I was just curious because I am not a fan of men who control women. It should be her choice if she wants to do something (even something as simple as having a MySpace page).

Me too OPD! I be she is beautiful, and no doubt she will be a little spitfire just like her Momma. Coming from someone who has been trying to conceive for the last 6 years, I know how truly happy she really is. I bet she will be an amazing Mother.

I would assume it's the way the word is normally pronounced, as in sha-lome.
