The Challenge: The Asylum
the reason its called the asylum is because each elimination round consists of 2 parts, a physical and a mental. so if you have one good physical competitor competing against one intelligent competitor (for example Kenny vs. Chet) they could potentially go back and forth between physical and mental until one person wins. thus making it an insane asylum!
The format would be challengers vs. champs
Champs:
Kenny

Carley
Ashley
Camila

Susie
Challengers:

The supposed challenge would be Ty's 4th. Cutthroat, Rivals, Exes, then this one.
I essentially moved up the limit by one challenge. If you were on your 3rd on the previous Gauntlet you were a Veteran. I made it so if you are on your 3rd now you are a Rookie. You have to be on atleast your 4th to be a Vet. The Trishelle thing was a typo, must have switched someone and forgot to move the 2. Think we all know she isnt from the most recent Vegas.
ah, I see;)..... You kinda count this supposed Challenge as their forth... nowadays you are classified as a Veteran if you´ve done 2 or more challenges ... By your definition; 3 or more challenges...
Battle of the Veterans/Rookies
Concept: There will be four teams, two rookie and two veteran teams, which will be divided by who has won a challenge and who has not. The winning team is the power team, which has immunity, and the losing team is automatically put up for elimination. An anonymous vote is conducted at the house to determine the other team that will be put up for elimination, similar to Cutthroat. The members of the nominated teams decide out of their team members who to put up for the elimination round, one male and one female. In the case of a team member running out of players of a specific gender, there will be no elimination round of that gender for that week. Rookies will be defined in this instance as players who are on their third challenge or less.
Rookie Winners
Frank (B2SD)
Zach (B2SD)
Frank (Las Vegas)
Colin (Hawaii)
Ashley (B2SD)
Kameelah (Boston)
Rachel (Austin)
Kendal (Campus Crawl)
Rookie Losers
Trey (St Thomas)
Robb (St Thomas)
JD (Brooklyn)
Derek (Cancun)
Devyn (Brooklyn)
Marie (St Thomas)
Emily (DC)
Jonna (Cancun)
Veteran Winners
Mark Long (RR1)
Derrick (X-Treme)
Darrell (Campus Crawl)
Tyler (Key West)
Jillian (X-Treme)
Susie (Down Under)
Katie (The Quest)
Cara (South Pacific)
Veteran Losers
Danny (Austin)
Adam (Paris)
CT (Paris)
Davis (Denver)
Melinda (Austin)
Tina (South Pacific)
Diem (Fresh Meat)
Jenn (Denver)
VegasatSea, I like the concept but not the cast. They don't seem balanced to me. My cast would be....
Veteran Champions:
Derrick (X-Treme)
Darrell (Campus Crawl)
Johnny (Key West)
Mark (First Adventure)
Susie (Down Under)
Paula (Key West)
Rachel (Campus Crawl)
Katie (The Quest)
***Johnny & Paula may hate this though. Jillian could be a replacement for Susie if she's not willing to do another one yet.
Veteran Challengers:
CT (Paris)
Danny (Austin)
Brandon (Fresh Meat)
Ty (DC)
Laurel (Fresh Meat 2)
Jenn (Denver) or Aneesa (Chicago)
Sarah (Brooklyn)
Robin (San Diego)
***I know people want Sarah to take a break but that isn't going to happen. If Jenn's retired then go with Aneesa.
Rookie Champions:
Zach (SD2)
Frank (SD2)
Randy (San Diego)
Frank (Las Vegas)
Ashley (SD2)
Christena (South Pacific)
Carley (Fresh Meat 2)
Roni (Northern Trail)
***Seeing Christena & Roni again may just be a pipe dream on my part but I love both as competitors. I hate the SD2 guys but they'd have to be a part of it.
Rookie Challengers:
Leroy (Las Vegas 2)
Chet (Brooklyn)
CJ (Cancun)
A Portland Guy
Emily (DC)
Jonna (Cancun)
Mallory (Paris)
Ashlee (NOLA2) or Cooke (Las Vegas 2)
****If Mallory isn't willing to a do a challenge (I think there was a rumor that she was) then Kimberly (Hollywood), Brittini (Hollywood) or KellyAnne (Sydney). KellyAnne, Emily & Cooke/Ashlee on the same team may be scary though,
I want a challenge with people that want to compete. This has people that are there to win. Should create entertaining elimination rounds. Also, most teams have some conflict within the group to create some drama.
Not that it really matters, but by Challenge standards, wouldn't a lot of those rookies technically be considered veterans?
I do like the concept though.
EDIT: Nevermind. Just read VegasAtSea's description above his cast. My Bad.
I love that cast kmv.
Id like to see Christena again.
But as replacements for Chris and Roni I'd like to see Janelle and Aviv.
Those would be the two replacements I'd want as well
I figured people would either love or hate that cast. It's definitely catered more toward competition.
The Ruins 2
The most realistic-tolarable cast I could think of

Yeah Everyone I put on Vets team has done 2 or more challenges. Did I make a Mistake?
Yeah Everyone I put on Vets team has done 2 or more challenges. Did I make a Mistake?
Well, if you consider this new gauntlet of yours as the 2nd challenge, then all of the people such as Frank, Devyn, McKenzie, Ashley, Isaac, etc. would be on their 2nd, making them "veterans". However, if you count veterans as having done 2 or more "previous" challenges, then there is no issue because they would still be "rookies".

Yeah the bold was what I was getting at. I was counting the Veterans as having 2 or more previous challenges and the Rookies having done 1 or 0 previous challenges..Basically how they did it on the Gauntlet 2 and 3.
Nice idea but two teams of each would be overkill.
I think there's only 1 of each. He just split up the males and females.
The Cutthroat Duel
3 Teams (Red, Green and Yellow) of 12 each.
Winning Team is immune from elimination. They pick the first person "safe" from the Gulag from either team. Then the "Duel" name calling process goes on until there is only 1 guy and 1 girl left. They then choose a member of the other team to go into the Gulag.
Red
Emily Schromm

KellyAnne Judd

Sarah Rice

CT Tamburello

Brad Fiorenza

Leroy Garrett
e.g. Red Team Wins. They pick Diem, Diem picks Kenny. BUT, Kenny can pick someone from his own team like Jenn or someone from Green Team like Laurel. Laurel can choose someone like Dustin or Pete. This makes it more interesting in terms of alliances IMO.

Love the concept and cast!
Green team would get smoked and the politics are way too complicated. People on the show get real stressed out with the Duel format. This would have people losing their minds.

You are probably right, but it is a "fantasy" cast, so it really doesn't matter. I could have pointed out the listed cast members who would not do this -- or about any other -- challenge, but people should enjoy their fantasy. ****, I'd like to see Jenna McCarthy and Kate Upton on Fresh Meat III, but my fantasy probably has little to do with a challenge.
Green team would get smoked and the politics are way too complicated. People on the show get real stressed out with the Duel format. This would have people losing their minds.
I actually care more about the concept than the teams as they are, although I do agree Green team is at a disadvantage with all the Portland rookies. That being said, I would be happy with just having those people in that game, whatever team they're on. That makes it more interesting with the politics of the game, although i agree it might drive some people crazy. But thats half the show anyways, and I love seeing it when they lose their minds over their own paranoia.
