They truly did not show much at all of Carley in this season! I wonder if anyone is willing to add up her total airtime this season just to see how little they showed of the girl :p From the tiny bit I saw of her, I really liked her! :)
[strike]what the f was that[/strike] What the F was that?
LOL at them making a 7-11 commercial! I guess it's only for MTV, but still!
I have a feeling that Carley is more likely to succumb to the winners curse...
:-( that's so sad to hear. She's been one of the cool FM ever.

There goes the Go team, it should just be MTV's theme song.
Guys don't forget, there is a reunion thread for you to discuss the reunion...
I love Carley! :D
[strike]of course kenny adds humor to make everything okay[/strike] Of course Kenny adds humor to make everything okay.
#TeamCarley
I'm super happy Landon and Carley won! I really thought Kenny was going to take it. Carley is really cute...seems like a cool chick, and definitely an underestimated one. I go back and forth with Jillian. I thought she was pretty boring on Road Rules and couldn't believe she was cast. Then I rooted for her on the season where she met Frank. Now - meh. I'm kind of indifferent to her. Noor is a cool dude. One of the best FM additions, I think.
Noor is a cool dude. One of the best FM additions, I think.
Agreed! I was thinking during the reunion show that it would have been interesting to see how he would have done if he had a stronger partner (although, I don't underestimate Jenn's importance on getting them to fourth place, she was definitely key in navigating the alliance and social part of the challenge). I think Noor and Ev would have been a very interesting pairing.
I liked Noor as well. We didn't get to see much of him, but he just seems like a decent guy. Someone on the boards compared him to Derrick, and though I didn't necessarily see personality similarities (because Noor wasn't shown much), he gives me that "wanna root for him" feeling that I have for Derrick. I also really enjoy the fact that he isn't one of the party people. Nice to have someone different. Maybe it's because I am used to FM people returning for challenges now, but I don't mind seeing a few of these people return, compared to how I felt about the last FM. OK, I don't want or don't care to see a few of the FM2 people back specifically, but I am cool with Noor and Brandon coming back. Sydney seemed OK as well.
This is the first Challenge in a long long time that I was satisfied with who won. Landon is a beast of a competitor and busted his *** to win. He stayed even-keeled throughout, and even though he got frustrated at times, did not resort to brow-beating his partner. He instead calmly talked Carley through the difficult stretches. What a beast of a final mission...scaling the side of a mountain? Nuts. I don't know what people are talking about with Kenny/Laurel probably winning had Landon and Carley not gotten the headstart. We don't know how long that mountain climb took... Though he was less of an overall ******* on this show, finally nice to see Kenny humbled for once.
This is the first Challenge in a long long time that I was satisfied with who won.
Same for me. I think the last time I was happy was with Darrell and Aviv winning the first FM challenge. I've been happy with inidividuals winning since (like Derrick) as well as one team beating another (because I was annoyed with the team that lost throughout the show - G3 for instance). But it's been a while since I actually pulled for a side to win because I liked them and they actually won.
Couldn't disagree more about Noor. I think he is Boring (with a capital B). Sure he is a swell guy and a good athlete, but I watch this show to be entertained and he was not the slightest bit entertaining. I would bet he doesn't get asked back.
Well if Noor got more airtime, I am sure he would be very entertaining. He was hysterical at the reunion. He is a very funny guy.
Hm...not as close as I was told it was going to be.
Have to agree, Kenny and Laurel were atleast 5 to 10 minutes behind... From the aerial view it seems pretty close, but the truth is, it was a far distance. I am happy Landon and Carley won. I like how he used the word Frickin' a lot! I think Jenn and Noor were at a disadvantage, because of the Exile the night before... but that is how the game goes!
I just wanna say that I am SO HAPPY that Landon and Carley won. Finally someone who is Likable, isn't John/Kenny/Evan, and an actual castmember wins for a change and I love it! This challenge was one of the best in a long time. It wasn't Just JEK Running everything and getting their way all the time and this challenge was all the more enjoyable for that(even though it's low on Drama). On the Fresh Meat-None of them were painful and annoying to watch so that is a plus(although I can see Laurel getting on my nerves in the future) and I acutally would like to see some of them back on a challenge. I just hope that this batch of Fresh Meat doesn't become rotten like the last. I don't like how Kenny was saying how everyone goes on these challeges to become famous. KENNY HIMSELF is the one that want's to become famous and that little commercial with him and Wes Proves that. Believe it or not some of these people have lives outside of these shows and have no desire to be some fame***** like he does. I loved how Carley called out Laruel, and I didn't know that Noor was Indian. I hope the next challenge was good.

As for the episode, I noticed they didn't show the exile times of Jenn and Ryan.... I wonder how long it took them to finish. Ryan laid an egg, but Theresa was game. Lando proved that he is indeed in fact the outright best competitor in the history of the challenge, and I am glad that after the Duel 2 screwjob, he got his just reward 100,000 ................ In addition Landon/Carley won by more than 2 minutes not that it matters because they earned the time in a row race after being the most tested team in challenge history ..... 3 exile wins, 2 challenge wins, and a consistant target. Kenny did a good job, but Laurel faultered which made a 2 min deficit turn into a 5-10 min deficit. Pete also faultered after all the tough talk, but was fortunate that Jillian was his partner otherwise, they would have finished 4th. For the aftershow, it was pretty funny, but I stand steadfast in agreeing with EVERYTHING that Evelyn said. She was and has been right about Luke, and she didn't mistreat him she was focused. Laurel, for a good season she had - mostly with Kenny's help showed to be tasteless towards Carley last night, and it evident that she is jealous. Laurel really disappointed me yet most of your vevmoers who have bashed Evelyn fail to comment on Laurel's distasteful and brattish attitude. Truthfully, Carley performed better than her and the rest of the girls last night. She kept pace with the best athelete in the history of the challenge, and didn't quit. She wasn't carried, she did her job and a **** fine one. Landon didn't row the boat by himself to build a 2min lead. Carley held her own weight. Yes at times Landon had to push, but Kenny also had to push Laurel who stopped on several occassions, ditto for the rest of the girls. Carley kept pushing and of all the females sans Evelyn deserves to win. Which bring me to the last point, Laurel is good but we all know that she will never beat an Evelyn. Evelyn would have carried the bags last night and completed that Final Challenge without struggle. I dare anyone, double dare anyone now to say that Laurel is even half the competitor as an Evelyn. No way, she just had the fortune of having a better male partner than Evelyn did.

There are lots of comments about her in the reunion thread. I also think Laurel could beat Evelyn. To me she was more impressive overall throughout this whole challenge.

I really want to see them compete on a challenge where they have at least some individual challenges, like the last Inferno or a Duel ( but without all those dang partner challenges!) to really get a sense of how they rate against each other. Plus, it almost always helps to be really tall.

Unfortunately, Laurel found out just how strong Evelyn actually is when Ev threw her around like a rag doll in the dallies. Laurel excelled in some of the challenges, yes, but all of of her wins this season, none she had to do the bulk of the work or did they rely on endurance, strength, and nerves, and height was a factor except the obstacle course, by that time Evelyn was gone and Carley had just finished a brutal exile the night before.
Just saw the ep. - The exiles between Theresa and Ryan were done super quick in air time but with this being the final ep it was kinda obvious. - lot more Noor time, I liked it, hopefully the guy comes back..he seems in the vein of Abram, Alton, Landon, Mark who goes on these things to compete and not to stir up ****. - the final challenge was frigging awesome and one of those that you know whoever won deserved it. - the head start. I see some complaining about the head start, but hey unlike the soccer kicks in Duel, this one was earned. Everyone had the same chance to earn that head start, and destroy it later on during the challenge. So in all honesty it wasn't fair. - I don't get Laurel, after Landon/Carley won she said they both deserved it..yet at th reunion she said Carley didnt..guessing something happened in between FM2 and the reunion between the 2. I liked this Challenge, it was intense at times, the alliance drama was fun, and while it got slow at times it was never outright boring or terrible.
I'll be completely honest. I haven't been watching this challenge since CJ went off. I came into this thread curious as to who won and expected to see that Kenny and Laurel won the whole thing. I'm VERY excited to see that didn't happen and that Landon and Carley won! I may have to go watch the finale now just to see that.
Yes!! Screw you Kenny!! I was so glad to see Landon win. And I was just as glad to see Jenn lose. She couln't even be bothered to finish the race. How pathetic. That's proof that she doesn't have any heart or drive.
