i agree with you...Vegas was the peak, after that some of the seasons were okay, but couldnt quite beat what vegas had to offer. Not saying that vegas was the best season. but it was the last good season. The only interesting thing about brooklyn was jd smashing the thing on the glass, other then that nothing else was interesting. the ****** plot was never really cared about, the whole war thing, i didnt care about, baya got really no airtime. ugh

I loved Brooklyn as well! And most of the cast members I really enjoyed watching (JD didn't really do anything for me). But I much prefer a season like that over Cancun...

Cancun at least worked as a group and they did raise money for and help the kids in the orphanage. Never saw anything like that in Brooklyn--they all went their separate ways most all of the time. The crux of the show IMO is about the group dynamic and Brooklyn never had any meaningful positive group stuff, at least not that was shown, except maybe the Pedro thing and that was sort of a flop.
Brooklyn > Cancun by tons. Cancun is rather boring, but I like the people way way more. I disliked 75% of the females on Brooklyn, but it was an overall better season. Real conflict, not drunk people fighting over a stupid taco.
I don't like most of the cast of Cancun either. Bronne, CJ, Joey, Jonna, and Emilee I just don't like. Bronne isn't funny, and annoys me. Ayiiia and Jasmine are the most real.
Of course that's my opinion.

True. but Brooklyn had alot of arguements over the most insignificant things.
I am still waiting for an asian-american male to be casted (which has never happened). Waiting for an asian male to finally represent since there's a HUGE growing number now in the U.S. I think we're the highest underrepresented group in america.
To be honest, I LOVED the Brooklyn season, but I was back and forth on all of the house mates. Ryan and Chet were funny, but they were also really annoying at times. JD seemed like a *****, but I'm sure that was just the editing. Scott was the only one I didn't mind.
Don't even get me started on the girls...
I actually liked the girls on Brooklyn (with the exception of Baya...I just kept forgetting about her so I have no opinion). The guys used to drive me crazy though LOL.
On Cancun, Ayiiia and Jasmine are my favorite girls. I don't dislike Emilee but she is not one of my favs...she is ok though. Jonna is the only one I am not really fond of but I am a bit weary of the way things are edited so I wont really pass judgement on her just yet. On the boys side, once Joey left I'd say Pat got more screen time than any of them.

I love love LOVED the Brooklyn girls, every one of them. And they had such an interesting dynamic together that made their friendships special.

I liked some of the girls on the show, it was their comments about the show that turned me off. Kinda made them seem bitter, and it changed my opinion of them real quick.
I looked on a couple of other sites and it looks like I wasn't the only one who felt that way.

"Bad edit" can be taken different ways. I don't think they got bad edits in the sense that things were significantly altered beyond what they were. I just didn't think the editing gave us the best story line from the cast that it could have. Half an episode on that freaking silly rat "prank" that wasn't even a prank or funny or entertaining could have been used to tell somebody's story that didn't get told IMO comes to mind.
I'm not sure how old this is, but Joey (Hollywood) is on one of those family court shows. Apparently he has a baby on the way. He looked good though, alot better than he did on the show in my opinion.

I've been away for a long time so i'm sure my questions regarding Joey (RW Hollywood) are already set in stone: Is Joey no longer together with Melanie (the friend he was shown with in Chicago during taping that became a romantic relationship)? If so, then is this Ashley everyone's talking about his new gf?:confused:

Checked out that "Bad Girls Club" show on Wiki and i gotta say, i hope that the production only provides them the white soft knives instead of the real thing. Personally, i think that whole concept of girls with mental issues living together in one roof is too intense. What the **** would Jon Murray be thinking, besides money, that made him conclude that this concept was a good idea? If someone actually dies, he deserves to get sued.

Me too, I just wish I knew what the case was about though...
Maybe cjslife could tell us what court show it was on. It may reair (though some shows are starting new seasons now). If it doesn't reair, maybe we can look something up about it on the show's website.
cjslife, do you remember what the case was about? Or what show it was? If not, was the judge male or female, black or white or Hispanic? You said it was a family court show?
