I'm watching the episode now and HAHA I have that amp. It was my second amp and boy is it not that amazing. EDIT: It's nice to see that Danny is ANOTHER person on the long list that is NOT afraid of Wes. What's there to be afraid of?
I've yet to watch the actual episode, but a quick note- I would NEVER take advantage of a friend on one of these challenges, for any amount of money. That principle cost me dearly in Thailand. Danny and I were allies on this challenge, but the claim that we were good friends or that I "threw him under the bus" is laughable. Check out any challenge we've done together. Ask either one of us how many times we've ever even seen each other outside of these shows (ZERO). I have no idea what biased version of events made air but this isn't a decision I have any reason to feel guilty for. Sucks that he lost -I think he deserved to make it further- but it wasn't a screw-job. As for my performance on this one- Luke and I were the guinea pigs, and that was everything this time (moreso than any competition I've ever been a part of on the show). For the girl to hop onto the punching bag, the male partner needed to be hanging off the back, tilting it back toward the platform for her to make a short jump to grab the top of the bag. We didn't know that, and I had to attempt to bear-hug it from the full distance with Luke's feet poking out on my side of it- an ultimately hopeless endeavour. Last challenge (the climbing wall) was the one in which I really did screw up, and I take FULL responsibility for it. That was ours to win and I blew it. Yes, I'm human and I do ***** up sometimes (Giraffic Park, anyone?). This time though, we were a casualty of the order.

Also, I remember Giraffic Park! Kenny called you the Incredible Hulk I believe.
Evelyn, why is Laurel beating you so bad in these challenges? Also, I remember Giraffic Park! Kenny called you the Incredible Hulk I believe.
Laurel is not beating Evelyn. Kenny AND Laurel are beating Evelyn AND Luke. Not the same thing as what you said.
I am so livid seeing that big-nosed jack-*** & his Frankenstein partner keep winning missions. Not that it matters. Everyone who I want to win the Exile does anyway. I love Jill & I don't think she chickened out of jumping. If her idiot partner had turned the bag & made it possible for her to jump, she would've. Danny did good in the Exile, but man he cannot catch a break on these things.

How come Sandy gets no love? :( She was the reason Danny got through that exile so quickly. She got those puzzles down like a wizard. Although, I will admit she slowed them down near the end. Props to Danny for making her a walking stick. He should have lightened her load if she was running on empty that quickly...no doubt they would've won.

Granted, Danny and Sandy didn't win but they almost did, and sure as **** learned to work together and motivate each other. They had big problems talking to eachother and working together the entire show, but really learned to help each other and be good partners. I feel like it's a story book ending in a way...yes...they lost, but they learned to appreciate themselves and each other for the great job they did even after being screwed over by wes' alliance :)
Mmhm. Colossos :P
She could be 18 feet tall and still be hot.
Ev, you need to focus on just winning challenges. You are the most athletic female on these things, your problem is you mentally check yourself out. Screw alliances, focus on winning first. Take care of #1 first then worry about who is with you in the end. You would have won King of the Hill, dont worry about Kenny/Laurel, worry about Ev! Wes is a Meat-head, Danny is a drunk cocky loser, "21 yrs old, 21 yrs old what are you going to do about it?" how many times does the guy need to get his butt kicked on TV before he realizes he's a loser? Pete or Brandon should have popped him in his plated eye socket. Why wouldn't the under-dog teams vote off losers like Wes first? I would like to see Landon win, plays fair always competes. Darell should still be there also.
Personally, I like Pete a lot after that exile. Danny did well, but if he could have ran it all again, maybe he should have taken Sandy's bag like Pete did with Jillian. Pete is going to be tough if he is on more challenges.
I'm assuming it was an oversight on his part. Sandy proved she's not cut to compete on these shows imo, so I don't care to see her back, but Danny could have won the last 25% of that challenge himself based on the distance advantage they had.
He wasnt just taking his turn in the exile. He was being put it and his control was taken away. Everyone voted him in thinking that he would lose. They wanted him to go home. Thats why he was both screwed and betrayed by his best friend. It was shady. I would have reacted like Danny. I would have wanted my best friend to tell me why he would rather I go home.. than CJ.
Wes didn't have the luxury of knowing some of the stuff we know at this point (ie CJ and Landon conspiring). All he knows is that CJ and Landon are not particularly outspoken, and Danny has already started a fight with an alliance member (Brandon) almost costing him some votes.
Sick of Kenny and Laurel winning, but in all honesty, if CJ, Wes, or Landon had Laurel as their partner, they'd be cleaning house too. And I'm not just saying that because I don't like Kenny. She is far and away the best of the FM girls, to the point that it's getting ridiculous and I don't think it would matter who she was paired with. Still feel like they'll falter somewhere down the line. CJ and Landon now remain the only teams who I want to win.
I still feel like Carly is underperforming and selling herself short. She trained for pro wrestling so even if she can't do the jumping/swimming/climbing stuff well, she should have endurance and strength enough to dominate an Exile. I'm not sure if at this point in the show Landon was aware of her qualifications; seems to me he should be happy to go into Exile and smite the other strong teams.
Let's see last week Danny is a big idiot and this week everyone feels sorry for him. The truth is if they were really that great of friends, none of this would be happening, but Danny's actions multiple times have put a big target on his back. Whining about not being carried to the finals by your "friend" and then getting beat by another weak team shows he doesn't belong there. If not for Wes, Danny would've probably been gone weeks ago.
Let's take a deepr look into Danny, He does have a brash attitude (from the edits) in general, but after last night, my opinion of him changed too. The guy lost his mother during his season on RW, which means he wasn't there and it haunts him daily. That would be hard for anybody. This is no worse than people, including myself, cutting someone like CT some slack because he is "misunderstood". While this doesn't totally excuse his outlandish behavior, it does put things into perspective, at least for me. He deserves a break like everyone else. As for his alliance with Wes, not only did Wes threw him under the bus, we drove the bus afterward. Yeah, very smart to risk a sure vote in your favor, for an alliance member that you can beat in the final. As much as I have despised Evan's tactics in past challenges, he was smart enough to align the majority and at the same time people he can beat in a Final ala Duel 2. Wes's or him/Ev's move makes no sense because using Ryan as a buffer has cost him potentially 4 votes, and if the trend continues, he and Ev will find themselves in a loud minority. As for Laurel, she is proven herself well this challenge, and has performed the best of all the females period! Truthfully, we have all been fooled. This is actually the Scooby Doo series of Fresh Meat I, and Kenny and Laurel have been caught of dominating the challenge. Now let's unvail the identity under the mask Kenny Santucci really is (Evan Starkman) Laurel true identity is (Coral Smith).
Kenny and Laurel again? This is officially boring.
I completely agree!!! I was so mad I wanted to turn off the show and how close it was in the end!?!? They couldnt have edited that somehow?! No one wants to see lame Jillian win yet another exhile! ugh
Did he seriously just say that Danny needs to apologize to him?!?!?! Oh **** no!
Hahahaha this just shows how comical Wes really is! I was rolling around laughing at this!
I would have rather seen Jillian win than Danny.
I dont dislike Danny.. but at the same time dont really like him either.. lol but for the sake of reality tv dont you think it would have been great watching to have Danny come back and stick it to Wes by changing sides! Plus the poor guy was nearly in tears.. how sad.. LOL
personally, i like pete a lot after that exile. And my bf said "That wouldn't be fair because they each had to carry their bag if they could hold each others bags why wouldn't anyone have tried it?" and so deep down I was hoping that Jillian and Pete would get disqualified or something! But nooooooo! How the heck did they beat them anyway Danny and Sandy were winning the whole time!?!

In a way I kind of wanted Danny to win, but I like Jill and Pete so I wanted them to win too. It was a lose, lose for me this week. I felt so bad for Danny when he was talking to Mandi about his mom :( My opinion of him also changed this episode, it was nice of him to make Sandy a walking stick and he was being pretty nice to her and was encouraging her. I was surprised at how well they did against Pete and Jill because I thought this was going to be no contest. I am starting to dislike Wes more and more every episode. Seriously, first he throws Danny under the bus and I feel like Danny handled that very well especially considering Wes is supposed to be his best friend. Then at the end of the episode even though Danny still had nice things to say about him, Wes thinks that he deserves the appology? I guess I can understand where Wes was coming from but Danny would have been a garunteed vote in his favor where as CJ and Sydney don't have any history with him. Also, I didn't like the way he went about it.

Wes was the one saying things about Danny's character. The only thing Danny really about Wes is that Wes has no problem selling out his friends for this game. I think Danny should call him and tell him to shove it. And what the **** is with Wes saying he's doing a JOB? That is NO job, it's a game. Quit making it seem like everything you do is so extraordinary monumental. Dude, this is tv show.
Looked to me like Sandy real did just completely **** out on him. Slow and steady...
Sandy is the reason he was so close. There's no telling how he would have done on the puzzles without her, but I'm gonna take a guess and say not as good. The only reason Jill and Pete won was because Pete took her bag. I can't imagine how hard Danny is kicking himself right now for not taking Sandy's bag.

To me that shows what kind of a person Danny is, I liked Danny much better this season than I did on The Ruins.
danny impressed me and surprised me I thought he would never forgive Wes after this. But he seems willing to let it go. Sandy is good at puzzles. That's her strong point. If she were just a little better at running they would have won that! Wes gave me the biggest laugh of the episode saying Danny should apologize to HIM. lol.
My thoughts on the episode!: -Kenny and Laurel AGAIN?! Like, really?! -Evelyn isn't performing that well this challenge...I know, I mean, they're the first ones every time but even climbing up the ladder thing, she had trouble, and I'd expect her to be good at that no matter how early in the pecking order she went. -Carley falling, while I like her, was HILARIOUS!!!!! She did like 5 flips! And those noises she made when she came up...I'm not sure if I've ever laughed that hard!! -Which brings me to Noor, LOVEEE HIM, "She comes and makes the sounds of a......pregnant manatee, or dying whale." -WES ANNOYS ME SO MUCH!!!!! He was like, "I'm NOT backstabbing Danny" then he was like, "Danny owes me an apology" I was like ***?! -Which brings me to the exile/Danny...Danny was so sweet and likeable in this episode, and I felt sooo sorry for him! I hated the exile, because I really liked both teams. Such a sad elimination, Sandy was my favorite person on the show! I really wish Danny had taken her bag! I hope Danny and Sandy (especially SANDY!!!!!) come back for more challenges!!

I still don't like Danny but that doesn't mean I didn't feel bad for him... I haven't finished the episode yet but from what I'm reading, Jillian needs to pony up. She is just not herself this challenge.

If Danny and Sandy could come within a minute of taking her and Pete out, then other teams should be able to smoke them.

It would've been a nice prelude if they showed TJ telling them that in the pre-race talk - that it didn't matter how the bags made it across, just that someone carried them.

If I recall they call the bags: the man bag and the girl bag! So each one should carry their own... Danny was very good! Proud of him
oh it was one of the greatest elimination rounds (imho). Anyway I really kinda like Kenny now. I mean... he's smarter and smarter each episode
oh it was one of the greatest elimination rounds (imho). Anyway I really kinda like Kenny now. I mean... he's smarter and smarter each episode
I don't know if he's necessarily getting smarter each episode...just more things are falling his way (i.e. winning every stinkin challenge).
Wes and Ev are doing bad choices... Kenny is not smart... Please...
