Maybe. It's actually a question on the application for both TAR and Survivor. Most of the time you get the general "kill someone, hurt my family, streak naked at the Super Bowl" etc etc but never "go down a water slide".
And their bios did say they were newly dating...they probably didn't know each other well enough yet.

thats the first thing i ask all of my blind dates... if they enjoy giant water slides and sharkes, if they say no, i am out of there!
Agreed. This water slide thing probably took her by surprise. It is not like there are ever tasks on TAR that have anything to do with heights...
