She still said it. Can't be unsaid. Just like an abusive husband's apologies - even if sincere - shouldn't take away the fact that he's a wifebeater.
Unforgiven.
Agree !!!
It's easy for others to forgive because they were not the victims. As nice as Eric is, he doesn't forgive her just yet.
Hahaha I can't stop looking at this sneak peak...I can't wait! I always said what this challenge is missing is a real bad girl. A strong woman physically, mentally, and has a good mouth to argue back. I wish this Laurel never leaves imo...I want her to continue to be real, and not play the I'm nice (if she isn't). The rest of the world could get over themselves, because we all have a flaw. Laurel be you, and keep cursing some of these people out hahaha.
She isn't even bad. She even came on here to apologize. What she said was offensive and disgusting. Whether Eric is insecure or not about his weight, it's pyschologically damaging. He was really excited about his weight loss, and for someone to take away just a bit of his happiness, and obviously some of his confidence, is wrong. I don't even want to say mean, because I feel it goes beyond mean, it's offensive.
Not every woman is a size 2 and not every man has a 32" waist. I think that's what makes the world great. There is such an epidemic of anorexia and bullemia in Urban and Rural schools because of things Laurel said.

You are either trying to be cool by going against the grain, or you are just ignorant to think that an attitude like that should be applauded.
I cant help but disagree with those saying that what she did is unforgivable. Yes it was completely out of line and there was no reason for it, but some people, when intoxicated, are completely different people. I personally know people who are very, very calm and nice who don't even cuss while sober, and when they get drinking they are dropping F bombs and trying to fight. That's just how it works for some people. Not that that's an excuse to be taken advantage of, but it's something to keep in mind.
Laurel has been a mature person to confront the issue publically and has apologized numerous times, which, while it doesn't make it ok for the things she did, it shows she actually is taking this seriously. There are so many castmembers that wouldn't stand up and do what she's doing now.

I agree completely.
I'm going to sound like an ******* saying this, but as you all already know I don't care. Either way, I LOVE this Laurel...talk about drama hallelujah the girl brought it! She's like a combination of Veronica & Rachel....she's awesome! I love that girl haha.
Of course this is after Laurel posted on the site...

She's not really a bad girl if she apologized to Eric the next day, wrote a long apology on Facebook and even came on Vevmo to apologize. As somebody else stated you're either trying to be cool by going against the grain or you're too stupid to realize Laurel's unprovoked attack on Eric was disgusting.
Obviously everyone had flaws but they should be worked on and not applauded.

It's called having a problem and from what we've seen on the show Laurel obviously has one. I too have known people that get belligerent and angry when they are drunk.......so the smart ones chose to stop drinking. I haven't even seen any of the footage of this upcoming fight between Laurel and Eric but from the footage of Laurel being belligerent and gross with Shauvon and Mandy in the first two episodes I think that Laurel would be well advised to lay off the booze. I'm all for forgiving someone if they get drunk and screw up once, it happens to the best of us, but if it's continually happening over and over again the person needs to be held accountable for their drinking problem.
Anyway, I really dislike Laurel. She seems obnoxious and very, very egotistical. I thought perhaps it could just be a bad edit or something and I'm always for giving people the benefit of the doubt, but after reading Abram's response in the interview conducted by XxJulieCxX where he said she was the most disrespectful person he's ever met on ANY of these shows I'm thinking she really is just a rude, disrespectful belligerent person. I feel like we are really seeing the true side of Laurel on Cut throat and it makes a lot more sense why most of the girls disliked her on FM2.
aka Kissing ***. :)
If her apology wasn't sincere then she has even bigger issues to deal with than being a belligerent drunk. Most of the people here and her friends on FB aren't personally affected by what she said to a stranger months ago in the Czech Republic when she was drunk in a hot tub.
So I'm just giving her the benefit of the doubt.
I will pay anyone 200 dollars to give me a videoclip of Laurel's laugh after she says "figure 8" in that clip.
He said she was "impressively disrespectful" he could be referring to her drunken states. Didn't Cara Marie (or a different cast member) say she had a really sweet side that doesn't get seen?

Whoops you are correct, I apologize I need to read slower.
the comment Laurel made about Big Easy made me cringe. not just the words but the maliciousness behind them. certain things are off limits. with that being said I can't judge. Unfortunately I've said regrettable things while intoxicated too. its one of those things you don't realize the magnitude until the next day. i bet she is humbled
I can get the laugh for you but it would only be like 3 seconds long so...
OMG, that laugh killed me.
Laurel is soooooo crazy when she drinks.
Wow Laurel is such a bully. I just watched the aftershow and the ONLY reason that Laurel started going off on Mandi was because Mandi ate a gummy bear off of Big Easy's toe. Basically in other words Laurel is getting upset that Mandi is making a better impression personality wise on these shows than her. I just find Laurel so annoying, I'd love it if they never asked her back again.
When people get drunk a real side of them shows. They wouldn't say or do things they didn't want to just for the **** of it. There is always a reasoning behind someones actions, drunk or not.
Someone on here said that a person he knows acts totally different when he's drunk and drops the F bomb, which he doesn't do in a sober state. Getting drunk is an excuse to "use" a different side of you, not usually shown while sober. Most people like to drink, because it loosens them up, not just there feelings but their words, as well.
On that note, that is one reason I don't drink. I would never want my gaurd down. I would never ever want to say something I will regret, even if I think it. I try to live by the quote "Watch your thoughts; they become your words. Watch your words; they become your habits. Watch your habits; they become your character. Watch your character; it becomes your Legacy."

Thats a great quote in the last part of your paragraph, I hope laurel sees this

AMEN!
To all those who don't believe forgiveness is appropriate, I offer these words:
Mark 11:25
And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.
I can't presume to know Laurel's heart. I'll leave that insight to a far higher power and act according to my own beliefs. I've learned many hard lessons over the years and one of the most important is that I find greater harmony in seeking the good in people, even in the face of nearly insurmountable odds.
It was hard to watch the preview for next episode.
Laurel- did you first see the clip yourself on Thurs with the rest of us or had you seen it in advance? If not, were you aware they were showing it? Just wondering if you remembered saying those things and if you thought it would be shown.
I think youre making the best out of a horrible thing. Owning up to bad behavior is difficult (we've all been there!). Good luck to you in the future and thanks for showing us how you really feel inside about what happened.

Actually, Laurel and Mandi hated each other from Fresh Meat, Mandi was mean to Laurel, and they thought Laurel was cocky, so this is an inter-challenge war between themselves. Just like Veronica/Tonya etc.

I would disagree with that. I'm sure it could seem like that, but then you would have to say when Brad got drunk and he and Darrell got into a fight, that being violent is their true character, because that's the side that came out. I just think when people are drunk, they have no inhibition and they don't know or care what they are doing or saying. I'm not excusing Laurel's actions, but I'm just saying if you apply it to one, you have to apply it to all. When someone gets drunk and sleeps with a couple of guys, would you say their "true character" is being promiscuous? I think not.
Also, I have to say I respect Laurel for apologizing to Big Easy and the people who were there on Twitter and on Facebook, that shows her true character I believe. That is more than 75% of the challengers even do.

I don't believe in unpardonable sins, but with Laurel, her attack of Big Easy is not an isolated incident. She has done this to many others. The only difference is is that people have shown resentment towards her for it, otherwise she wouldn't care or "wouldn't remember" because she was drunk.
To my vevmo friends, this is a pattern of hers, not a rare occurance. While I believe in the word and think everyone is entilted to forgiveness, progressive change helps. She has not progressed, she's still ripping people on the after show ............. which after this 2nd episode, I refuse to watch.
Bottom line, the young woman needs some counseling. It's funny as **** that 80%of you bash CT for being a "maniac", but some people are willing to give her a pass and want intervention.
She is a miserable person with a lot of character flaws that needs to be addressed. She is the staple for how bad BMP has really become.
Why is this BMP's fault? They didn't force her to drink, they didnt tell her to tell Easy those things.
No they didn't, but they have focused a **** of alot more on "drama" and less on competition ............... as as Abram stated in the interview, these kids are attention seekers now, and will do whatever it takes for face time regadless of the cost.
I'm not blaming BMP for Laurel's actions, but I think less of **** like this wouldn't occur if they held to the formats like in the old days of the challenge!

I tried to say the exact same thing a few posts back but I must say you worded it better and hit every point I wanted to make. Laurel has an alcohol problem. If this happened once it would be one thing but so far in the span of three episodes we have seen it happen THREE times. She can apologize all she wants but until she decides to either lay off the booze or at least change her drinking habits she's gonna have the problems. I've seen people like her that just seem to want to fight with everyone in their path when they are drunk......most of the time it doesn't end well if the person doesn't stop drinking sooner rather than later. :(

I think we moved on to a new era. First, it was The Mean Girls, then Evan and Kenny (Mean Males). Now, it's overly cocky females (Sarah, Laurel, Evelyn) who wanna pick on little weak chicks.
