The Challenge: Generic Thread

I can't remember who else.. Katie and Jenn are the only ones that come to mind

I was surprised by Jasmine's retirement (on the show I thought it was just a typical exit line before I came here) because she seems like one of the people who would do a lot of these, especially since she has done the last 3. I don't know anything about her other than what's been on the shows, so if she has found something better in her personal life good for her.

Mark has retired twice and broken it once, and seems willing to do it again.

Derrick stated that the Ruins was his last chance but that was clearly untrue. Brad supposedly is done but was cast for this season before someone (Cameran?) dropped out.

I think shes done. Someone else said on here that Ev was done because she has a career now; I think she'es the only one that I could see coming back. Brad, Timmy, Tori, and Jenn have all moved on and I can't picture them returning. (Not saying it'll never happen) I wonder who's next. My guess would be Sarah.

Tori, Susie & Veronica are probably done because they have (or are going to have) a kid. I think most mothers quit at that point. I'd say all but Robin, Cynthia and Belou did a challenge with a kid. Maybe more--those are just the ones that come to my mind first.

I would LOVE for Tori and Brad to do another one together and pull a Belou. I guess only time will tell for little Jaz. With all the vets leaving or taking breaks between their next Challenge, I wonder if more people from this season will become regulars. That, or production just start attempting to throw more and more kids from the current Real World seasons on. Isn't there a stipulation in the contract about a challenge obligation after your season finishes filming? If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say at least 4 roommates from Portland will be on the next Challenge.

Leroy pretty much called her out and said if mtv calls she'll be back. She's done 3 in a row, had a few crazy moments but I won't miss her if she never returns. I can think of dozens of other actually intresting females to invite.

That's actually sad...Jazmine is actually one of the 'newer' cast members I liked....hope she's pulling a Mark / Katie. Katie said she'd be done during The Ruins and came back in Cutthroat! (I don't think that one was said yet....if it was, my bad).

Obviously it's based solely on your opinion, but I'd still like to know who you have in mind. Jasmine isn't the most interesting, but she's hardly "boring". Jonna is my favorite castmember from Cancun followed closely by Jasmine. I felt so bad for her last night, when she said she was sorry to her team it broke my heart. She really has so much heart and she's not afraid to step up. I remember on her season she was afraid to jump off of a small cliff into water, and now look at how much she's grown. She is someone I would love to see come back. Sarah has done every challenge since her debut, and she got old QUICK. Jasmine, IMO, could do the same and I wouldn't get tired of her. She seems like a very cool girl and I find her very enjoyable to watch, especially with her bandanna and in her little bad *** mode. I'll miss her if her retirement holds strong.

Exactly. She made an appearance on the casting special or whatever and was more intresting than Jasmine was on this entire challenge. Actually I just thought she was cute and always wanted to see her compete.

I think Jasmine didn't want to get involved in the drama because she wanted to win. I hate it when cast members do this. I think it should be a automatic sit out for the next season.

They just showed a preview for the next episode during "restore the shore" and it looks like Dustin will stick up for Nany. Soooooo cute I love their friendship.

He knows how to get under people's skin and uses that to his advantage. This is a game--the goal is to win not be a nice person. You do realize guys often sleep with women then want nothing to do with them afterwards--just like women sleep with guys then want nothing to do with them afterwards. It isn't like Camila didn't know Johnny's reputation. She made a decision--deal with the consequences--they're both adults. Not sure why that's even a discussion nor should Cara Maria told anyone I dislike Johnny but, again, let's be real.

As far as I know, there was no realistic possibility of, nor any effort to engage Thai police authorities or prosecutors in any investigation leading to charges. No criminal charges were possible in the US since the reported act occurred outside of US jurisdiction. The court process was entirely civil. MTV is certainly free to make a claim that their cast is pure in heart and deed, but, again, reasonable minds may laugh heartily at such hubris.

I never said it was impossible that they were guilty. As far as we know this is all "he said" vs "she said". I find it hard to believe anyone (other than Tonya obviously) would skip a challenge if Evan and/or Kenny were included. JMO--you may know differently
