Good Luck guys not to burst any of you guys bubbles but only way to know if you made second round is they call you back to the casting hotel the next day. I made it past that I got the next round soon:D.

I failed so hard at the one in cadillac ranch lol. But since that's the process. How does it differ if you were to send in a tape, and what are the chances of them actually viewing your tape?
Sorry to hear that and they view it alright if they like you expect a call soon in the next few days. Not completely true -- last year, I went to an open casting call, filled out the paperwork, and then they called me a week later and set up a phone interview with Damien, head of casting.
So it really differs each year and depending upon the type of person you are.

I stand corrected.
For Colie she stumbled (probably literally ) upon a casting call. Her group was the last 10 to be called in. Casting took the applications and said thank you all very much. As Colie and her friends were leaving the room she turned around and said " I wrote Nicole on the application but my real name is Colie". Casting said come back tomorrow.
At the bottom of the casting calls it says announcing new locations soon, will they put up a notice that no more locations will be announced? I am waiting to see if they put up a casting in Alabama because they usually have one.
I went to go see a tarrot card reader this weekend and she said she see's reality tv in my future...yay! i hope she meant real world. My confidence went up by like 20% about my chances.lol

My casting director loved talking about Obama and Brittney Spears, two of my most favorite subjects to ever be talked about! NOT! So i had no way of being memorable, unless i got on top of the table and got naked or something lol. So if I send in a tape, they really will view it? Rather than throw it aside as something the dred doing?
If you guys are trying to get on the show, do you really think talking about it on Vevmo is going to help your chances? BMP reads this site...I don't think want to cast "fans" of the show. I wouldn't talk about what they asked you you and what not.
OK so I'm new to this, but I have a question, if you get a Skype interview do they call you back right away if you're picked or does it take time? Like after they interview you via Skype how long does it take for you to hear back...if you hear back of course. Thanks all.
Hey guys. Quick question. I am going to the audition in Chicago on Saturday and I had been emailed a VIP pass. Since I am an idiot, I accidentally deleted the email. Is there any way when I go they will know I had been emailed a pass? Like is there a list or something?

Depending on your e-mail service, sometimes you can get back deleted e-mails. For instance, AOL has a recently deleted folder, that lets you retreive e-mails you deleted in the last 24 hrs. Other than that I don't know, but good luck to you!

Do you remember what the casting director looked like or his/her name?
In the past, I've talked about reading exactly what the casting directors say they're looking for and tailor your answers to that to help get you to Round 3. Well, this year...they haven't done very many interviews...so I decided to compile data myself.
My project:
I created 25 fake email address and submitted 20 fake submissions by pulling info from people's Social Networking Pages. Of my 25 fake submissions, only 7 received VIP passes...and it was pretty widespread from attractive people to one or two "people" with lighter stories.
I would like to encourage BMP to have the casting directors go back to doing interviews with radio stations and what not. If they do not do so -- I will set up a Bulk Emailing Macro and submit a few hundred fake submissions to consolidate the data of what they are looking for. It takes no time to set one of those up -- so people at BMP, find a new way to cast people without email being involved or go back to interviews. We're living in the age of technology and free flow of information -- transparency is the only way to go anymore.

I live out of area so I had a skype interview, but i'M SOOOO nervous because i completely forget whether they said I'd be notified in a few weeks or a couple of days. I am hoping they liked me but i have no idea if they will ever call me so i wanted to know if anyone ever got called back via skype and if so how long... I may have been a bit ditzy for them, but watevs. once again, good luck all. Ughh. and the bio is toooo long. lol
