I´m still skeptical she won like you said but she wasn´t an asset for the team, the reason they won is because they had Alton,Landon,MJ, Jodi and other strong competitors that made the team worked,I never saw Ibis standout in any mission. This is not my opinion is just the facts on how the events unfold on the Gauntlet II.Now in my opinion she still haven´t prove herself at all.I mean I don´t really like Katie but at least she has proven herself tons of times like in the inferno she went to the inferno and won the elimination rounds against all odds,so she deserved to win(which she did).I don´t know but I think you guys are giving too much credit for someone who has yet to prove herself as a strong competitor I mean I don´t understand why anyone would think she is a better competitor than Diem.Diem has won swimming and running missions in the past.
Just being honest here, the Inferno's on the first Inferno were not physical at all. Also, I don't think Ibis is stronger than Diem, but thats just my opinion.
I think it depends on your definition of strong. One of the problems with making an ordered list is that endurance running is different from arm strength, which is different from accurately being able to throw a ball....there are a lot of different types of skills, and many challenges we've seen draw on random combinations of both athletic talent and random situational factors (i.e. pushing a block of ice across an ice rink). Evelyn has the advantage of being far and away the best at most of the athletic distinctions, as well as being an excellent rational thinker and problem solver. I wouldn't have a problem saying she is probably the strongest girl. But after that, it gets tricky.
Agreed MPB. Nicely put. I would venture to say she is the strongest girl there, but there are so many aspects to The Challenges that could easily defeat her, even though she is a great competitor. I think we will have to see how things unfold.

Yeah but the one´s Katie won were about endurance so she definitely wanted to prove herself.
She can be you never know! She is very good at messing with people and letting others to do what she wants. Yeah it has been a long time, but she just has a little more of a challenge with the "new"people.
The problem with this is that Rachel's relationship with many of the cast members will be at play, thus hurting Veronica's ability to influence people. Everyone is on to Veronica's techniques and Tonya and Evelyn are more than prepared with their own game plan to deal with her. I can discuss this further in the spoiler thread since it involves actual intent, if there is interest.

I'm interested in hearing more...
She can be you never know! She is very good at messing with people and letting others to do what she wants. Yeah it has been a long time, but she just has a little more of a challenge with the "new"people.
From my perspective, Veronica's past successes were:
A) on challenges where there were anywhere between 8-10 winners. When only 3 people could win, Veronica was voted out. The trend lately has been toward fewer winners.
B) Based on intimidation, she always had Coral, Rachel and their clique behind them and at that time, they were the only veterans. Now she doesn't have a powerful clique behind her and doesn't have the seniority factor working for her, many new generations of veterans have emerged.
In addition, her level of competitveness is overrated. I think she is good TV and it's nice to have another original veteran come back, but I don't think she will be able to jump right back into the role she held on the challenges circa 2003-2005.

Females
Evelyn
Ibis
Diem
Kim
Susie
Tonya
Johanna
Veronica
KellyAnne
Brianna
Katie
Shauvon
Sarah
Casey
I don't think you can honestly say that Ibis, Diem and Kim are better competitors than veronica or Johanna. If we are talking about strength (maybe) even though the three of them have yet to prove that they can win a challenge so I don't see how they can be put ahead of some of the others.....
Here is my list based on all around expertise
Ev
Susie
Veronica
Johanna
Tonya
Diem
Kelly Anne
Katie
Ibis
Kim
Bri
Shauvon
Sarah
Casey
I think the trend has changed when is comes to female competition. Unlike the men of the game women tend to not focus on strength but other reasons when choosing who they want to go again, and in many of the duels gauntlets and infernos the guys on the team tend to want to take out the strongest female on the opposite team because it doesn't jeopardize them in anyway.
I respectfully disagree...."team" games give women chances to use their natural gifts to influence others on the team to think how they want them to. For this reason Jo is a very strong player.
Honestly I don't remember Johanna' performace on any of the challenges she has done, lol
I don't really care for Johanna that much because she often rely on others instead of herself, And she seems shady.

You are correct. She has more influence on a larger number of guys than anyone else. She only has a negative relationship with one.

This negative relationship, I believe will be key on this challenge, they are both great at playing the social game. And he is an amazing competitor, I am very excited to see what is in store for us with "The Pit"

Agreed. The mixture of people definitely is creating some pre-show drama and is definitely going to stir the pot.
I am a bit disappointed to see Diem, Syrus, Brad, again. If it were up to me I'd invite Scott Real world Brooklyn, Dave Real world Hollywood, and Trisha real world Sydney.. We need FRESH meat

All three were invited. All three declined for a variety of reasons. I can understand that you feel you have seen enough of Brad and Diem recently, but Syrus? We've not seem him since the near fight with TJ.
Always wondered if we'd see Syrus again after G2 so it could be interesting to see him back in the game after his absence.
He looks great. He is probably 40 lbs lighter than he was during G2.
I take back it back Syrus will make a great asset to the team, however I think these challenges could really use some fresh meat , I don't mind the veterans like Diem Brad, Evan and Kenny, however they don't create as much drama , I am more interested in putting in people who will butt heads , people with strong personalities..
Trisha- She was a total B in her season, Id be fun to match her up with other tough ladies like Veronica and Tina
All three were invited. All three declined for a variety of reasons. I can understand that you feel you have seen enough of Brad and Diem recently, but Syrus? We've not seem him since the near fight with TJ.
Oh how I wish they would have shown that almost-fight.
Syrus is great though. I am surprised there is anybody out there who dislikes him and/or isn't excited to see him. He just seems so genuine and lovable, not to mention funny.
I'm hoping Trisha eventually doesn't decline. She is someone I'm interested in seeing on one of these.
I'm with those not excited for Casey. Besides being hot, she adds nothing to these shows, IMHO, besides pure obnoxiousness. I have never been a fan.
Why not invite Kaitlyn? Wasn't she broke in her season? .She could use the money..
I know how much of a bully Veronica is, I hope she takes it out on Kelly Ann and puts away her hate towards Tonya!
Or maybe Veronica might have unfinished business towards Susie?
Omg, Bring Kina back, she was also a total fake on the Duel , I'd like to see her and Veronica bring on a good cat fight!
Kina doesn't wanna do another one, And yea Veronica and a Kina cat fight would have been the iceing on the cake! Tina once posted that She doesn't like Kina after she voted Veronica off on RRVR, And Kina had the nerves to ask Tina for Veronica number, Tina posted that in one of her blogs.
Veronica and Susie drama?
Susie was Kina were friends in the RV, the first episode they both voted for Veronica to go into elimination , that's when Tori became part of the RV.
Susie pretends to be really sweet and innocent , however she is as fake as they come!
