Putting CT with Wes is like making exes with him and Shauvon..They both are "real" but it's weak in comparison to Adam and Diem..If that's how bmp is gonna roll then so be it, but it doesn't make sense
How would CT with Wes be weak?
The rivalry isn't weak either.
In comparison to CT/Adam..Real World: Paris kicked it off, GIII beer spilling, Duel 2 bloody fight..Nothing with Wes was on that level? To me that's the same as comparing his relationship to Diem with his "hookup" with Shauvon..Sure you can do them, they had onscreen moments but are they really "rivals" and "exes" and could they be counted as such so soon after the original pairings? It's just weird to me.
All of that aside, like I said earlier, the original Rivals had a great cast with some real intense rival partners that even casual viewers would want to see. This one not so much

I don't know, the Duel I fight was pretty intense.
Just to add to that, here at vevmo we're "hardcore" fans of the show, but I know (and have watched with) quite a few "casual" fans. The original Rivals had even casual MTV fans pumped up, beyond JEK/CT/Wes they could've paired a monkey with a turtle and it wouldn't have mattered ratings wise. Those 5 and the teams they were in made any "silly pairings" worth it. This proposed list doesn't grab the casual viewer even a fraction of what the original did. Maybe to people here, but we'll watch anyway, and trust me the casual viewer cares about different things. If I even suggested "how good Evelyn is" (which is a common topic on here) with the people I watch with or know who watch the show they'd laugh. Aside from maybe CT/Wes this cast would be a joke compared to the original.
Rivals also isn't something that should be used so soon after the original, we just explored rivalries, now everyone has a new enemy? Then might as well make Rivals III in another 2 challenges. To me it isn't a "recycled" format like "Vets/Rookies" or "Champions/Challengers" are

Partner him with a turtle and it's still better than any "Rivals" on this one haha
Edit: This challenge is making Frank, Trey, Robb, Zach etc..officially "Vets" by the original criteria, what a waste doing anything other than Vets/Rookies smh
This challenge is not a Rivals and BMP/MTV wants to see CT/Johnny vs Frank/Zach. Its gonna be some kind of new Ruins game they will just switch the rules somehow.
Tell me how exes was legit, I never saw Johnny/Camilla happen on camera
We aren't talking about Exes, we are talking about Rivals. So....

Why do you feel the need to make the same point over and over again?
Its the same thing all you need is a little animosity and you can call it a rival, unlike exes where you had to physically do something to be an "ex" its more confusing for exes cause some of the audience didnt see it so they would have no idea it happened. I'm sure there is a lot of hookups that the cast knows about and they werent on exes. To make Naomi/Aneesa a pair just put a voice over where Naomi says she's going to kill a girl and show Leroy/Aneesa going at it or put her with cook
rivals is definitely a strech but if they stretched it that bad for exes I wouldnt be shocked if they did it for rivals 2. All you need is some good screaming for the trailer to make the rivals look legit and I can remember some for most of the cast. Leroy is the main person making me doubt its rivals
Thats all fine and everything but where is Aneesa stating her disliking of Naomi?
Wes/Frank (seasons 2)
Zach/Trey (seasons 2)
Knight/Preston (NOLA 2)
Jordan/Marlon (Portland)
CT/Danny (Gauntlet 3)
Johnny/Tyrie (Island)
Derek/Robb (seasons2)
Dunbar/LeRoy (exes)
How are Leroy and Dunbar rivals in any way shape or form?
Why do you feel the need to make the same point over and over again?
For the same reason Rivals is being speculated over and over again? I find it hard to believe such a bad decision would be made. I also don't think I've ever stated a clear difference between users here and casual fans, it should be taken into account when speculating formats that not everyone is into the finite details of certain cast members. 20 or so vevmo users aren't the main Challenge audience, the originals Rivals a regular homeless guy might know the beef, this one even people here are like "what?" That's a good sign it's not Rivals
Because LeRoy was mad when Dunbar sent him into the Dome.
Dunbar never sent Leroy into the Dome. Leroy and Naomi came in last place in the challenge and had to go into the dome. Dunbar and Paula sent in Ty and Emily.
The difference is the major pairs did have "real beef"..CT/Adam had the best fight in MTV history (even if you disagree everyone knows about it), Wes/Kenny involved johanna and I think Wes really was hurt, even johnny/tyler had that elimination beef..I think everyone isn't seeing that some pairs could be "a little made up" because the ratings grabbers had some real awesome rivalries..The cast lists being put together on here don't have anything even close to a single "real rivalry" like the original, most are reaches, and the full cast isn't as popular.
Putting CT with Wes is like making exes with him and Shauvon..They both are "real" but it's weak in comparison to Adam and Diem..If that's how bmp is gonna roll then so be it, but it doesn't make sense
Pretty much the same point each time, all within the last 3 hours.
Battle of the Sexes 3, Inferno 4, Duel 3, or a new concept are the only ones I think this challenge is.
But if Ana and Jess were eliminated together (which I would assume is true since they were spotted together) then you can discount the first 3.
Battle of the Sexes 3, Inferno 4, Duel 3, or a new concept are the only ones I think this challenge is.
The Formats are all pretty similar, it's how the teams are made that I want to know. I had assumed all along it was Vets/Rookies or Old School/New School and now I have no idea. I'm still hoping for a molds mistake but I doubt it haha
But if Ana and Jess were eliminated together (which I would assume is true since they were spotted together) then you can discount the first 3.
I don't get why that's the assumption, here's a pretend scenario:
Trishelle is put into the elimination (Duel, Inferno, doesn't matter) and Jess is also put in. Jess decides to quit. Due to Jess quitting prior to the elim someone else needs to be elected. Ana is. Ana then loses to Trishelle. Both go home together.
That can happen, so teams format types can't be written off
I bet EK were just being nice considering what they "had been through". I can't see Trishelle being friends or hanging out with those two.
There are pictures of Trishelle hanging out with them, in fact when the lawsuit came out she said on twitter that the whole thing was false because Tonya was unstable
I don't get why that's the assumption, here's a pretend scenario:

But then Ana's 'fade out... like you did the first time' comment wouldn't make if she was referring to Jess.
Because LeRoy was mad when Dunbar sent him into the Dome.
Please tell me you are being sarcastic.
Dunbar didn't send Leroy into the Dome. Leroy & Naomi got last place in the challenge and Dunbar & Paula sent in Ty & Emily.
Challenger X being made at Challenger Y for putting them into the an elimination round does not warrant a rivalry. Like I stated earlier, so MJ and Frank would be rivals because of MJ's disagreeing with Frank taking him into the Gauntlet on The Gauntlet III? I don't get your mindset when it comes to creating rivalries.
