Aaaaand, I have to agree with my girl molds on this one! Looks like a duck, walks like a duck, talks like a duck and so forth... :p
IT'S AN ELEPHANT!! No seriously, if he tells you he's an elephant...he's an elephant. For real. Don't even question it.
[strike]Lol getting sick of talking bout ryan. anybody else doubtful that anything happensbetween knight and mckenzie ? and someone mentioned before that eric was arguing with knight not ryan? ***?[/strike] LOL I'm getting sick of talking about Ryan. Is anybody else doubtful that anything happens between Knight and McKenzie? And someone mentioned before that Eric was arguing with Knight, not Ryan? ***?
The suspense is killing me...
Trust me, I'm not defending Ryan's behavior by any means, its obvious he over-reacts to everything that revolves around his sexuality. However, I don't blame him for being annoyed at constantly being called gay, especially after Preston made it sort of obvious that he was attracted to Ryan in the beginning. If someone was going out of their way to make comments at me all the time about how they think I'm a lesbian even if I told them I'm not, I would probably tell that person to **** off and not speak to me anymore because its just disrespectful. Like I said, it was an extreme example, but it does happen. Just because YOU would not be down with experimenting with a guy, doesn't mean that other men havent done it. Sexuality is a lot more black and white than the way society likes to make it seem. Being physical with the same sex doesn't necessarily make you gay. Some people define sexuality in terms of the emotional aspect; some people may be able to be physical with either gender, but only emotionally attached to one gender. So do you call that person ********? Or do you let them call themselves straight or gay? I say they are what they say they are. And granted, if Ryan was bringing home a guy on a show like MTV, then yeah, people would probably go around calling him gay, I agree with that. But I still don't think its right to tell someone what their sexuality is, regardless of what they do. I've just become overly fed up with the ridiculous comments people throw around every time Ryan does anything, trying to link it to him being gay. I don't think anyone, even someone such as Ryan who is proving to be sort of a ****** bag with the way hes acting, should be subjected to bull**** like that. edit;; I realize this wasnt a good example for a situation like the real world where its national television and everyone will be seeing Ryan bringing home a guy (if he did). But it does happen in real life and I guess I was using it as a general example for everyone who may be doing physical things with the same sex and still considering themselves straight. And in those cases, its probably not being publicized...although a good example of this is Marilyn Manson, who openly admits to doing physical things with men but considering himself straight. He has some pretty interesting opinions about sexuality, lol.

Preston is acting immature to constantly call someone gay who has vehemently denied he is gay. Is it disrespectful? Absolutely. But do the signs and some of the ways Ryan acts help? No.
Like I said, it was an extreme example, but it does happen. Just because YOU would not be down with experimenting with a guy, doesn't mean that other men havent done it. If they want to delude themselves by calling themselves straight, that's all them. I might not agree with what they're saying, but I won't be that person that calls them out on it. In my opinion, being physical more than once with the same sex doesn't necessarily make you 100% gay, but it sure doesn't make you 100% straight either. And for the record...I'm totally down for experimenting with guys.

Yeah, I understand where you are coming from, its just my personal opinion that no one should tell anyone else what their sexuality is, and I feel bad that Ryan is getting that from not only his room mates on the show, but half the country whose now watching the show (and in really crude and cruel words).

Ryan Is backing off Eric. Next episode looks amazing, Knight goes insane!
Oh, I thought he said, "not one more ****ing word tonight!".
Oh, I thought he said, "not one more ****ing word tonight!".
Will he probably said that . Knight and tonight rhyme (: But he was obviously referring to Knight because in that episode he. Was talkin **** to Preston, Sahards faternity dress, and ******* off Jemmye by flirting with McKenzie.
... I know some guys from my high school who hooked up with the token gay guy of my school, because they wanted to get their **** sucked and wanted to see what its like... but they still consider themselves straight, so who am I to tell them otherwise?
Is your high school a prison?
Is your high school a prison?
You have no idea how hard this made me laugh. :D
Hahahah That was a funny comment, 2 posts above. As far as not discussing Ryan's sexuality, it's not going to happen. He put his life on display, and he knew the consequences. He also admitted people think he's gay because he is a hairdresser (and I assume because has a few homosexual tendencies... who snuggles with guys?) If a guy fools around with another guy in college to experiment, or because he was drunk that is possibly understandable. If a straight guy has sex with another guy more than once, there is no doubt in my mind that he is gay, even if he says he isn't. And there is no doubt in my mind people will go around, talking to their friends and saying he is gay. Ryan says he is NOT gay so much, that it is almost hard to believe it, even if you disregard his snuggling with guys, his attire and his attitude. He is sot defensive about his straightness. I have took many psych classes and usually the people who are the most defensive about something, are usually guilty. Ryan may possibly be in denial. A lot of teens, young adults can't admit to themselves or others that they are gay. No one knows if Ryan is gay or not, and I never said he is or isn't, I am just putting my 2 cents in. Preston is no saint either. He is just as wrong and immature as Ryan. But Preston did apologize. Even though it didn't seem very sincere he still swallowed his pride. As for Ashlee, she is awesome. If Ryan, Knight, Preston and Jemmye weren't hogging up the season, I am sure we would have seen a lot more of Ashlee. I wish she was in earlier seasons, where they lived in the house longer, and it was 7 strangers not 8.
Will he probably said that . Knight and tonight rhyme (: But he was obviously referring to Knight because in that episode he.
Is your high school a prison?
With only 550 kids 7-12th and 72 in my graduating class, it might as well have been.
This is coming from... who...? Who exactly are you to be judging him? You've never met him, you don't know anything about him aside from what MTV wants you to believe. Ryan is awesome for three reasons; he is a straight hairdresser, how often do you see that? He gets the gay community so upset they feel the need to post on hate his twitter/facebook. And last but not least, he skateboards. Oh yeah and his chick is hot. What's kind of sad is that you actually think he pays a girl to be his girlfriend, are you that niave?
The reason why Ryan is a completely immature and pathetic loser has nothing do to with MTV editing-go read the hatred BS he writes on his Twitter page. Listen to the comments he made on the RW so far. I get that MTV edits, but there is no way around it when someone calls another individual a "f@ggot." There is no way around the childish and ignorant behavior of getting so disgusted because another gay man "mistook" him for someone who is gay when he is in a gay bar. A REAL MAN would be confident enough in himself and his own sexuality to laugh something like that off or take it as flattery. Ryan is a prejudiced immature loser, in my opinion, & he is going to (hopefully) someday grow up and look back on his behavior and regret and be ashamed at how he acts on national television. & sorry dude-you come on national television & act like that, you are going to have people judge you based on what we saw. Or based on what you write on Twitter. Don't want people to think you are a gay-hater??? Don't gay-bash on your Twitter page-no MTV editing there. His comments about AIDS just validates that he is a worthless & ignorant form of life. Aside from anything he said on national television, what he wrote on his Twitter page is absolutely disgusting & his family should be ashamed and embarrassed of his behavior, & I'm sure that they are. As for my comments on him being gay, if he is-more power to him. It is beautiful to be proud of your sexuality, no matter what it is....but at least be proud of it! His constant announcing his heterosexuality leads anyone to believe that he is trying to, not only convince others but convince himself. & most gay-haters out there are actually hating on themselves because they are trying to deny the fact that they are, in fact, gay as well. Anyways, just as you have your right to an opinion, I have mine as well, so thanks for sharing :) ETA: Why is it so awesome that he is a gay hairdresser? Who the heck cares? It doesn't make him awesome or not awesome. & why is it awesome that he upsets the gay community??? He's a cowardly biggot and upsets the gay community-yeah, that's really cool, man :( I'm sure his mother is real proud of that behavior.... Lots of people skateboard, & I'm still not convinced that is his real girlfriend. Girls that hot don't waste their time on wormy little boys who are not confident in their manlihood.
By the way, the poster who made the comparison to RW Brooklyn Chet was right on. Now there is a man who may dress a little feminine, has had people wonder about his sexuality, & has likely been hit on by gay men, yet he is comfortable enough in his sexuality and his manhood to laugh it off, state that he is straight, & not freak out or gay bash in a public forum or on national television. Due to his behavior that has presented, I view Chet as a very confident and manly man, & if he came out & said he was gay tomorrow, I would still view him as a very confident and manly man because he does not feel the need to hate on others to make himself feel better.
In the next upcoming episodes, there was one part where Sahar says that "she knows something about Ryan that nobody in the house knows"...Did anyone catch that?...I wonder if she is refeering that Ryan's gay and nobody else knows about it...Hmmm....
Yeah, I really hope she spills about that... I doubt it's that Ryan is gay though, because I don't think he would ever admit it if he really was.
I think the thing Sahar was talking about was the cigarette thing he did, cause no one else made comments about that. But then again, she did say it in front of Jemmye, so that can't be it...I'm really eager to find out what that it is now xD

Girls that hot don't waste their time on wormy little boys who are not confident in their manlihood.
Ryan called Preston a f*g, Preston called Ryan a fa**ot *****, so mentioning that is just contradictory of eachother. I don't think Ryan truely hates gay people, he says most things just to get other people upset. I don't take any offense to it, really, I just laugh at most of it because he gets grown *** men worked up. You don't know Ryan, nor do I, so therefore you can't call him gay when he's hooking up with girls on the show and he even has sex with his girlfriend now. Calling a straight man gay and demanding that it's true is kind of childish yourself don't you agree. The reason I think it's awesome he's getting the gay community upset is because some of them are so extremely pathetic. Like that one dude he fights with. If he truely believes that Ryan would kill himself if a gay guy kisses him on the neck, then he has more issues than Ryan himself. Preston doesn't get offended when he gets called gay slang words (he said it himself in one of the episodes), and he is the one who is actually living with Ryan. But some random gay dude from the internet takes offense? Get over it.
First of all- please stop with this whole "GAY COMMUNITY" bull ****. Just because some people who are gay are offended by Ryan (with reason) does not mean that "THE WHOLE GAY COMMUNITY" is in outrage. Second- RYAN DOES NOT SKATEBOARD. He longboards, which is for wanna be surfer posers.
Morris how do you know he doesn't skateboard? Just because he only brought his longboard to NOLA?? LOL
Let's keep the Ryan debate civil please. Take the name-calling somewhere else.

Also, his ********* apology tweet was apologizing to "the gay community." I'll bet Ryan's mother is ashamed that she raised such a failure of a man. People like this fool are a waste of life-pathetic, biggotted, white trash who spends his entire life hating on others because he hates himself so much on the inside. & what is so laughable is the more he tries to defend his sexuality & spread hate toward gay people, the more obvious it is that he is trying to hide his own. Hopefully Ryan will get lucky and grow up one day and look back on those horrible words he says and cry like a f***** baby for being so ignorant...... ETA: I was not calling anyone in particular a "blind moron" so I apologize if anyone took that the wrong way. I was simply referring to that general type of attitude. I'm done wasting my time calling Ryan out. He seems to be doing a fine job making himself look more and more like a fool as each episode happens. But hate toward another human being because they are gay, expressing violence toward people because they are gay, JOKES ABOUT AIDS should NEVER be tolerated or accepted. There is absolutely no excuse for that behavior and when people walk around thinking it's OK to spread this hate, they should expect to hear people calling them out to who they really are. Props to the GLAAD organization for continuing to advocate for peace & not letting people get away with these hated remarks. Other than Ryan, I think this season is pretty good!
To be honest, I think 90% of the things Ryan does or says is to get a rise out of people. I don't think he really has anything against gay people. I think when he made that 'I want to kill myself' comment, he was just being over-dramatic because he was drunk and wasnt really serious, although I don't entirely blame him for getting grossed out. Have you ever been hit on at a club by someone you really did not find attractive, and then have them kiss you? I don't know about you, but I would really prefer not to have any person who I don't want touching me, touching me. I follow Ryans twitter and his FB page because honestly, the drama is hilariously entertaining. Yeah, hes pretty immature at times, but he's also perfect for a show like the Real World because he instills such passionate emotions in people, and gets people fired up. If you chose to be wildly offended and worked up over a freakin' 21 year old kid who got himself on a tv show and is now becoming notoriously famous for it, I feel sorry for you. Theres far worse people in the world, and far worse things going on, to get upset about. Reality TV stars should not be one of them.
Let's use another RW example, if you're still not convinced. Brooklyn Chet got a lot of accusations of being gay simply because of the way he dresses. Does he go around on immature tirades, calling other gays f****** just to justify his heterosexuality? No. There are lots of mature ways to handle situations like this, and I personally don't find Ryan's behavior fitting in this realm of maturity one bit.
PERFECT comment, cystic!! Perfect!
Morris how do you know he doesn't skateboard? Just because he only brought his longboard to NOLA?? LOL
lol. I dont know. It was meant to be more of a joke than anything.

I just feel like using 'the gay community' lumps tons of people with different beliefs, ideals, and personalities into one group. There are plenty of gay people who have no idea who Ryan is, nor do they care what some confused immature 20 year old with mental issues thinks.

The thing Sahar says about knowing something about Ryan that no one else knows is definitely not going to be a big deal. It's probably that he has a sweet sensitive side or he was killed a kitten and cried for a week. It's nothing major, It was probably put in the commercial, because they wanted to use Sahar's face, because she has nothing else to do or say if not for that comment!
