It simply cannot be proven until it is seen, but Evelyn is in better shape than 3/4 of the whole cast. Not only does she train for competition, but endurance as well.

But that's my point. How do any of us know who's in better shape this challenge. For all I know Veronica was hitting the Gym 8 hours a day/ 7x a week. We don't know how the rookies will perform either, since they never done or challenge, or had time to show off what they can do.

B I wasnt making a wide eyed assaults on Ibis. I really like Ibis, I was responding to Mizfit who said she is the worst competitor ever. I said she must have done something to him to **** him off.
And Casey, Well, she bothers me a bit. She isn't physical and it just seems like she is dead weight. I also disliked when she went on that huge rant against Coral.

Evelyn has a serious workout ethic, and it's not just based on these challenges from what I understand. And after she beat men in faceoffs on the Island, my respect for her ability multiplies.
Yeah she beat Tyrie and Dan, but in both of those events, they involved some physical and enduring activity. Flat out, she should have lost on The Island, and was unfairly treated like **** by the majority of the cast there. Yet, she found a way to hold it together, buy her time, go in against 2 men, and still win. So, aside from her physical ability, she is mentally tough as well, and you need that to win a challenge.

My respond will be Svetlana. Why I say that....well no one knew she was athletic, and she kicked butt on that first duel.
We don't know how well Sarah or Bri trains. Come on that challenge with Tyrie and Dan was a joke. It didn't prove anything in my eyes. The last challenge did show Ev's passion and endurance to win. Even in the Gauntlet 3 she came second to Paula in some of the missions. It will always depend on the event/challenge. Ev can be beat. All you have to do is find what makes her weak.

Don't talk about Ibis!
On her first challenge she made it pretty far considering she was a Rookie, And Ibis is far from Fat. She could not get through the tires because she was short and short people don't really have that much strength to stretch. However she only messed up in 2 challenges that season, and she and Randy pretty much won the final challenge for the Rookies.
Kina chose Jill over Ibis because Kina was most likely to beat Jillian easier than someone like Ibis. If Kina had chose Ibis, There was a good chance Ibis would have won because she is bigger and Kina is small, not to mention they are best friends.
Anyway I know Ibis will do well in this challenge and I hope she proves you wrong!

I like Ev, I hope and believe she'll do well but on any given day anything can happen- lapses in concentration, injuries, someone else playing like they're being led by the hand of God, producers making last minute disqualifications to further "more exciting" storylines. Nothing's a sure thing and being too cocksure is a great way to end up going home sooner than one thought they would - not at all saying Ev is being that way, just sayin.

Yes I agree, and there is reasoning for the person you are talking about not making the final. He injured himself and needed surgery. If there was no injury, I would bet my life savings that the person you named could and would of beat the other three final males and take home the prize. [spoiler] He won Inferno 2 and Gauntlet 2, and the injury is what ruined the outcome of this challenge.[/spoiler]
That being said, I do agree that the same thing could happen to Evelyn or anyone for that matter as long as its a physical challenge like the Duel 2 is turning out to be and not like "The Island".

pro88 - I see your point in regards to anything's possible, but it would take just that - a fluke imo for Evelyn to lose to any of those females. Things happen
CT vs Brad- Push Me - no need to go into the details of the carabiner debacle that cost CT 150K. Ditto for Beth vs Svetlana, and Svetlana quit, and yet by fluke, she was given the win. Last night on the Duel 2. Evan lost imo and because he was able to manipulate the rules by standing and kneeling on the platform instead of sitting, he gained an advantage. He started out sitting, why did he have to"readjust"?
Anyway, yes in that aspect, Ev could lose. bottom line, her best competiton was on The Island, and Rachel isn't slated to be on this challenge, nor is a wiley female veteran like Aneesa, Coral,Beth, or Jodi who would have a longshot at best against her depending on the game.
Ibis was weak on G2, period! Her saving grace was Kina because the rest of the team knew she was the weakest. I just wish the Final mission of G2 would have been like G3 to expose it. She has no kina to save her, we'll see what she's about now.
I think the male side is stacked, and I sincerely hope they stack it to see good face offs & challenges, if it's formatted as such. As for the women, Evelyn is a sho in unless she gets sick, has to come back for an personal issue, or just feels like being extra generous. A loss to another female in an elimination round would be as shocking as The giants victory over New England 2 years ago. The women's side is very weak .... Perhaps Sarah or Bri will surprise, and I hope so. Tonya is a very respectable competitor as is Veronica, kelly anne & Kim, Susie & Johanna is OK but it's a weak field overall friend. Exactly ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!! I pray Ev goes home.
Why is everyone saying Ibis is weak? Ibis, Shauvon and Casey are not horrible competitors. I haven't really seen Shauvon perform but Casey is sorta weak. Ibis is a strong player, just because she started messing up in the challenges towards the end in Gauntlet 2 doesn't make her weak and she doesn't need Kina at all to save her.
