Thats true. But lets hope that they stick to their guns this time. I mean, Abram didn't really seem to be his old self on The Island, unless we didn't get to see it. CT will never change. He never has and he never will sadly.

Well, this time it is what they told the cast in New Zealand. I'm going to hold them to their word.
BMP and MTV would be totally insane to invite him back again. If they did, I would take the case [I]pro bono[/I] of any cast member who wished to sue.

Where was this action in inferno 3 when he clocked Davis? Poor guy...I wonder if Adam got it worse. Most likely cause he fought back, right?
This is probably the wrong section to post in it but what is CT's problem with Adam? I refused to watch Paris because it bored me to death so I never really seen anything but the clips. You know the one where CT says hes gonna "work him".

The difference is that Adam called a highly experienced cast member who suggested immediate representation within a matter of minutes of the event and I'm not aware that Davis did anything, considering he was in South Africa at the time. As I've written here before in other threads, I'm unable to discuss anything on this subject due to a client privilege.

I think his wording was just a bit different. There are six winners, but V1 stated that there are 3, meaning 3 girls win and 3 guys win.
I really hope Aneesa/Rachel/Tori are the three to make it. They were three of my favorites going into it along with Jenn and Katie, so them making it kind of makes me happy.
Props to Diem for making it this far. With the level of competition this time around, I didn't think she stood a chance. And good job to Brittni, although hearing that she has only been in one Duel does not make me appreciate her as much as Kim.

As much as I hate Evan for doing what he did to Coral (who is my absolute favorite), Katie, and Beth , he really is athletic and pulls his weight on these things. I would rather him not win but can't say he does not "deserve it".
I wish CT would have stuck around, it would have made things more interesting.

Coral is my absolute fave, along with Katie and Beth ahaha. He is athletic and does good so thats why I don't say he should leave. it wouldn't be fair.
CT for me never makes things entertaining. Sure he bring drama, but he is just an alcoholic jerk and I can't enjoy his antics or what he brings to the game.
I don't think CT's elevator goes to the top floor. I know people with anger and rage issues, but whatever his deal is, it goes way beyond that. He needs serious evaluation because he has a definite screw loose. I'm not trying to be funny, but he seems like bi-polar or schitzo. When Abe got kicked off twice, he was at least somewhat provoked and antagonized. CT is random & nutty when he goes off, just look at what he did to Davis. If he doesn't get help soon, I can see CT being in jail in the next couple years.

"Provoked" or "antagonized" is no excuse either under the law or within the terms of the contract.
People frequently forget or never understand that a contract binds to or more parties. BMP has a responsibility under the contract to provide security. Have a "repeat offender" present certainly suggests that any normal practice of due diligence would have resulted in a careful eye on past offenders, perhaps a specific conversation about past behavior, and increased on-set security. At least those would be the arguments I would be making in the appropriate forum.

Same here. I don't like Evan for what he did to Beth, Coral and Katie, but he is a really great competitor.
I like Evan more than CT, because CT was the mastermind that wanted to get rid of Beth, Coral and Katie. Evan just followed him.

I agree V1...and like I said before, these other cast members SHOULD take a stand and say 'No. We won't participate in a challenge with him.' (CT) But that will likely not happen.....
