Theresa knows where she stands--the move was smart
Theresa is the second best girl here...at worst third...she's going to get voted in. The only people targeting her are Laurel, Cara and Devyn...she added Devyn that's against her--that's meaningless
Knowing where she stands doesn't make it any less stupid. She convinced everyone to vote for Laurel in an effort to make them look like the bad guys but the plan completely backfired on her. She gave people a reason to vote for her because she's too cowardly to actually vote for the person she wants to get rid of.
In an elimination that has to do with physical contact and strength most likely.
But I would put Laurel/Cara/Camila over her as strong overall competitors.
Theresa looks to be just as if not more athletic than all of the above listed girls. The only difference is we just haven't seen her be pushed to the limits in a Final yet but I think she can hold her own.

I understand what you're saying but I'd be betting on Theresa to beat them in something like Balls In--she's an actual athlete. The other two are fit women that are fighters. Love Cara & Camila are competitors but I'd be betting on Theresa

It didn't backfire. This doesn't even make sense. What's the repercussions at this point? Laurel & Cara are targeting her...that was true before the vote for Jasmine. Jonna couldn't care less--she was voting Laurel regardless. Leroy and Zach aren't going to care. You have to rely on Devyn's going to win something and ruin her game. If that happens that was worth the risk.

Yes, it did backfire. She voted for Jasmine instead because she didn't want Laurel to blame her for being voted in. She wanted everyone else EXCEPT herself to get the blame. That didn't work because Laurel knows she is the reason they voted for her. Clearly, Theresa is scared of Laurel because otherwise she wouldn't have relied on other people to do her dirty work for her.

Hey CTRATINGS, how did it hurt to watch CT fail horribly and watch ZACH man it!

Again, what are the ramifications? Nothing has happened. You're creating something that isn't there. If Devyn ever has power and sends her in then you have an argument
So who do we all think have been the top 3 girls and guys so far this season? For guys (at least IMO) it's pretty obviously some combination of Bananas, Zach and Cohutta.
Bananas - 3 wins in 5 challenges, two of which he had standout performances, and a dominating elimination win.
Cohutta - 3 wins in 5 challenges, four standout performances
Zach - 1 win in 5 challenges, 2 standout performances, dominating elimination win.
For the girls I have no clue beyond Laurel. Cara did well this challenge and won one tough elimination but she either sucked or didn't do anything the first four challenges. Theresa and Jonna have been fine but forgettable and Camila has had some good showing and some **** showings. Jessica's won 4 challenges but aside from the first one she hasn't contributed to any of the wins.
Yeah Kelly Anne needs to come back to the challenge. She was not only a great competitor, but good tv. She broke Cohutta's heart. The nice guys always get their heart broken!
Uh, I wouldn't take it too much to heart. I mean, how serious are these hook-ups on the challenge anyway?
I missed the first twenty minutes of the episode, so I can't comment on the challenge. I was, however, annoyed at Laurel's reaction at being voted into elimination. I hate that pouty, entitled type of attitude people take when they get voted in. Take it like a man instead of getting all mouthy, especially since you personally failed in the challenge. Even Johnny handled it better, and a lot of his votes were personal ones.
Theresa came across really unlikeable this episode. Not that I didn't already dislike her from previous challenges, but I wasn't down with her two-faced voting. And as someone mentioned, it was stupid anyway. Just because she voted Jasmine didn't mean Laurel wouldn't take it personal knowing that Theresa was the ring leader behind sending her in. I haven't really been annoyed by anyone this season, but now I really want someone to send Theresa packing.
The after show was kind of cheesy. I want to know what's going on between Nia and Jasmine. They seem to have a lot of beef between them, but what I find odd is that Nia seems to be the only one angry whereas Jasmine seems to just take it all in stride. It is unlike Jasmine to be so calm in the face of such aggression when she seems to be equally involved in this spat. It does make me question whether there's some truth to Nia's accusation that Jasmine creates drama to get cast for the challenges.
Ouch, Jordan messed with the wrong guy now. Although that's probably the tamest threat I've ever seen CT deliver. Usually he makes those types of threats with a lot of crazy in-your-face aggression (maybe he's just not drunk enough?). Are CT and Johnny friends/allies now? Bleh, I guess I can credit CT for letting bygones be bygones or maybe just playing the game smarter, but I wouldn't have forgiven Johnny so easily for repeatedly attempting to railroad me in one of the past challenges.
Again, what are the ramifications? Nothing has happened. You're creating something that isn't there. If Devyn ever has power and sends her in then you have an argument
The ramifications were already shown. She tried to avoid conflict with Laurel by getting other people to take the blame but that didn't work. Laurel KNOWS Theresa was the master mind behind her getting voted in. So next time Theresa is up for an elimination Laurel is going to campaign to get everyone to vote for her and it will most likely work since Theresa proved she can't be trusted.

CT railroaded Johnny on Duel 1, Gauntlet 3, attempted to on Rivals 2, and halfway did on Exes (putting him first on the last challenge when Johnny never did the same to him). CT has a lot less to forgive than Johnny does.
I love CT & Bananas teaming up against Jordan. Literally makes me so happy when CT & Bananas get along haha.
2 legends teaming up is always entertaining to watch! Especially against a punk kid like Jordan.

That was going to happen if she said her name as well--stop and think PLEASE
Decent episode. CM finally got a win which was nice. Laurel vs Jasmine was not as entertaining as I would have liked, I actually felt really bad for Jaz. She put up a fight though and showed heart, I will give her that. I think they should have used different background music for that match though, little editing tricks like that can make a scene so much better.
I loved the Best of the Worst special though. MTV needs to put more of those together, it was a great little reminder that these shows were once about fun competition, not bloodlust and politicking. Hopefully there is a "Worst of the Best" special for the next 10-12 people sent home.

They've both done stuff to each other. It is a long history between them.

If you are talking about the shows then yes but if you talk outside the show then no, Johnny talked all this amount of **** about CT after cutthroat and during and after rivals on his interviews that you would think CT murdered someone from his family.
So no I think CT did let go more than Johnny.
That was going to happen if she said her name as well--stop and think PLEASE
I didn't say you had to agree with me. Just because my opinion is different from yours doesn't mean I need to "stop and think." I am thinking, and the way I see it Theresa came off looking like a huge idiot. She painted a bigger target on her back by trying to pretend she didn't want to vote for Laurel. Before this episode Laurel was more concerned about getting rid of Aneesa and most likely would have stuck to getting rid of Aneesa first. But now Laurel is going to see Theresa as her main problem because she knows the girl wants her gone and will lie about voting for her to get other people to do it instead.
Also, the fact that Laurel ultimately found out (as if anyone couldn't predict that outcome) makes that entire charade she put on for her team completely pointless. It was dumb of Theresa to think she was going to be able to avoid getting any blame because somebody from her team was going to tell Laurel after she voted for Jasmine in front of everybody.

And it's fair to think that the scales tip in CT's favor...but the post that I quoted seemed to imply (and I could be reading it wrong) that it was just a history of Johnny piling on CT. It's been a two way street between them.

100 percent has been a 2 way street. some of the stuff johnny said about him and Diem would have been interesting if he said it to ct's face though on rivals 2 to see how he would react. I feel like that was the only thing johnny should have stayed out of but the rest is all fair game... They are competitive friends basically they respect each other but neither wants to lose to the other and they get competitive
Well Jordan clearly doesn't know that Bananas has more than earned his stripes on the show...maybe he's equally unaware that CT once nearly killed a man.
oh for ****s sake the CT/Adam fight was not that serious...CT was bleeding if I remember correctly! Adam got an awesome hit and then ran...not much of a fight!
Hey CTRATINGS, how did it hurt to watch CT fail horribly and watch ZACH man it!
well half of the cast say it was really scary and that it was way worse that was show on tv, we only saw the "light" version of it

I don't care what anyone says, CT threw a weak punch for having a clean shot on someone who's half his size. There's no way Adam should've even been standing after that. Overrated.
