Zach: Hey Frank, **** you! camera pans to Frank with a sad face Can someone make me a .gif of this please??
I would have if I had this episode recorded and didn't lose power. :( Damn nor'easter.
This is why Tumblr and gifs.com are your friends. They have the best gifs. lol.
If San Diego and Cancun both crumble giving Brooklyn the win, this will go down as one of my favorite Challenges ever. Like Big Easy said, "They'll soon realize that this is worst game they've ever played." Not entirely true but you get the point. ;)
Is this a little New York bias? lol, if so I'm with you.
Is this a New York bias? lol, if so I'm with you.
I mean, I'm from New Jersey but truthfully I don't have a bias with New York haha. I've always like Chet, he's hilarious and an underdog. I never liked Sarah, I always thought she was cocky, but this season she seems to be different. And Devyn is awesome! It's hard to not root for the most likable, underdog team. Also, the other teams really suck, with the exception of Vegas
Totally agree, though I'd say Vegas and Cancun are both likable.
I disagree with Cancun. I find Cancun to be totally arrogant for all of the wrong reasons. They're doing well and think they're actually good but I'm sure if they went up against other people, they'd all get annihilated.
Totally agree, though I'd say Vegas and Cancun are both likable.
Yeah, I do like Vegas mainly because of the new age Vegas, definitely not a fan of Trishelle. I also can't stand CJ, he's extremely fake. He's overly sensitive and tries to be friends with everybody while throwing in the same two teams every time, Brooklyn and Fresh Meat. Aside from CJ, Derrick is a dud, and the two girls are meh at best.
I disagree with Cancun. I find Cancun to be totally arrogant for all of the wrong reasons. Their guys are the weakness on that team but I find them likable. I know Jonna rubs some people the wrong way but I'd love to see her on every challenge. She's a decent competitor and there to win unlike a lot of people

Derek is just... there. I haven't seen much from him. These teams are pretty bad, like Nightwolf said, if they went up against an actually decent team, they would get demolished.

They're only fault is allying with SD, but they've been nothing but great at challenges and seem to be cool people. I disagree; in anything mental or strategic they'd do well (except for Derek).
CJ is a very solid player. Derek is just... there. I haven't seen much from him. These teams are pretty bad, like Nightwolf said, if they went up against an actually decent team, they would get demolished.
But the thing is they've defeated Vegas, Brooklyn, and SD in challenges and have always been a top team.
But the thing is they've defeated Vegas, Brooklyn, and SD in challenges and have always been a top team.
I would consider Vegas to be the only solid team, not great, solid. Every team had somebody holding them back. Big Easy with Fresh Meat team. Lacey/Melinda with team Austin. Team NOLA altogether. San Diego has potential to be good, but Sam holds them back and as show on the episode last night, they clearly lack respect for each other.

Like I get confidence but they just come off as "We're such a great team" when it's more of "All of the other teams suck"
It's just their confident demeanor gets on my nerves. Like I get confidence but they just come off as "We're such a great team" when it's more of "All of the other teams suck"
To be fair, don't most of the teams this season suck?
To be fair, don't most of the teams this season suck?
That's my point. It's like getting a big head in the NFL by being undefeated after beating the Jaguars, Chiefs, and the Panthers. Yeah you're undefeated but it means nothing.
That's my point. It's like getting a big head in the NFL by being undefeated after beating the Jaguars, Chiefs, and the Panthers. Yeah you're undefeated but it means nothing.
Oh, we agree there. I think some of these people (especially the people on their first challenge) are in for a rude awakening on their next challenge. I do think Jonna, Jasmine and CJ understand this is a weaker cast though since they've seen other much politics can control the game

Your guys posts about their arrogance is dead on. Zach says he is smart, but he also said on several podcasts that he is the biggest guy by far of challenge competitors so he knows he can beat anyone in an elimination. Zach, for being smart you have to know being the biggest can be an advantage, but also doesn't mean you are the strongest by any means. Their have been big guys who have been awful on these challenges. Even if it was x battle, doesn't necessarily guarantee you win because you are bigger. Mark was bigger than Johnny weight wise. I think team SD needs a reality check. I do think Zach is a challenge superfan. They all call Trey a superfan, when Dani from the bad girls club basically confirmed that he is obsessed with the challenge and being on it. I totally believe her after hearing him on interviews and how he talks. I have never seen a single episode of bgc either so not biased I feel like the newbies on this challenge are probably thinking wow these challenges are not that tough we can do this every challenge. When the better athletes and vets return, it won't be that easy. They still may do well, but it won't be nearly as easy.

I haven't watched an episode of BGC, but Dani's call made me want to. I don't like Trey either, but I don't think Zach is all he tries to pretend to be.
Even though I wanted Johnny to be the one to put Frank in his place because Frank was crap talking on twitter I'm now leaning towards CT. Actually I'd prefer a verbal beat down from JEK and then CT to just demolish him in something physical. I'm surprised Frank isn't getting the misogynist card thrown at him. Is it because he's gay? I don't get it. We've seen a LOT of the guys go to town on some of these girls verbally in challenges (JEK, CT, Wes, Pete on FM2, Abram back in the day) but I've never seen one of them get physical with a girl during an actual challenge. Frank was straight up shoving Sam and trying to force her to get on his shoulders.

If Frank had been shoving Ashley like that, I think it would have been something completely different and people would be much madder at Frank (although I think most people already hate him). I still think the way Zach and Frank treated Sam was uncalled for and didn't even make sense to do.
Actually I think we may be blinded by the way Frank was treating Sam, so we just assumed Zach was saying harsh words, I don't remember Zach being as personal and extra as Frank. I haven't seen the episode again because they haven't showed the rerun yet but if I can recall.. but didn't Zach give Sam some sort of motivation boost during that challenge? I know he was screaming but he wasn't cruel. I could be wrong.
Frank next week acting crazy: "I will not be made to look like a crazy person!"
After this episode I really I have to admit that I'm tired of Frank. I was one of the few people (if memory serves correctly) who defended him constantly during the SD 2 season, but I cannot do that anymore, at least based on his edit. He might be a great person to his friends in real life, but I strongly dislike the person he has created for tv. I cannot see the comparison to Wes, because Wes was the underdog most of the times, and even if not, you could always see a humorous, likeable person through all his shtick. In contrast, I've rarely seen a person as hypocritical as Frank even on reality tv. Apart from that, I love, love, love Brooklyn, the whole team, and especially Devyn. As a lot of people I really enjoyed the Brooklyn season, and I liked each roommate, some more, some less, for very different reasons. To me the strong division of the house was very frustrating for me to watch, so them working together and getting along so well is really great!
I wonder how long it'll be until he just makes a vevmo account since everyone knows he trolls the forum anyway.
I still don't understand why we continue to see JD over Ryan or Scott representing Brooklyn. My guess is either Bunim Murray either doesn't like them or they have been contacted but they themselves have no interest. You literally never see JD doing anything in the house or hardly ever get any camera time. More than half the time he is just creepily standing with the rest of Brooklyn and doesn't say a word. I can't imagine how he can be considered any good for ratings because he's a bore fest and invisible.

A couple of years ago I met Scott at this event a local night club was hosting I asked him when would we see him in a challenge and he answer soon that was back in 2010 I believe. I also asked him what would be the ideal challenge for him to compete and he answered a Duel type of challenge. He mention he would like to have Mark, Darrell, Landon, Alton, Brad, Derrick, and CT in the cast to name a few.
Scott made videos a couple years ago about wanting to be on a challenge. And Champyfiend is acting like JD has been on 10 challenges, this is only his second one.
JD is asked back because he was absolute gold on Brooklyn. Unfortunately he hasn't delivered on either of his challenges so I would be surprised if we were to see him again.

Chet, Dustin and Devyn def have had the best interviews and one liners of the season so far. Not sure if that's good or bad for the rest, but at least those three have good personalites and are funny. Good way to be asked back
