Real World: San Diego (2011) - A Pig Walks Into A Gay Bar
Frank brings a guy to the house and upsets the roommates; a huge fight breaks out. Frank breaks down and decides he needs to leave the house...
Frank Gets WILD During His First Gay Bar Outing [Sneak Peek] I actually like Priscilla. She is the youngest one but the most mature one when it comes to accepting others sexual preferences.
That article paints Zach, Nate, and Ashley in an unfortunate light for me - but so far they've done nothing on screen to make me not like them. Hopefully this episode won't change that. The sneak peek I watched last week for tonight's episode looked like I would still like them... even with Zach telling Frank he's not acting like "a man." While I don't agree with his statement, I think more so that he's saying "you're being a drama queen for the sake of being a drama queen." Frank needs to stop the pity parties. I HIGHLY doubt he's going to end up leaving the house. However, having watched the video after reading the article, my feeling have shifted a bit. But, like Priscilla said, maybe her roommates just haven't really been in those situations before. I think Nate overreacts the most - like to the point where it's almost like he's trying to compensate for something. Zach, on the other hand, says he doesn't even think Frank is bi and is only straight... well, he's in for a shocker.
that is awesome!!! a freaking piglet!!!
Every week I see the opening credits it reminds how much I CAN'T STAND Ashley, Zach and sometimes Nate. I love Priscilla and how accepting she is. Love you, Pris. *back to watching the episode*
My college buddy adopted a little pig. It was the best thing ever. The rest of us would cook up bacon every morning and look longingly at the little piglet thinking of maybe making breakfast, brunch with all the fixings. Was that wrong?
They are very immature about it...
"Frank is straight and just wants attention" *****.
Not going to lie, that girl sam is making out, is pretty hot.
"Frank is straight and just wants attention" **********] I thought that was funny too, lol.
"I am so out of my element right now." Shut the heck up Nate, you're sitting in a car outside a gay bar.
"I am so out of my element right now." Shut the heck up Nate, you're sitting in a car outside a gay bar.
How dare you! Those thirty seconds spent dropping Frank and Sam off really traumatized him. Poor li'l Pumpkin needs to see some tits and explosions now. :(
This is actually some great Real World material. If Frank slept with a female roommate in the spa, would people refuse to use it from that time forward? Or the shower? That aside, leaving a condom on the floor is not cool.
Zach's winning me over in a way. I like that he actually realizes that there's people in the world you're not gonna like and you don't have to pander to them.
How ironic that the youngest one in the house is the most mature about all of this.
Nate comes of bad in this episode, zack not that much, he is mad becuase of the disrespect Frank had sex all over the house and codom in the shower.
Yeah the condom thing isn't cool, but Nate, Zach, and Ashley are being whiny little babies about the whole thing. Good thing Priscilla has a good head on her shoulders.
Zach loves masks and he wants a little pig as a child in a stroller. I'm worried for his innate vision of masculinity.
This cast needs a Bronne!
I'm still not sure who the hell the good guy in this situation is supposed to be. But when Frank flips his **** so often, how am I supposed to see him as the good guy? Combine that with the whole "I've never been around this kind of stuff" and he's the bad guy in the edit I guess.
I think the problem with Frank (beyond the alcohol, etc) is that he is still in a molding period and doesn't fully understand his sexuality. If he told everyone straight up, I love men and sleep with them. I love women too and sleep with them. Get used to it. That would be that. However, he came in as "bi" and then tilted in some respects to the anti gay male influences in the house during sober time and when real Frank emerged, it was a shock. He just needs to tell them, this is who I am and that is that. p.s. I'll drink less.
I'm still not sure who the hell the good guy in this situation is supposed to be.
Lots of grey area. You want to stick up for the guy for being who he is... Then you hate him for being a drunk mule.
What the **** is Frank doing? "GET OUT" *pushes Nate back into the room* "GET THE **** OUT" *pushes Nate back into the room* Edit: Good for you Alexandra! Don't just be all nice all the time! Now if we get her flipping out on someone for being an idiot then she'll be the true voice of reason for the season.
I felt bad for this kid for being ostracized but between this and the fact that he won't shut the hell up on Twitter I can't. Like alright buddy, we get it, Zach and Nate were homophobic and it pissed you off. Awesome. I can sympathize with a lot of what he says, but he won't give it a rest.
What the **** is Frank doing?
I cheer for him and then moments later I shutter...

Ok that is it, Ashley is a ******* robot. Her expression NEVER changes. It's always the same smirky-smile type thing. She doesn't look shocked or upset or anything at all to the situation.
Give him some sort of sleeping pill. Please God. Do it! Edit: And then monitor him. Sleeping pills should only be administered by a physician.
Ok that is it, Ashley is a ******* robot. Her expression NEVER changes. It's always the same smirky-smile type thing. She has a nice body, but they better give her a storyline or show her expressing emotion at some point, or she's going to end up being the roommate people forget.
So, where was production? I saw lots of unwanted physical touching that was out of bounds. The real world situation is that they where waiting for Nate to kill Frank (which would have been enough for them to step in, lol.)
