Yeah this season basically sucks,Those kids are going to win cause there little justin beibers I can already see it.When the announced it was battle of the stars season I though they were going to do an All-Star season. I like Phunk Phenomon and Request though.
The Season of Superstars is a horrid idea. But I must say Request, Phunk, I.aM.mE and 787 are realling bring it and I pray they are the actual final four. The other crews suck. I'm a really big fan of i.am.me, I've been following them on youtube and they have so much charistma and just fun to watch. I would hate to see those little bieber boys win this competition. That crump crew needs to go ASAP!

They remind me too much of a few crews from previous seasons and there's too many people in their group so it's hard to tell what's actually going on. I liked FootworKINGz and definitely didn't expect them to get sent home already, thought they had a lot of talent. I like IaMmE and 787 so hopefully they do well.
A lot of people underestimate ReQuest when they are a crew to look out for. I think once the cuteness wears off Iconic Boyz they will go home. Personally my final 3 are IaMme, Phunk Phenomenon and, ReQuest. Also ReQuest did win Hip Hop International 2010 and beat Phunk Phenomenon. Lastly the Footworkingz did not deserve bottom two based on performance I thought it would be ReQuest vs. Instant Noodles.
Also with the Seasons of the Superstars they should have them do artists who really sing and actually dance like Aaliyah, N Sync, etc. Instead of artists like Ke$ha ,and Lil Wayne.
They're doing the season of superstars because of the epicness of the Missy Elliot, Usher, Britney Spears, Beyonce, Janet & Michael episodes. But i agree they could have done superstars that actually dance, so that the crews can interpretate a video or dance move. Give me N'sync, Chris Brown, Ciara, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, etc. etc. REAL DANCERS. But its all about popularity which is why they are going with the most generic artists on the face of this earth.

Theres no doubt that they have a chance at winning this competition if people give them a chance.
After watching every season, Quest Crew came close but there will never be another Jabbawockeez....ABDC might just wanna give it up. Phunk Phenomenon, ReQuest, and I.Am.Me are pretty good but no crew that I've watched this season has did it for me. I miss the show when it was just about dancing (Seasons 1,2,3) but now it's just a big popularity contest. I also remember on Seasons 1, 2, and 3 the outfits of the crews were just plain cool/awesome and the stage was just a normal stage but now the crews' outfits are all shiny, glittery, glow in the dark, and just gimmicky and they use props too much and the stage looks like a mixture of a rave party and a circus or something with all the different colors and lights. I will say FootworKINGZ did get outperformed by ReQuest last night but atleast FootworKINGZ were bringing something new to the show. This show IS getting repetitive. Where are all the crews with awesomeness like Jabbawockeez, SuperCr3w, Beat Freaks, Supreme Soul, Quest Crew, Fanny Pak, Kaba Modern, ect. ect. ??
As a fan of both Jabbawockeez and Quest Crew, I must say Quest is better. Jabbawockeez is highly overrated. People LOVE them because of their masks. If they didn't have their masks, they wouldn't be as popular. They're amazing dancers but not as good as Quest Crew. Go on youtube and watch Quest Crew's dances again on ABDC, they do everything Jabbawockeez did and more. Looking back on Jabbacwockeez on season 1, they weren't as good as I remember. Watch Season 1 again and see.

I don't think Jabbawockeez are overrated at all. It seems that all people want now when they watch dance routines is explosiveness, which Quest has. I like the relaxed style that the Jabbawockeez have. JC said it right on the Charity for Champions episode. "You (Jabbawockeez) give sound a shape." Quest crew doesn't do that for me. Of course, everything we say is all subjective. It's our opinion, but I do believe that Jabbawockeez are far more successful then Quest for good reason. And lets not bring up the mask and gloves thing being the reason for their success because do you think that if Quest wore masks and gloves they would be as successful as the Jabbawockeez? Helllllll no. Jabba has a style that they make work with their prop. I personally think that a lot of Quest's routines that don't have breaking seem forced. Jabba is just more fluid to me. Yes, Quest breakers have better power moves then Kid Rainen and Cris from Jabba and Hok can tut better, but other then that, Jabba is better then Quest. All these crews nowadays think that it's all about stunts and flips and posing. It's not at all. Lets think about Quest's best routine, the OrcQUESTra. How many pose scenes were there? Ryan on top of the piano (1), Victor being played like a Viola by Ryan (2), Dtrix headspinning on piano (3), Hok locking while everyone just watches (4), Victor doing his hollowback (5), and then Dtrix pushing dude's name who I forgot over two people, (6). And all of this is in like a 20-30 sec routine. It just feels too packed. Like I said, forced.
Each season I knew exactly who was going to win after a few episodes, I had my favorites but it's like each crew had a winners edit of the show. Super Cr3w, Jabba, We Are Hereos, Poreotics and Quest kind of resembled each other in certain ways, they already had a huge fanbase before heading into the show and had famous members from other reality shows (SYTYCD, America's Got Talent etc.) But season six can kind of go anywhere, the biebers throw me off they might gain petty votes. I.am.me is famous and popular but I sense they will get screwed over, another famous group is Street Kingdom but they're screwed by the season of the superstars theme. Phunk seems like they're getting a second-third place team edit.

Jabba definitely deserves their ABDC title. I'm a fan of both crews as well and Jabba is so much better than Quest, I'm sorry but it's true. Have you seen Jabba's show in Vegas ?? It's 1000000 times better than anything I've seen Quest do on or off ABDC. I also think Jabba did better than Quest on the Champions for Charity Episode. Quest just has more/better tricks/stunts and Hok can tut awesomely, that's it. Jabba is better at basically every other style...and while Quest's Bboys have more power than Kid Rainen.... Kid Rainen of Jabba is still an overall better Bboy than anyone in Quest IMHO. Jabba is also better than Quest at Popping, locking, turfing, waving, ect. ect. ...and I've seen Jabba tut and krump among other styles as well. Jabba also rides a beat like no other. Off the show Quest always does the same old performances/routines over and over again...their Champions for Charity performance even had a bunch of old recycled stuff in it. They've just now started to do some REAL new stuff since D Trix left the crew. Quest has also been accused of copying other crews numerous times....Jabba has not. In fact, if you watch a few of Quest's performances on ABDC you can tell they were even "inspired" by Jabba in certain parts especially in their Week 1 performance. As Faceless said , "Jabba gives sound a shape" and I have yet to see another dance crew on ABDC do that like them. Remember, it's not about who does the most tricks or stunts. For me, Jabba's musicality > Quest's tricks and stunts too. Quest is very energetic and they do insane things that I haven't seen any other dance crew do on ABDC before or after them so I give them props for that but Jabba's performances on and off ABDC are like perfect art. You just can't beat that.
The fluidity of Jabba is just beyond any other crew I've seen on ABDC. The progression in their routines just went so smoothly. I'd also like to add that even though I do think Hok is a great tutter, Mike Song and I guess Kaba Modern as a whole, just ****s all over him at tutting.

There was a battle...D Trix and Hok vs. Victor Kim and Mike Song and Victor and Mike won...Mike's tutting did **** all over Hok's in that battle...it's on Youtube. Oh and I agree with you about Jabba's fluidity as well. And they didn't even have Gary Kendall (RIP) or Joe Larot (Two other Jabba members who were just as good as the rest) on the show with them.

Personally, I still think no one touches Jabbawockeez, and their masks have nothing to do with my opinion at all, I couldn't care less if I can see their faces or not. In my opinion though, it's a toss up for who I think the second best crew is between Beat Freakz and Blueprint Cru, followed by Quest. I believe that, had BF went harder in the final routine, they would've won that season but it seemed like everybody (including them) thought they had it in the bag, and their final routine lacked their full potential while Quest's was great. And I will always and forever believe Blueprint Cru was robbed of the title. They fell into the bottom four or 5 times due to lacking the votes because they were a Canadian crew, and they still made the finals. They are my favorite crew overall throughout the entire show.

For some reason I thought of all their performances were like Beat Freaks' last performance - lacking. I liked Poreotix better then them. For me I'd have to say my second favorite is either BF or Kaba Modern. I love Mike Song. Such a good tutter. 3rd would have to be Super Crew, even if they have a stupid name, because I like breaking.
I'm very impressed with IaMmE and Phunk Phenomenon thus far, the latter being the favorite in my eyes to win it all. I was very happy to see J.C. and Lil Mama lay it into D-Trix. I can't stand him as a judge. I wish Omarion would have returned.
I just saw tonight's episode (Katy Perry, my wife)... I hate this show so much, after FootworKINGZ left I had hope for ReQuest, but then of course they lose to the Crump people of all crews... So annoying, at this point I have no crew to root for, so aggravating Oh, and Lil Mama should never be allowed to critique both of the crews in the bottom, it completely distracts from the first two judges comments
I have mixed feelings about this episode. -Request: At first I didn't like them, but they won me over this week, and I was mad when they were sent home. -FootworkKingz: Yea I know they went home last week, but im still in shock. I think they gave excellent performances both weeks and I fail to see how they were in the bottom two. You could just see the look of pain on their faces. Phunk and IamMe: Obviously the best two crews right now. Phunk killed it last week with the slow mo, and IamMe killed it this week with the locking. It's like they are alternating who has the better performance every week lol. -Iconic Boys: I hope they leave, and fast. They can dance sure, but I feel like the only reason why they get votes is because everyone thinks there soooo cute, gmab. -Street Kingdom: I like Krumping, but this show just isn't from them. They always look a hot mess on stage and they have way too many people. I hardly ever see any choreo. When D-Trix said "that was the best performance i've ever seen" I almost died. Which brings me to.... D-Trix vs Lil Mama and JC: I don't like D-Trix as a judge. To me, he has no "grey" area. He either says "omg i loved your performance" or says "that sucked, i didnt like it". I did agree with him on Iconic Boys, and thought it was unprofessional for JC to call him a "crackhead". But then he turns around and practically praises SK. I think he is biased towards SK just because he looks up to Tight-Eyez, and is scared to say anything bad about them. Now if JC would've called him a "crackhead" after his SK critique, I would've agreed. All in all, this show is becoming more like America's Most Popular Dance Crew and not America's Best Dance Crew.
All in all, this show is becoming more like America's Most Popular Dance Crew and not America's Best Dance Crew.
Isn't that how all voting reality shows are now?
This season has a kid crew that has underwhelming and mediocre choreography competing with older crews that actually....offer something other than walking around and posing. This season was **** when it began.
Catching up with ABDC. As a whole, this season blows but I would like to say that besides Mike Song, the best tutter to be on the show is probably Moon from I.Am.Me.
For the first time, I agree with Dtrix - Iconic Boyz was not that good and I think JC calling him a crackhead was uncalled for. You could totally see it in Dtrix's eyes and composure that JC was ******* him off. I would have been really mad too. Judges don't have to agree with JC was trying to rip Dtrix apart. I think the being young thing has worn off for some people but JC and Lil Mama are just looking at that. I have to say that Iconic Boyz have done something great by making it on this show at such a young age but if that routine was done by any of the other crews, they'd be getting their heads ripped off by all the judges.
This just in: Street Kindgom has been elimnated

I haven't been watching. Are the Iconic Boyz still there?
I haven't been watching. Are the Iconic Boyz still there?
Yes. They dedicated their routine to you by wearing all pink too. ;)
Champions for Charity 2.0 coming.....Sunday, June 5th. Instead of bringing the eliminated crews back to perform with the top 2 crews from Season 6, MTV will be bringing back all 5 previous ABDC Champions to perform at the finale.
I really hope IaMmE wins. They are amazing and so unique. Sometimes i wish that the judges picked the winner instead, though i do enjoy having the opportunity to vote on the final performance.
This show seriously need to change because each season seems like the last. All of the judges and host need to be replaced.
