YES! this made my week!
According to ***************** Chima quit and will not be part of the jury. I wonder what they will do if the votes are a tie. Probibaly like Survivor and who ever had the most previous votes loses.
They will probably let America cast the tiebreaking vote. If it comes down to Natalie/Lydia/Kevin vs. Jeff/Jordan/Russell/Michele in the final 2, America's Vote would probably tip the balance in allowing the latter to win the game. Actually, I'm almost positive that is what they will do. In All Stars, CBS.com had a poll "in case a jury member quit" (Marcellas may have been throwing temper tantrums at the jury house). It stated that if a jury member did not vote and the remaining 6 votes resulted in a tie, that America's vote would be the deciding factor. This lady (http://twitter.com/ladyace67) claims to have an inside source as to what went down while the feeds were blocked. Essentially, Grodner told Chima that $5000 for the mic pack would be deducted from her stipend, so Chima tried to force the Diary Room door opened, screamed at Allison Grodner, and quit the game. It says Natalie and Lydia tried to quit with her which would fit with what Jeff was saying -- that "production will have to pacify Natalie and Lydia so they do not quit."
That sucks. They prolly wont air it on TV then since it has to do with production. It'll probably be like on season 9 when they showed Neil go into the DR, and then have another HG explain what happened.
what did happen with Neil? I think they might make it look like she left because she damaged people property.
what did happen with Neil? I think they might make it look like she left because she damaged people property.
I'm not sure. Joshuah said he left the show for personal reasons.
Neil was rumored to have made racial slurs about Julie Chen, hence him being completely blacklisted from the show after his departure - taken out of the credits, not invited to the finale, etc.
Messing with Julie is a no-no.
This is crazy!!! I am praying they will not bring Jessie back!!
This is crazy!!! I am praying they will not bring Jessie back!!
I was thinking the same thing too! It's a possibility they could bring him back.
Michele's HOH reign is now done and a new HOH competition is taking place today. Michele is not eligible to play. CBS has issued a statement on Chima's departure: "Chima has been evicted by the producers from the Big Brother house for violating the rules. She will not be part of the show's jury. Her eviction will be addressed on an upcoming broadcast of the show." http://www.cbspressexpress.com/div.php/cbs_network/release?id=22496
Why are they doing a new HOH?
I don't know the official reasoning. I don't see it as being remotely fair though. If it had been Janelle in BB7 or **** or Daniele in BB8 who was HOH while one of their nominees would expelled, Grodner would have just let them pick a replacement nominee and go on with the week. I suppose the justification will be that since Michele, as HOH, got rid of one of her nominees, then that is good enough and it is time for a new HOH. Grodner, at the very least, should let Michele compete in this one, but "fair" has never been a part of the Big Brother game. My theory is that Grodner's dream final 2 is one from each side which would leave America as the swing vote in deciding the winner. I also think that if they had gone on with Michele putting up Lydia as Chima's replacement and then evicting Natalie on Thursday, it would have become too much like BB9 and BB10 in that one strong alliance that formed around the jury point would have just been able to pick off the opposition one by one. She probably wants more power shifts.
Why are they doing a new HOH?
Because the producers are catering to Lydia/Natalie/Kevin.
BB obviously favors people. Like Janelle, ******, ****, Jessie, Will, and Danielle(8). If it were Jessie he would be allowed to pick an new nominee. It makes me mad!
At the very least she should be able to play in the HOH!
Yes she should. In All-Stars they got so many calls and e-mails about favoring cast memebers that one of the producers had to go on House Calls. He said that saying that the game favors people was a personal attack on him. It is bs. They are hoping Natalie or Lydia win.
I think Kevin is going to win this HOH. IDK who he would put up. Maybe Russ and Jeff?
if he knew what was smart he would put Lydia up. She was throwing him under the bus to Jessie.
This is insane, so happy to hear Chima is gone. However, I feel it is quite wrong that Michele was only HOH for 1 day. I do not even particularly like her, but this is ridiculous. I agree that they do not want this show to be like season 9 and 10 when one side dominates.
If Lydia, Kevin, or Natalie win it will be the most one sided season ever.
Is Michele safe from nominations this week or is she still eligible for nomination? If she is eligible, that's just stupid. This reminds me of BB7 when Erica won HoH in but lost it because of "technical difficulties". But at least she was safe from nominations that week.
Erica wasn't safe from nominations and neither will Michelle be!
That ****** me off! Erika earned that HOH and should have been able to keep it. Howie is just an overgrown 4 yr old that that threw a temper tantrun.
Erica wasn't safe from nominations and neither will Michelle be!
Are you sure? I think Erica was safe from being nominated that week. I'm almost 99% positive. :P
Are you sure? I think Erica was safe from being nominated that week. I'm almost 99% positive. :P
Nope, considering Janelle nominated Erika (and Danielle) less than 24 hours after Erika "won" the HOH with technical difficulties.
It'll all depend on who wins HOH. Michelle might be safe regardless to be honest. Natalie/Lydia would be gunning for Jeff and Jeff would be gunning for them.
If Lydia, Kevin, or Natalie win it will be the most one sided season ever.
Not really. The last 3 people to leave were all part of their alliance.
I believe that Jeff is wearing the HOH key. Natalie said "she has to win Veto" so it was J/J/R who won.
Caey wasn't in their alliance. Chima wasn't evicted, she was ejected by the producers.
