Now I agree wholeheartedly.... But we as fans can't pick an choose what we let slide, and what we get up in arms about. Keep it 100. The real world stopped being the real world during the first Vegas season. After that there aren't many seasons that have the "7 different people from different walks of life, learning to respect each others perspectives" feel. Plus social media has taken away almost all privacy so a person might as well embrace it

Our motivations are different, as is our knowledge of the "inside story." For those who are fans, you may have a valid point. While I choose who I work in the industry based on my own analysis of their character (No Charlie Sheens or quasi-rapists for me), and am grateful for the luxury to make those choices, I wonder if fans do, in fact, choose what they "let slide" based upon their individual moral, ethical and cultural inclinations. Not a day goes by that I don't recognize that my days of embracing a far more youthful generation than my own aging one are quickly fading. I have no doubt that you are one of the most thoughtful of your own generation within the reality community, and I applaud you for it.
As someone who is hoping to become a hot commodity in the entertainment broadcasting industry, you would think she's censor herself a little more on twitter. I love her so far and don't want it to bite her in the butt. I think her tweets are entertaining, though. And didn't she admit to having someone else take the drug test for her during the finals?

Oh really? I seriously don't believe that

Really? I always saw her as the mother figure in the house. Gave great advice.
To be fair, I saw Inferno II but was only able to watch half of Philly (I haven't been able to find the rest online, which is upsetting because it was a very interesting season), so maybe if I saw the whole season, my feelings would've changed. But the way she handled the situation with Landon and her boyfriend bothered me, I thought she was immature and wasn't thinking about who she was hurting. As far as I can remember, her a Jonna are the only 2 women, out of the seasons I've watched, who really annoyed me because of how they treated their boyfriends/men at home. Ayiiia and Nany were 100% upfront and apologetic, Sahar got played, for Katelynn it was understandable, Fitz and Lacey were faithful, Janelle was hilarious, Sarah was ok... Jonna and Shavonda dogged their men on national TV, that's disrespectful lol
I mean let's be real, Nia was posting some very questionable stuff on Twitter prior to the trailer airing and now we see her hitting 3 different people in the trailer. I doubt this has anything to do with portrayal and I just don't like her so far.
Hi. It's me again. So... Can some of y'all hop off ur soapboxes and high horses? Let Nia express herself the way she wants, instead of being the "standard cookie cutter" MTV twitter user. So what if she likes smoking weed. So what if she puts it on twitter. Hop out her *** and just enjoy the show. Peace
Be careful Tyrie, oh else they'll label you around these parts as "the angry brother". But you and V1 mAN both bring about interesting points and responses.

Jonna yes, she's loose as for Shavonda she didn't dog anyone out. Landon knew what he was getting into and besides he wasn't her type or at the time didn't stand a chance with her.
This is so funny 'Real World' Spy Cam: Nia And Daisy Get To First Base In The Confessional
I don't know if any of you guys has checked out Alex's spreecast channel, but it's really interesting. She interviewed Nia a couple of times, and she said Marlon and her weren't in a relationship or anything, they're just really close and kissed for the picture.
Yep I saw and listened to it either yesterday morning or today and she was interesting. She didn't say too many negative things about Averey though which was nice.
Just wondering, the trailer that got posted back had a comment that said Nia leaves in Episode 10. Is this true or could it be true?

She did get fired, and get in like 20 fights so eventually has to happen. How many episodes are there?
She did get fired, and get in like 20 fights so eventually has to happen. How many episodes are there?
There's usually somewhere between 12-13 episodes each recent season.
She did get fired, and get in like 20 fights so eventually has to happen. How many episodes are there?
12 plus reunion which makes 13. I hope she didn't get fired. That would be foul.

She tweeted that she was fired, but I thought she made it to the end still

This makes me feel a whole lot better.

The comments on the Real World's fb page are starting to irritate me. I don't understand why people are tripping about her. She's REAL. I feel like the Real World likes to cast people who are just average with unique past. Having unique events that have happened to you doesn't necessarily make YOU special if that makes any sense. She's exactly what the majority of people in the REAL real world are like ; not everyone is going to talk out their problems and casting 7 people who always do is not a realistic way of portraying the actual real world. I hope that if the she continues, we get more people like her and Jordan.
Apparently Coral has an opinion of Nia, too.
Apparently Coral has an opinion of Nia, too.
I dont think any negative comment will affect Nia... Nia is the type of chick who will laugh it off and if you say it to her face she might knock your *** out
I dont think any negative comment will affect Nia... Nia is the type of chick who will laugh it off and if you say it to her face she might knock your *** out
She seems like the type that wants you to think that.
The Hollywood reporter, Coral, and the after buzz people (they were audience members on the aftershows) had one thing in common to say about Nia: She contradicts herself a lot and she is doing too much. Obviously, she doesn't care because she wanted the attention she is getting. I think a person that sends 10 casting tapes to be on a show, like she said she did, screams attention wh*re in my opinion. Maybe that's one of the reasons why she wasn't an original. But I heard they just don't call one person to be a replacement, they called a couple of people who made it to the final and whoever agrees to put their life on hold and leave is the one they get. That was the case for Ashli of Sydney and Cooke for Vegas 2. Cooke wasn't their first option, actually Sam from San Diego was their first option but since she wasn't 21, she couldn't live in a casino. Dustin/Sam stated that on Alexandra spreecast. I really don't have an opinion on her yet, but by what I heard/read/see on the trailer I think I am not going to like her. I have a feeling that "real" for her means creating drama and fighting over petty reasons.
Decisions Nia makes aren't bad or good... I consider them suspicious
I consider her decisions to be amateurish, and reflective of someone who has been told (and believes) that any publicity is good publicity. Omarosa used to believe that as well, in additional to believing that her villain character would eventually morph in one that people would enjoy disliking without transferring that dislike to her outside of reality TV. It rarely works that way. She is not on a path that I would have counseled for her. I know she has a friend or friends in the publicity world, but there are also way too many amateurs in the PR business these days who have few, if any, meritorious credentials. Also, if she is taking advice from BMP, she should learn that they act in their own self-interest, not in hers.
Ikr.. but on spreecast Nia said she know what she is doing and everything gon work out for the best, She also said she wanted to do the real world since she was 11. S/N: What does PR mean

S/N: What does PR mean
"PR," really? Public Relations And you believe her when she says what she is doing? Would you logically expect her to say anything different? I wouldn't she has a plan and she believes in it. I'm very aware of the things she has said publicly and a few private things, too. She has cast her lot. It will be interesting to watch what happens.
"PR," really? Public Relations
Not according to Janelle LOL
Not according to Janelle LOL
PMSL I thought the exact same thing when I read that. Tyler was such a *****, so funny.
