Cut Throat - Jenn Grijalva

Yeah I for one was shocked to hear her say that she would tear anybody up verbally.. I personally don't think "horse-headed", "Tori Spelling reject" or anything else she called Mandi [or anyone else over the years] to be witty or worth saying she had a sharp tongue. She's just a loud drunk who likes to try to assert herself and start arguments. I used to be a fan of hers and I don't really know when or why that changed, but now I could kind of use a break from her. No more back to back challenges for her please. Also, it's funny to listen to Bill Simmons' podcasts and listen to his theories about Jenn and why she is the way she is [namely the double N stories].

I love Jenn:heart: just in case some people haven't noticed. But I do think she is one of the new Alpha-girls of the challenges. She's with the in-crowd, personally I believe she's a tough chick and a great competitor, and nobody really calls her out. She also doesn't take **** from anybody. You guys can say whatcha want about her being all talk, no action and all that, but I think if anybody steps up to her, she will put them down in their place (or on the ground). Hope her and Pete do a challenge together soon.

I'm guessing if they do one more together it will be the Duel 3.

The reason Coral was so great was because of all her hilarious one liners and how quick and witty she was with her words. I don't see anything of Coral in Jenn either. Don't find her funny at all. Talking as fast as you can while barely making sense does not constitute having a sharp tongue.

I like Jenn but I don't think she's so ****** as many people put her out to be. I don't think she is terrible but I don't know if she would be like top 15 competitors of all time. She hasn't done that many impressive things. Let's see Inferno 3: She beat Rachel, who sucks. First off she couldn't understand the rules of the elimination and kept hitting Rachel with the stick. She beat Colie who was terrible. I mean absolutely terrible. She lost to Susie who is good. She didn't win any life shield or excel in any missions from what we saw. The Island: She didn't do anything She didn't win her face-off She didn't win the challenge Duel 2: She beat Katie who is not that good of a competitor but I'l give her credit. However she didn't destroy Katie because Katie also got a point. It wasn't too one sided so she's not to strong. She beat Kim who did beat 2 other players. However Kim seems much lighter than Jenn going by body type and Kim didn't seem to keen in physical contact eliminations. She lost to Diem in an elimination she had experience in. She didn't win any missions. She fought with Aneesa trying to be ****** and then when the time came to call her out, she chickened out and went for Diem who was much smaller. Sucks for her that she got eliminated in the end. Fresh Meat 2 She won one exile against Ryan and Theresa. It was a team thing so she didn't do it by herself. Yea she carried the weight and it was after a mission but its still a partner elimination. Everyone always argues about Wes and Jillians eliminations in exiles not counting and not showing them being strong so we will do the same with Jenn. She won one challenge where she didn't have to do anything but hang there. Very impressive. Her fight with Mandi didn't impress me. It seemed to fake and she just lashed out for no reason. Also her fight was against Mandi, which isn't to impressive considering Mandi being very small and a rookie. Theres not enough from Cutthroat yet for me to say anything. In the end I do like Jenn. I think she is cool and very beautiful. But I don't think shes that great in the competition. Yea her social game is good but everyone seems to be praising her for her athleticism. I don't see much of it. Her social game is good though but not great. Yea she didn't go into exile till the end but why would you get rid her her. She wasn't a threat. I'd keep her too. The final challenge showed that she wasn't to great. Plus Kenny was what was keeping her there. This is just my opinion. I am just posting the facts I know and some of my opinion. I know that I am going to be told I am wrong but I did back up my opinion with true facts.

But I think that's just how Jenn is, give her an opponent and something to hit them with, and she'll do it. But because you said you like her, I won't contradict too much of what you said. A big part of why I think she's a good competitor is because she never gives up and always gives her all. She and Noor also had a big disadvantage going into the final on FM2, they competed in it less than 12 hours after their Exile while everybody else had all the time they needed to rest.

I was very impressed with Jen's strategy in this inferno. Her recognizing that Rachel did not have a good hold of her stick, then taking advantage of that weakness made her a smart player. However, I don't understand why she didn't exercise this same sort of thinking when she battled Diem in their duel. She should've recognized after the first round that Diem really wasn't doing much except moving out of the way, allowing Jen to fall off the platform. Second round, she should've recognized this, and she should've been more careful. She thought out of the box her first elimination round but she should've thought out of the box against Diem as well.

I think the reason Jenn chose Diem for the Duel was because she wanted at least a chance to stay. If she did Push Over with Aneesa, she would've lost, no contest. At least with Diem she had a chance. Don't tell me you wouldn't do the same thing. It's just strategy; keeping personal problems and the game from mingling.

There's times you have to suck up your pride, admit to even yourself you may have not said/done the wisest thing, and go for what will help you win.

I mean don't sit there and sell me this **** that you are tough and can kick *** and then when the time comes to prove it you chicken out. Even worse, you chicken out and choose someone weaker because you think you can beat them and then lose. At least Aneesa backs it up. She acts like a tough ***** and proves it. Yea she doesn't do so well in missions but when her *** is on the line she will choose whoever.

Jenn is smart and strategic. Aneesa is not. Aneesa is not good in challenges. She is good in physical elimination rounds. Aneesa will call out anybody, because she can beat almost every girl in something physical. She has like 5 inches and 30 lbs on most girls. Jenn played smart. She went with the wiser choice. She played with her head not her heart.

I like Jenn. I think she's a good competitor and semi-entertaining, but I just have this feeling that they're trying to fill the "bad girl, loud mouth" type since Coral/Veronica/Tina are gone. She just doesnt compare. =/

Last time I spoke with Jenn she said Pete will not be on another challenge. He has a good job outside of the shows. But hey things change all the time.
