So my friends and I always play this corny game whenever a reality show we all love premieres. We call it "Fantasy" Survivor, and whoever's player wins the show (or comes closest to winning), that person wins something (like a CD or some random stuff like that). So I figured I would share with you my Fantasy Cast for this season of Survivor. - Brenda - Chase - Jill - Kelly B - Kelly S (Purple Kelly) - NaOnka - Wendy - Yve 8 People out of 20. How far will my people make it?
What do you prefer VEVMO users?
Survivor hands down, although I still enjoy The Challenge. It is hard to compare the two shows being Survivor offers such epic production value, with its slick editing, fast pace and amazing camera work. Also, the competitions are generally in a different class altogether...

Jimmy can't last long...UNLESS he makes an alliance with 2 or 3 people and promises to bow out in 4th place. I'm not sure if they'll let him get that far though...I'm kind of doubting it. Wendy, the goat farmer, was voted out. Real shocker there! Hopefully the older tribe uses that Medallion next week! THANK GOD BIG BROTHER IS OVER. Bring on Survivor!
Pretty decent premiere. It seemed like most people got at least one confessional (I know everyone didn't, but it's an improvement from most premieres). Jimmy J got a lot of airtime so I honestly thought he'd be the first to go. I have to say this... Kelly B is adorable.
Kelly B is certainly my pick! I don't think she has a shot to win, but it'll be fun to cheer for her :)
Okay here is the Situation. I love Reality TV especially when it comes to the RW/RR Challenges cause I been watching for years, I have never seen a season of Survivor. But I do like backstabbing, eliminations, and all that type of stuff. Should I watch or should I not? What do you prefer VEVMO users?
Survivor is a million times better. Great premiere thank god the worst season of Big Brother is done and over with. This is going to be a fun season watching Chase.

First off, Survivor is the king of all reality shows. FAR better than Big Brother. Not even close. Big brother competitions are weak as hell. Survivor (usually) has amazing challenges, and this one was okay. The idea of retrieving puzzle pieces and then making a puzzle is used quite often. Second, has anyone tried deciphering the clue? I'm thinking it's 5 words, and each picture represents a word. The first picture I think means "Excavate" Since there's an X, a cave, and 8 tallies. That's as far as I got so far.

Survivor is THE reality show. I didn't get a good enough look at it. Maybe I'll go see if I can get a screencap from CBS.com later today. EDIT: Not sure what it means. Dalton Ross over at ew.com always has good recaps of the episodes. Anyway, I found this part to be really interesting:
Earlier this week I alluded to the fact that Jeff Probst and the producers were really bummed after the first challenge, and now I can reveal why. When the challenge was designed and practiced multiple times beforehand, it was assumed that the four contestants for each tribe holding the pipes that the gross colored water would flow down would be connecting them diagonally. In other words, when the pipes were all held together, they would look kind of like a big letter Z. But as the tribes set up, the younger guys realized they could reach far enough from their positions and make one, long continuous chute. The older tribe soon copied them, and by the time the challenge was underway, what should have been a dramatic and difficult race with water spilling all over the place turned into two straight efficient streams with little tension. Later, one producer dubbed it ''the worst challenge ever.'' That's an overstatement obviously — might I draw your attention to the dreaded ''S.O.S'' competition thankfully abandoned many seasons ago — and I'm guessing while most viewers didn't love it, they didn't hate it either. But it certainly didn't register the impact that the crew was hoping for. Which is precisely what makes reality TV so cool. You can plan all you want, but once you unleash those contestants on a course, the control goes out of your hands and into theirs. And in this case, the contestants actually outsmarted the producers.
This season, it looks like he got a post-tribal reaction video from Jeff (which I don't think has happened before).
I found it very interesting that he mentioned Shannon and Alina as the two he thinks would be the next out, as those seem to be the two people that didn't make the merge from the La Flor tribe...
[via]
I took a look at that clue...the first part definitely looks to be "excavate key" and it looks like the last part is "rise shelter" Maybe it's hidden under their shelter?
