Las Vegas 2 premiered in March, too. They're probably trying to replicate the success of that season. Hopefully they put a big effort into the editing and production of the show.

IA. Vegas was edited really well which as a whole helped the season since the storylines were already there but the editing for San Diego and St. Thomas was awful.

How'd I forget LV 2 (even though I initially meant original seasons instead of reduxs but I guess it counts, ****).
Anyway the LV 2 commercials were fantastic. I love that song.
I wonder since this season started filming in the beginning of August and ended sometime around November and now we figure that the season will air sometime around March which means they've had 3 full months between the end of filming and the premier. So I'm wondering if BMP is taking this time to properly edit and build storylines like they did on LV2 because I remember there was a bit of a long layoff from the end of filming to the season premier for LV2 but for SD2 and St. Thomas they seemed to of rushed things.
I'm glad they are going back to the old school way of airing them, 1/year. It builds anticipation and they can take time to make deeper story lines for each roommates; No more episodes dedicated to one stupid prank, please. I'm praying for a casting special since BMP is starting to do them for Bad Girls Club
I'm curious as to what would happen if Washington Heights completely tanks again, worse this time, and MTV takes it off the air.
What do you mean again? Did it get poor ratings the first episode?
What do you mean again? Did it get poor ratings the first episode?
The premiere of Washington Heights tanked so hard. Here are the ratings: 0.4 adults 18-49 rating and 756,000 viewers

That's too bad. Buckwild did exceptionally well. It kind of shows where society's interests lie. :(
To get on topic, I feel like MTV will be very serious about making this season popular. I expect tons of advertisements and a well-edited show. They know they can't have a third bad season. Three strikes and your out.
IA. Vegas was edited really well which as a whole helped the season since the storylines were already there but the editing for San Diego and St. Thomas was awful.
Bill Simmons said BMP/MTV threw a no-hitter with the LV2 cast. I think he was spot on with Naomi being the only cast member that really didn't have multiple storylines (everything with her was about Leroy) during the season. That cast made for easy editing, with dynamic storylines laying everywhere. The last two seasons not so much. I just wonder will this Portland season have interesting storylines. And will the storylines come off as authentic? That helped LV2 tremendously, and it would bode well for Portland to do the same.
Maybe they should just put more in the closet **** stars on the show.
Oh, yeah, that probably helped the ratings big time. I know I for one was just waiting to see the castmates find out. And the way BMP edited the show to show Dustin and Heather's relationship progressing only made it better. That season was just really well done.
I can't think of any shocker castmate in this season. Maybe BMP wanted to do something with Joi, but I don't think her past will be as big of a deal.

I'd rather have this than dramatic stubborn openly gay guys that love to shove their orientation down viewers throats and cry homophobia if you disagree with them, *cough* frank *cough*.
We also need some true ******** (Darrell, CT, Mark Long, Leroy) on these real world shows instead of people that throw a hissy fit all the time (Frank, Trey, Swift, Brandon).

Mark is from Road Rules and no way was he a ******. Same with everyone else on that list whereas Leroy and Darrell were mellow. CT was at times as his tenure progressed though.
Swift annoyed me with his **** as well as Frank and Trey. Brandon I'm still leninent with.
And your first paragraph is my sentiments to a T.
Not sure if it was confirmed on here yet, but The Real World will be premiering after Washington Heights finishes its first season run in March. (The assumed thursday time-slot in February is going to Ridiculousness and Failosophy (whatever that is lol))
Sorry if this is old news.

Not necessarily old news per se. I just wish we had a offcial source and airdate. Never heard of Failosophy. Sounds like Ridiculous spin-off
World of Jenks starts march 4th which is a Monday.
That being said if RW is on a new night it's not gonna be a Monday.
That's coming back? Interesting.
So far it looks like this, schedule wise:
Monday - World of Jenks (March4)
Tuesday - Snooki/JWoww
Wednesday - ?
Thursday - Ridiculousness (Feb14)
It's safe to say that RW:Portland will premiere on a Wednesday like normal. Going to be very interesting if Washington Heights gets axed.

Washington Heights wont be axed, but I doubt it will get a reunion show, which means we will be get TRW a week earlier than what we would had WH done well.

I'll be surprised if they decide to keep it on because it's doing awful.

The money is already spent, they might as well have something to show for it.

World of Jenks is coming back? Wow didn't see that coming.
So I'm ready for Portland
I'm so geeked for this season , The Las Vegas 2 vibe i'm getting is crazy sucks one of my pre-season leaves hecka early but I still can't wait for Averey,Johnny,Joi and Marlon. Nia is giving me Frank and Cooke vibes though so I'm good off her and Ana just seems so 7th roommate but I'm also interested in Jordan seeing what he's about. Jessica reminds me so much of Ashley L that I'm not willing to give her a chance because usually the deeply religious cast members annoy me really fast.

I wish it wasn't. World of Jenks was downright pathetic. Nothing about it was entertaining and its been gone for **** near 2 1/2 years.

Me too. I'm not religious, but I try to see everyone's POV. I was following Jessica on twitter, but I had to unfollow because everyone of her tweets was about Jesus. Nia and Marlon are deeply religious too, so I'm hoping that at least one cast member is an atheist, or at least agnostic.

This was funny ****. I love it. And these days and times it helps to be religious, *steps off his soap box*
