Gauntlet 2 was a great cast, but it seemed as if the focus was only on a certain amount of people.
I want to say the cast for BOTS2 was good, but something happened that made the challenge boring overall.

Gauntlet 2 was boring.
Battle of the Sexes 2--are you kidding me? That was one of my favorite challenges.

I liked the G2 cast but I just thought it was boring. What other opinions do I disagree with?
It seems on most occasions you differ. I think it is kinda cool. Can you explain to me what you like about BOTS 2?
I think The Duel had a great cast in terms of physical competitiveness.

A lot of ppl thought BOTS2 was boring... but it still had a good mix of cast members.
It is about the cast but I was just showingthat even though I think the cast is good they still couldn't produce a good challenge. I think the dynamic was bad.

I'm probably more biased because its the first challenge I actually committed to watching all the episodes. I did watch BOTS1 but it was more here and there or while it was on.
I really enjoyed the cast. I didn't think the missions were fair but it was entertaining. Plus, I'll watch anything with Coral on it.
I loved the first Duel too! I miss Wes :(.

Okay you got me on there. I loved the G2 cast but the show itself wasn't interesting. I couldn't stand Susie or Cara, that probably didn't help.
You know I really like Susie and Cara together. Their treatment of Tonya was unacceptable, but they spice up everything.
I think the weakest cast hadnto be The Island though.

Your right. Johnny Bananas running things? Are you serious? That alone right there was one of the reasons it was s***. I wish we would of had different guys on that challenge, Johnny would have probably been the first one home.

Gauntlet 2 and Inferno 3 were boring challenges. They didn't spice it up that much, I would like to see how one of them do without the other.

Pre-Susie and Cara era, Cara was on the Gauntlet without Susie, where she won both Gauntlets she went into, then went on to win the final mission with her team.

There was one extremely strong member of the Island. You should have seen her tan!
I can't remember all of the challenges and who was on each individual one, but I enjoyed them all.
For some reason, I just can't remember who was on what challenge. Probably because I'm getting old. :to_become_senile:

I liked the Battle of the Sexes and Battle of the Seasons casts the best I think, they had a mix of some of my all time favorite players: Theo V., Beth, Ellen, Jisela, Veronica, Melissa, Rachel, Coral, Anessa, Amaya, Emily, Sean, Julie, Katie, Yes and Miz.
But there was something magical about the challenges in their infancy. It was so much more innocent and less juiced up. And I think because the casts were smaller, it was less about the missions and more about the interactions. My favorites are the Janet and Jason sketchy tennis court hookup and the one when Piggy possibly attacked Los while the cameras were gone and then totally played it off like nothing happened. I normally don't like violence but Los had been a jerk pretty much since the first RR so I admit, I kind of snickered a bit. I miss Piggy, where did her crazy **** go? Dave Mirra was my favorite host though with Jonny a close second.
All the non-voteoff challenges had great casts, but of the voteoff ones, my opinion is:
Great Cast, Great Challenge:
1. Battle of the Sexes
2. Battle of the Seasons
3. Gauntlet 2
4. Inferno
5. Gauntlet
Great Cast, Boring/OK Season:
1. Battle of the Sexes 2
Bad Cast, Great Season:
1. The Duel
OK Cast/OK Season:
1. Inferno 2
2. Gauntlet 3
Bad Cast, Bad Season:
1. Inferno 3
2. Fresh Meat
3. Island
I enjoyed something about every season, but this is just my opinion. I didn't HATE the last three seasons on my list, but the others were far superior IMO.

I'm pretty much in agreement with your favorites, minus Beth, Amaya and Julie. Julie's just nuts. Or maybe I just don't like ridiculous crazy drama, which is why I'm not a fan of those three girls.

I havn't watch seasons 2-4 of the challenges. But, based on the 14 seasons I have watched . I would have to say that the first and second inferno along with BOTS2 would be the best challenge casts.
