I think that this season is supposed to be about who's the whole package. Personally, I feel like Lisa encompasses what it takes to make it in the industry more so than any of the other girls. She seems the most marketable to me. Alison is an excellent model without even having to try, but she seems like sort of a one-trick pony to me.
I' so with you on Shannon! I adore her, so her elimination was sad. I think it says a lot that even Adrianne, who couldn't be more opposite, still loves and defends Shannon to this day. I applaud her for remaining true to herself, even if it didn't make sense to anyone else. I see where she was coming from with the whole lingerie as opposed to bikini issue. Her problem wasn't with ther underwaer being too revealing, she just didn't want to be associated with any kind of lingerie modeling. Plus the underwear companies aren't her market anyway.
I totally get Shannon with the underwear thing as well. Underwear is designed for the bedroom, is supposed to sexy and intimate thats what it convey's and she doesnt believe that it is to be seen by anybody but her and her husband. Swimsuits on the other hand are meant to be seen and are supposed to be worn outside and whatever. I think she stands by her beliefs and morals. I totally get that if she decided that she was going to do this underwear thing that people would try to make her look like a hypocrite and a weak person because she caved, I love that she knows who she is and she stands by that.
I dont think Allison is a one trick pony though. Especially this cycle she has given so many different looks and styles its amazing. Cycle 12 she did have kinda her signature thing and it was frowned upon but this cycle she has changed it up but still does her. I think if you picked up a magazine and saw her you would know its her. Where if you saw Laura, Angelea or Dom they could easily be mistaken for anybody else cause they arent as unique.
I do agree Lisa has the complete package other than the fact that she is 30. But I do love her and if Allison doesnt win I hope Lisa does.
I'm not too sad about Shannon, but I do understand where she is coming from. She's standing up for what she believes in and that's just her.
About all the one's left in the competition, I personally don't care who wins as long as it's not Angelea.
Um, is Tyra looking for a 'Top Model' or a 'Top Reality Star', this is becoming ridiculous. I really do think that their 'best photos' aren't really the best, because Dominique looked really get on set and they pulled some weird *** picture of her. Laura looked really good on set also and they picked a boring shot of her. Oh well, it [I]is[/I] Tyra Bank's show after all..
Well when Tyra has a photo shoot with the girls posing as Snookie and NeNe Leaks on a motorcycle its obvious she isnt looking for a Model and she is looking for a Reality Star. But the biggest indication that this isnt a modeling show is if/when Angelea wins this stupid show.
I swear this season has been so set up that it's not even funny. People like Sheena, Brittaney, Shannon, Lisa and Kayla were only cast as throw aways to be sent home when Tyra didn't want to send anyone else. Nobody could ever convince me that Brittany deserved to be sent home first. I can gauruntee that Lisa won't win. They knew that Shannon wouldn't do underwear when they brought her back, so they knew she wasn't going to do that salad photo shoot. Domonique DID NOT deserve to go last night! If Lisa had flipped out like that at the challenge her *** would've been gone. Angelea winning would be the biggest joke since when Saleisha won...
I feel as if they are setting up Angelea to win at this point. She goes from what I can tell is horrible to all of a sudden amazing? Just like that...they have basically started playing to just her strengths and hers alone. I don't like that at all because I think she should have been eliminated a long time ago. If she wins, I'm probably done for good. I stopped after her season because of her the first time around and came back this season because I liked the All-Star format. If she doesn't go home tonight I'll be upset and if she wins, that's it, I'm out.

We must have shared a womb when we were being formed because this is the exact same thing that was in my mind. I stopped watching after 14 because I felt she should have never got that far and Krista didn't deserve to win and now Angelea is all of a sudden this great that she can win (despite the fact that [B][I]NO[/I][/B] major agencies wanted to sign her? And if she does win this proofs that Tyra doesn't want a model, she wants a hot reality star.
I looked at Angelea's portfolio for this season and it was horrible, Allison had an extremely strong portfolio and Lisa has a pretty good (yet crazy) one too. If Allison doesn't win, like she should, Lisa needs to because Angelea's not a model. She's Nene on a motorcycle.
I totally agree they are setting this up for an Angelea win. Even with the challenge and the obvious voice overs from Nigel praising Angelea to high heaven.
The whole video shoot thing was a complete joke, Angelea is a complete joke, this whole season was a complete joke. Lisa, Allison, Dominique and Shannon all did amazing this season and should have been the final 4. I know Lisa is older, but the girl has been working it out and really does deserve to win, but Allison has also done amazing. Angelea is probably the the least deserving person to win this whole cycle just based on modeling and modeling potential.
This is ridiculous, I will also stop watching this show altogether if/when Angelea wins. If I want to watch ghetto trash win things I'll go watch old episodes of the Of Love and I Love Money shows from Vh1.

Apparently, Angelea was DQ'd for leaking information of the final 3 before the competition even aired, but I can't really find anything else on the matter. I'm not shocked with this at all because Angelea is just so cocky that she is bound to not be able to keep things quiet.
At this point I'm content with whoever wins because Lisa and Allison are both worthy of the title. However, because interviewing is a part of the win, my guess is Lisa, but who really knows...

I'm soooo glad that Lisa won!!! But it was such an odd ending. We couldn't see Lisa's face when it was revealed that she won, and when we did see her she didn't as wildly excited as I'd expected...

She won? Seriously? That is bull**** in my opinion because she was the least deserving of the win looking at the shots and the entire competition. She's been in the bottom a few times and definitely should have gone home over Dominique. I'm really glad she won and then got it taken right from her. So so happy about that.

I know 3 models from another countries version of Top Model are being sued for an outragous amaount of money for leaking spoilers. I'd never wish anything bad on her, but if she broke her contract then I think she should be held accountable. But, the story about her winning may not be true because according to Shannon, who was in Greece, there was no re-shoot an Lisa was always the winner.
I was listening to an interview with Brittney, who's really close with Lisa, earlier and she adressed Lisa's age. According to her Lisa isn't really into modeling anymore, her music is her main priority. She said Lisa doesn't actively seek out modeling gigs, but if they come to her then she'll take them.
Allison has no interest in modeling either, she has said outright that she would rather work behind the camera. I think because Lisa and Allison had no intentions of being models is why Tyra really wanted Angelea to be the winner. I dont think they reshot the finale though, I feel as though Shannon is a trustworthy person and wouldnt cover things up. Realistically no matter the outcome or who won they were all going to go back and do the same things they were doing before, some model, some act, some work at banks, some do music, som doe photography, it all would have been the same.
So happy for Lisa though. I think she is a great representative for Top Model, someone who really has come a long ways and has triumphed over something that can be a devastating thing. Way to go Lisa!!!

I like Janice, but this video was weird. (The F you Tyra at the end was funny though).
I don't think it that big of an issue that CoverGirl chooses the winner because they are choosing someone who will represent them for a year after getting paid $100,000. It does make sense why she left though, if her opinion didn't matter why stick around.

I think Janice is one of the few judges to come through this show that was actually passionate about the girls that she felt were the best models making it through, so I could see her being really upset to find out that her opinion meant nothing. Like many of us, she was probably fooled at first into believing that it was really about helping these girls make it in the modeling industry. She was also the most entertaining judge this show has ever seen!

I watched the premiere episode and I was quite bored the entire time. There were one or two (Louise/Sophie) that I like, but everyone else wasn't my cup of tea. I already miss the episode where they have 40 something girls and narrow it down that way. Hoping it gets better, but I really doubt it.
I have completely given up on this season after Episode 2 but for anyone who cares Nigel Barker,Miss J and Mr.Jay have all been fired and the show is trying to take a marketing PR approach helm ed with Kelly Cutrone for Cycle 19 The College Edition.
