Yeah the pictures were taken right before the challenge started, it was like a costume party. But still, you would think she would be unfriendly with them from the start.
BOTS3 would be great since it requires a large cast and the girls team always has a lot of drama. I'm still praying that Ellen and Emily would come back to do another challenge but i doubt it =(. They were one of the best female competitors....ever.
I'm just thankful there's a good amount of "veterans" on the upcoming challenge. I seriously cannot wait since "The Island" REALLY disappointed me.
LOL.....V1 I have to say I love how Rachel came to this challenge. IMO she deserves to act like the "HBIC" because she's the oldest female castmember (well both Ruthie and Rachel first challenge was Battle of the Sexes), and Rachel is the strongest girl there, once again just my opinion. Hey but we know how it will all end....so it will be interesting to see if her approach helped her or not.
I also believe BOTS 3 will be or eventually become a challenge in the near future. The reason why is that everything since Inferno 3, seems to revolve around a Boy Vs Girl theme. On inferno 3, you had the good guys, angry at the good girls, because they didn't pick Ev or a tough girl. In RW: Sydney you had kelly, trish, shav, ashli vs the guys and Parisa. In RW: Hollywood there was a small seperation between Sarah and Kim vs the Guys and Bri. In The Island, there was a HUGE seperation between guys and girls. In RW:Brooklyn the theme seems like it's a Boys vs Girls. When you look back in history, before Battle of the Sexes 2, the Boy vs Girl theme seem to increase with each Challenege season. So BOTS 3 should eventually return.

Sometime last year I reported two things that started this BOTS ball rolling. It's probably time to refresh memories:
Following Gauntlet 3, Beth let BMP know that her preference for future challenge would be "Battle of the Sexes" because she thought it would be good TV: men vs women, following the interpersonal conflicts that came out of Gauntlet 3. Tick tick... They did The Island instead, tick tock... The audience forgets if you don't feed their interest quickly.
Later, during a business discussion with BMP on other matters, I raised the question of Battle of the Sexes with the senior VP for show development. Following up on Beth's lead, I argued for catching the market at its peak when cast availability and real interpersonal issues could make BOTS a ratings winner with the right cast. He clearly understood my point but countered that it is a very difficult show concept to stage because of the essential fairness that must exist in each competition. Lots of time and money did not mean to BMP that they would be successful in creating fairness under the Game Show Act. Their position is to do what is possible in a financially responsible way.
While I don't go out of my way to applaud BMP with particular frequency, if they say it's probably too tough to do right, perhaps we should pay better attention. Personally, I don't think it's impossible to do, but I don't have to work with their small challenge budget in the context of the New Depression economy. FYI, after hearing BMPs concerns, Beth said she would support whatever direction they wanted to go after Panama. (She was then asked to do Duel II, but apparently someone didn't know she was pregnant at the time).

So is this new challenge going to be something totally different or something previous such as another gauntlet or inferno?
I hope the BK cast is involved. I really want a BOTS 3 but I am excited to find out what it is. Has BMP already contacted the cast?

I know I'm dying without the challenges. I like watching them more than the Real World.
i remember a while ago, that v1man posted that syrus was at Beth's wedding and looked like he was in good shape. I really hope he comes back and does another challenge.

Tomorrow's episode is #10, right? If so, i'd say the last episode (excluding the reunion) would be 3.
Duel II is rumored to start on Apr 8. April 1 would then be the Brooklyn Reunion show, if it gets its own week. MTV could always show it after the final episode.
The Reunion Show taping is only a week away, so people should begin looking soon for the ticket announcements at MTV.com

As I remember, they did less than that for the Island, so I wouldn't not doubt them.

I agree with that. If they want good ratings they should show like a teaser/trailer like this week. RW Brooklyn and G3 had like a month of promotion so it would be good to start now.
Well based off the trailer it doesn't look like Adam was the innocent little victim people made him out to be at first. He was the one that kept taunting CT and he is the one who touched him first (twice actually) and it looked like he is the one who tried to throw the first punch.
What was CT saying at the end there, it sounded like "I want Evan to fight me"
A past MTV challenge winner said to me yesterday, "Why is CT even there? He does steroids for the three months before a challenge and then goes completely crazy... I'd let him punch me and then sue Bunim Murray" for intentionally endangering all of the cast."

My source was not Kenny, so now there are two past winners who have said it. I'm guessing that since reality TV has no Congressional constituency there will not be a Congressional investigation or drug testing by BMP.:dash2:
I would've believed it in the past but when CT had his shirt off in that one clip, that looked like more of a beer body than a steroid body to be 100% honest.
