I don't think that's Landon's real Myspace on the first page. I remember his real Myspace page, which he linked on his official website, was /landocommandorocks. And it's been gone for a while now.

Here is how I would rate the competitors on paper, not taking into account any of the spoilers or anything that I've read. [B]GIRLS [/B]1. Tori- Very good all-around player, I don't see any of the other girls taking her out head-to-head. 2. Rachel- I think people vastly overrate her but kind of like Jodi on the first Duel, there's not much depth to compete with on the girls side 3. Diem- Very underrated in my opinion. She's a bit annoying but she won her share of challenges on the first Duel and is a good endurance runner. 4. Paula- A follower to say the least but she's a scrapper and her close ties with the stronger players in the game make her a threat. 5. Robin- She's a physically strong chick but I don't really think she's playing with a full deck between the ears. 6. Ruthie- I think she's a tad overrated as a competitor but she's a very likable personality. 7. Jenn- A lot of talk but no walk most of the time as a competitor but I like her as a person. 8. Brittni- For some reason, out of all the weak players and unknown players, I think she has the potential to be the biggest darkhorse. She looks athletic. 9. Aneesa- She is about as athletic as a roll of toilet paper and isn't very strong for her size and it still baffles me as to how she made it to the last three on the first Duel. 10. Shauvon- I don't think she'll dominate when it comes to endurance events but she could be dangerous in events that pertain to size and strength, especially in elimination rounds. 11. Kim- I don't know, she just seemed like way too much of a "girly girl" on her season for me to see her doing well at a challenge. 12. Katie- If the Duels aren't how many packs you can smoke before puking or how many shots you can pound in an hour, then Katie is going home very early. 13. Brooke- Don't even know why she'd waste her time getting on the plane. [B]GUYS [/B]1. CT- If there's no *********** on this challenge, then nobody else has a chance in my opinion. 2. Landon- I think he's the only guy on this cast who matches up with CT all-around in terms of size, strength, speed, and overall athleticism. He could beat CT in a head-to-head final if it's long distance and endurance based. 3. Evan- Can't really stand the guy but I'll give the devil his due, he's one hell of a competitor. I think he can be easily intimidated and thrown off his game though, as was the case on the first Duel. 4. Derek- Wasn't really impressed with him on his first team challenge but maybe he'll fair better as an individual. You don't get recruited by that many colleges to play football unless you're a great athlete. 5. Dunbar- Seems to be a pretty big and strong guy, plus his short fuse could either really help him or really hurt him in an elimination round. 6. Mark- I don't think this dinosaur and his "Bow Flex body" can cut the mustard against the big dogs like a lot of people seem to be thinking for some reason. 7. Brad- Really cool guy, one of the most likable guys on the challenges but I think the talent pool is a little too deep this time around for him to skate to the end like last time. 8. Nick- Haven't seen him do a challenge yet but on his season, he looked to be in very good shape and seemed to be athletic. 9. Ryan- He isn't a threat to win by any stretch of the imagination but I think he has the potential to do fairly well for himself in the challenges. He showed me a lot on Gauntlet 3 with the fight he put up against Nehemiah. 10. Adam- Very fast and agile but like he said on his last challenge, it ultimately almost always comes down to "who can beat up who and who can climb over who" 11. Davis- Wasn't really impressed with him on Inferno 3 and I think he'll be lunch meat for virtually anybody in a Duel. 12. Issac- Small guy and doesn't really seem like the serious, tenacious competitor that will do damage on one of these shows. 13. Eric- I can't take anybody as a serious threat if they can't swim more than 100 feet without having a heart attack.

For those of us who are friends with a few cast members on facebook or myspace, you can see to some extent which ones have been communicating with one another recently. It could mean nothing, but it could potentially be insight into who got along in NZ. I'm not going to be specific, but it's there to look for if you're interested.

My idea is Girls: 1. Diem- She did very well on Fresh Meat and on The duel. and if this challenge is like the first duel with the process of elimination, she'll make it by easily. 2. Paula- She has very strong alliances. She is also a very strong and fast player. 3. Robin- She is very big and strong. She could do really well on the physical challenges. 4. Rachel- I didn't see much out of her on The Island but in past events she's done really well. 5. Ruthie- She is older, slower, and weaker now. She is also very small. But she has a lot of heart. 6. Aneesa- Could do well in physical challenges, but i can see her going into the duel alot. 7. Jenn- Seems like a good competitor, tho i haven't seen it yet. 8. Katie- She is known to do really well in the infernos/ gauntlets/ duels. 9. Brittini- I didn't see her that much on her season, but seems pretty athletic. 10. Tori- Got by in the gauntlet 3 easily. She is a bit of a wimp. 11. Kimberly- Seemed very weak and girly on her season. 12. Shauvon- Can't see her doing much. 13. Brooke- There is no point of he even coming. Boys: 1. Landon- One of the only people who can take out CT. Plus he's the fastest and most athletic. 2. CT- Definety the best competitor. He is the biggest, strongest and one of the fastest. The only problem is his temper. (Davis is on the challenge) 3. Mark- On gauntlet 2. No one wanted to go up against him. He is very strong. He is the oldest cast member though. 4. Evan- Very athletic. Did really well on Fresh Meat. but there are a lot of people on this challenge that can beat him in a duel. 5. Brad- Came in second on the last duel. He is probably more determined this challenge. 6. Derek- He was scouted to play football for colleges. but [B]he lost to Ryan in a gauntlet.[/B] 7. Nick- He looks like he is athletic 8. Dunbar- He might be big, but he didn't prove anything on the island 9.Davis- He is fast, which was proven on his inferno against Danny. He is very strong though. 10. Isaac- He doesn't look like he can do much except party. 11. Adam- He is fast. I don't know if he can beat anybody in a physical duel. 12. Eric- Fat and slow. this was proven on the gauntlet 3. He could beat people in a duel like push me. 13. Ryan- I still don't know why the producers invite him to compete.

ballinbroken, just as I wrote above, thanks for the entertainment... :pleasantry: I'm thinking that when the challenge airs we should have a weekly thread that repeats some of the "opinions" from this thread. We can match these opinions with facts from the challenge. It could be lively and very colorful as people seek to defend their prior views against the harsh light of New Zealand reality -- while the rest of us just throw rocks (well, maybe we'll just throw words :) )

This is insane to get on here for the first tme in many months and see all these new names that have surpassed me in posts by a couple hundred.

Here's my two cents on the finalized cast. Girls Kim - I think she'll do very well for herself socially and she'll be a strong competitor. Shauvon - WTF? Giant jello *****? On a challenge? Brooke - I like Brooke. She brings drama and drama is always good. Jen - When is this girl going to grow out her eyebrows? It's unflattering. Paula - Not to be rude but, I hate this ***king ho bag. Go away. Rachel - She bothers me for some reason. I also think she's overrated. Tori - I've had a deep hatred for her ever since Viewer's Revenge. I can't seem to let it go. Katie - I love Katie. I'm going to watch this challenge just because because of her. Robin - She's right down there with Trisha and Tori, I'm afraid. Diem - I know I must be the only one but I love Diem. I just hope she'll be more competive this time around. Aneesa - Completely uninterested. Ruthie - YES! YES! YES! YES! ***KING YES! Brittini - Completely uninterested. Boys Brad - As always he'll be a great competitor. But is he good for the drama? No. Mark - MARK! I have a giant crush on this guy! If I ever meet him I'll jump him before he has time to escape! Adam - He looks like a goblin but he'll do well for himself physically and socially. Dunbar - Dunbar is in a category of his own. Trisha looks like an angel beside this waste of television footage. He seems like he could be intimidated easily by the veterans. Evan - GO AWAY. Ryan - Why is he even on these challenges? All he does is make out. And as much as that's entertaining to watch it it's not what a challenge is about. Davis - Completely uninterested. Nick - YAY! He'll be a great competitor. CT - ...am I missing something here? Why is he back, AGAIN? Go to anger management, go to intense therapy and then maybe you would be emotionally qualified to return to a challenge. Isaac - I love him and he's incredibly entertaining to watch but he doesn't seem like a decent competitor. I'm guessing he's one of the first to go home. Landon - Who is this guy? Dereck - Completely uninterested. Eric - What is going on over at BMP? What made them choose Eric of all people? Replacements M.J - Not him, AGAIN. Boring as ***k. Nehemiah - Completely uninterested. Is Parisa ever going to do a challenge? I love that girl. Is it likely that Beth would ever do a challenge again, considering she's married and is now a mother? Would David Leech ever make an appearance on a challenge again?

Beth has informed BMP that she will accept another challenge invitation if the timing and challenge concept is right for her (she would not do an "Island" challenge), and if she is not under contract to another network. Perhaps Bacchus can inform us all of Parisa's current thinking regarding the challenges.

[/quote] Right now Parisa is touring with her music, doing bikram yoga to keep in shape (mentally & physically) and living her life beyond the show. I don't see her doing a challenge in the near term, although I wouldn't totally rule it out...

This is what I think about people based on just what I think considering I don't look at spoilers at all. Girls Kim - Don't like her. I would rather see Briana from Hollywood. Shauvon - Along with the rest of the Sydney cast, I don't like her. Brooke - YAY! I want her to do well... (not that she will) Jen - YAY! I love her!! I hope she makes it far. Paula - Blech, I used to like her, until she was shoved down my throat for the past like 5 seasons. Rachel - I loved her on the parts of Campus Crawl I watched. She was good on all challenges I've seen her on. I think she will get to at least the final 4. Tori - I really hated her on VR and G3. Katie - I want to see her do a duel while smoking just like on the Inferno. She should do well if she can pull out Duel wins like they were Infernos. Robin - I don't like her but I want her to win a challenge. Not this one though. Diem - I respect her, but not enough to want her to win. Aneesa - YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYA! Go Aneesa. Hey Flamen Brad does have a very good job outside of these shows and does not need this. He says all the time that he does it for the experience.

I was thinking the other day, what makes people "stronger then other people?" and I really don't think that any specific person is always better then everyone else. Because there are people we haven't seen in team missions and some people we haven't seen in individual missions, and even then, the missions sometimes cater to a persons abilities then another mission to someone elses. So I wonder if I really think that Landon was/is the best out of the guys who competed in the Duel 2. CT is strong too but he obviously has his weak points. Just like everyone else. And although Ruthie being small puts her at a disadvantage, you can't count her out all the time just because of that. And I have read the spoilers, just so you know. What does everyone here think?

The first couple names down the list where it says past challenges, it doesn't even list all of the challenges they have been on. WTF? I have only looked at Adams, Brad, & CT's but its all wrong. Adam it says Adam was only in the Battle of the Sexes 2 & Gauntlet 3. Adam was also in the Gauntlet 2. If Adam was only in two challenges, that would have made him a rookie instead of a vet on G3. It has all of Brad's challenges except for the Inferno 2 & Gauntlet 2. On CT's they forgot to Duel. Whoever writes these needs to check for information before putting it online for the public. I haven't checked the rest nor do I have time, just thought I would point that out.
