Yay!! Jeff and Jordan! I would rather watch them.
JEFF AND JORDAN!!!! I love those guys :D
This comp is hard.
If the HOH opens the box, Ragan comes into play. Although the way I understood it, the person chosen as saboteur had the option to decline...
Thanks! They really didn't explain it that well.
1. That is illegal. 2. Alison didn't pick a good saboteur the first time. Thank God she let us pick this time.
Clearly you haven't been watching long if you think "rigging is illegal". ****, for all we know it could have been rigged for Ragan.
Yawn...another stupid twist that will fail as usual...
1. That is illegal. 2. Alison didn't pick a good saboteur the first time. Thank God she let us pick this time.
Cross Reference: BB8, BB9.
For a vote to come in and them do the opposite is illegal.
How long after the live showing, does the Feeds turn back on?
For a vote to come in and them do the opposite is illegal.
Big Brother is classified as a reality show, not a game show. From the FCC:
Thanks for contacting the FCC via the online inquiry form, with your inquiry (designated IC Number: xx-xxxxxxxxx), regarding the ''reality'' show ''Big Brother.'' We will close your inquiry IC Number: xx-xxxxxxxxx with this response: A "game show" in which selected contestants (vs. members of the public) participate is governed by Section 509 of Title 47 of the United States Code (USC), and regulated by the Department of Justice. However ''Big Brother'' does not appear to meet the definition of a "game show." Rather, it is a ''for entertainment only'' program, somewhat similar to professional wrestling in that it is a pseudo-contest in which the outcome is fully, or in some measure, predetermined.
I filed a compliant during the BB8 Fiasco (as did what I can assume to be hordes of other fans.)
What went on with BB8?
So Bacchus, you filed a complaint also? I didn't, but many at TWoP (where I posted at the time) did, and the National Organization of Women protested outside also, IIRC.
What went on with BB8?
I remember this as clear as day: -There was blatant rigging going on when it came to America's Player: Evel's son had autovoters set up (he admitted to it on SurvivorSucks, but later deleted it), and the votes, in an odd and persistent pattern, contradicted what many all over the internet had cast, even to the point that 404 messages came up for some people when they cast their votes (the same happened for "America's Favorite Juror" in BB9. Eye-witness. ;) ) -Another thing that stuck out with people was that while Evel and Daniele seemed to be everyone's voting targets for America's Player (see above), Daniele is suddenly targeted during Double Eviction, a time where there's ZERO room for producers to manipulate. -Constant stories of producers in the DR trying to persuade the cast from targeting the Donatos. -Despite Jen being given permission to crush Evel's cigs in response to him stealing and damaging her clothes all season long (plus the constant threats, all of which violated the very rule books that Jen and Kail damn-near memorized word-for-word), production broke their rule and replaced his cigs, then they told him where Jen hid her stuff. The feeds were blocked at this time. Plus, despite what was seen on TV, Evel deliberately burned Jen with his lit cig, even after she was being pulled away, then he admitted to it to Daniele when she came back from Power of 10. -The Donatos were the only ones given Mini Putt-Putt equipment to practice for the PoV. -Evel dumping his drink on Jen: assault and a violation of the rules. -Evel admitted that he and his son have a system based on HoH letters: if things are going well with the son's girlfriend, then the Donatos are in good standing. If not, they have targets on their backs. Letters at the beginning of a sentence represented who they can trust, and letters at the end represented who they need to mind their Ps & Qs with, a violation of "no outside influence." It was brushed off because it, quote, "didn't have an impact on the game." You know, things like that. :D (I'm pretty sure this should be taken to the "General Discussion" thread)
You actually forgot about the DR session early on where production convinced people to change their votes and saved Eric from eviction (that was the first major incident caught on tape where someone came out of the DR and said what production was trying to do.) It wasn't just Donato rigging, the entire game from start to finish was rigged for ratings and that meant keeping **** AND Eric for as long as possible. Without Eric, all that texting revenue evaporates, not to mention the fan interactivity and without ****, there is no Star. Anyway, we probably should get back to the ever exciting BB12. ;)

But yeah, back to BB12... *crickets chirping* Chima, on Twitter, wants TPTB to booze these clowns up to make them more interesting. I concur.
This season is going to be pretty predictable from here on out...ugh
What went on with BB8?
It was only one of the best BB seasons ever, and it was all thanks to Evel **** ;)
This season is going to be pretty predictable from here on out...ugh
I think so too. It really annoys me how we sort of can predict what will happen. I like the unexpected, so I'm hoping Pandora's Box is open and the new sabetour will accept the role. Even if this twist isn't that great it will be better than what we could predict would happen.
I have to say this was one of the best evictions so far. Kristen had to go though, she was getting real annoying. The episodes are getting more and more predictable. That picture of Kristen was hilarious! She looks crazy in her hippie suit.
