I still give more props to Laurel, Nany and Jonna for not being against the wall like every other girl.

This really is a bad performance from Nia. Cara probably has more muscle per her weight but A) the majority of Nia's training for this challenge seemed to be lower body training so driving with her legs in the sand should've been in her wheelhouse and b) she's definitely heavier.
I don't like either of them but the fact that Cara got low, stayed as low as possible, and dug a hole with her feet shows me how much smarter she is than Nia.
