feel that if they don’t give their children the medicine they are recommended that they are bad parents so she wants to show parents and kids that there are other options. During the Sydney Real World she would break out in random laughter and seemed unstable during the season which caused issues that she would usually run away from in a normal setting but being in The Real World house forced her to confront them a la Brooke from The Real World Denver.
Source: KellyAnne Judd is Nervous About The Real World Sydney Premiere on MTV in 2 Weeks | MM Agency I didn't pick up on her having any "issues" like Brooke during the Sydney season. I guess because they didn't show any of the roommates reacting to those issues.

Speaking of KellyAnne and Johnny a poster over in the TVgasm talkbacks indicates there is a new Daily with KA and Ev discussing the origin of the name and the misogyny of Johnny Bananas - in short saying he is not well endowed and him actually using a banana as a substitute - anyone know this to be true?

My question wasn't necessarily "is that the truth?", it was "is this the proper account of how he got his nickname (or was there some other reason)?" and "was this account really in the dailies? (can't watch it here at work at the moment))

Thanks guys
Paula got into it with Johnny on the Key West season. And, she pretty much said that "little Johnny" is indeed little as well.
A female saying a guy is not well endowed is like a guy saying a female has a flat chest--which is the tactic Johnny used to attack KA several episodes ago. It's immature. I don't know whether or not Johnny has a little member, but he does seem to avoid hooking up on the challenges. So maybe he is hiding something. However, if he is, can you judge a guy based on the size of his manhood? I'd rather judge johnny based on his behavior. I don't want to say that he is a dog or a pig because i actually like those animals.
Paula got into it with Johnny on the Key West season. As far as the size of his ***** goes... I don't care. I have no intention of ever seeing it. :) To be fair... Johnny said that KA looked like she put a hose in her mouth and deflated everything BUT her chest. lol I found that humorous.. personally. Rude, yes. Immature, yes. FUNNY though. Again, I have no need for KA's *******.. so I really don't care what they look like either.
I'm not sure if this belongs in the spoiler section or not. But I'm afriad of visiting that section because I don't want to get spoiled. Anyway, there's a clip of Ashli yelling at Robin because Robin said 'go backstage roookie.' And Robin is up there apologizing and crying in the clips. I think Ashli is out of line and she is only talking shit to Robin because she probably perceives Robin as being weak. I've seen Kenny and Johnny say worst things and no one is calling them out. And throughout the years we've seen Coral, Tina, Rachel, Veronica, and Theo talk shit to rookies. Ashli needs to get off her high horse and stop acting as if Robin put rice in her underwear and threw a bucket off beer on her.

No worries. I would have said and done far worse to Robin. There is nothing written down that says rookies must take **** from veterans, especially from drunk, drugged out ones who forget they are not at cheerleading camp (Just stop the clapping, Robin). She has no license to order anyone around on The Island, but when she drinks that is what she always does (the Robin knows best syndrome), which happens just before the crying jag, which is usually followed by the barfing event and then passing out. No fan of Ashli here, but I understand her frustration with the deck that is stacked againt her and the mistreatment of some of the rookie women which the major alliance pretends is good game play. BS.

I've missed a lot today. (Im sooooooo ill) Here's my 2 cents anyway... I think MTV needs to chilll with the alcohol. It sends a TERRIBLE message to society. I realize at least half of these people are annoying without it, but it def exacerbates the situation. I'm really starting to become disgusted with the show.
But did you see the clip? Robin is explaining herself and apologizing and Ashli starts going into a rant about how old Robin is. I'm just saying if Rachel or even Johnny said something like that Ashli wouldn't say anything. And I can't imagine if any other veteran would apologize to Ashli in the first place. If you watch the other clips, you see Robin defending KA when Johnny is teasing her. And you see Robin being nice to Ev and trying to get her participate. I don't know maybe it's a different opinion. But I think Ashli is overreacting and she should have let it go, when Robin first came to her with an apology.

Just because Robin was nice to KA and Ev doesn't mean she was nice to Ashli. What kind of logic is that? All we're seeing is a clip. Ashli and Robin may have had an ongoing problem. I mean which one of them has a history of getting drunk and going off at the mouth it's not Ashli.

After Dave apparently threatened someone with physical harm while drunk, they took away the hard liquor and left the with rationed beer and wine. Good call, but a little late. Almost every reality show knows the open bars means almost instant drama and conflict. Just because others do it, does not make it right.

And when Ashli accuses Robin of being a ***** to her, immediately Robin asks her 'when have I been a ***** to you'? And Ashli didn't answer her question. Maybe my point isn't very clear. If Ashli is going to use "the poor rookie" card then I think she should use it with everyone else. I think Ashli is only getting loud with Robin, because robin is probably one of the few people who would actually apologize. Even on this challenge, we've seen Kenny and Johnny say worst shit to people. And I don't see anyone else getting up in their faces. Where was her all anger when Johnny bananas threw rice in her underwear and poured stale beer all over her? Man and even in today's clip, Ashli is still yelling over one sentence that Robin already apologized for. She's just overreacting because she knows she can do that with Robin.

When Ashli cuts her foot she says it's bad karma for being mean to Robin.. people around her seem to agree. I think Ashli realizes she went too far. We have to remember these people are not eating properly, drinking alcohol, and are in an otherwise antagonistic setting. Personally, I'm tired of all the whining... However, if it were me, I'd be worse. ****. Infact, I'd not be there in the first place. :)

But i remember seeing Ashli on a few dailies talking about how she's not able to drink.

I'm sure Ashli was drinking. (legally or otherwise) I don't believe alcohol is an excuse for anything. These people know the affects it has on them, and they choose to consume it anyway. For that reason, they should take responsibilities for their actions. I was young once. I drank too much and acted irresponsibly. I knew exactly how stupid it made me act.. It's just too bad that seeing this sort of thing on tv doesn't discourage youth.. but encourages them.
Incase anyone actually cares, the drinking age in Panama is 18. My source is right here: Panama Beer & Alcoholic Beverages - Articles and Information by Our Law Firm
