Don't know where you heard that? They can't share their winnings otherwise they will lose their money (and maybe even get banned from future challenges).
Right, they're going to ban Johnny....
Makes sense to me this order - Laurel going in 4 times is alot and I'll give any one credit for beating Anessa - who as someone said, is a risk; a HIGH risk. With that said, the type of eliminations do indeed make a difference. Had Laurel drawn Aneesa in Balls In and the Reverse Tug of War eliminations, chances are she lose. The other two elimination match ups clearly favor her, as her speed strength combo is an advantage. Even Balls In - which speed could help doesn't really benefit Laurel because the space is just too small - so Anessa, who I still feel is stronger, would have the edge. I think Laurel is a great competitor, as is Johnny ----- however, this season would have benefitted more if there were a few more competitors on the female and male sides (Evelyn, Rachel, Emily) all who could give Laurel and Aneesa a run. The guys needed perhaps 1 or 2 more solid competitors in place of Issac and Chet to balance out any side deals (Abram, Ty or Frank (from Gauntlet 3)
As for Aneesa's elimination losses - lets take a closer look;
She lost to Svet in "I Can" - no direct engagement there
She lost to Paula in Shimmy - (no excuses, but she had a leg injury and clearly the elimination game was designed for her to lose)
She loses twice in team eliminations (one with Robin and one with Diem) - both times with her partner struggling.
Yeah Aneesa has had some really awful luck with partners who suck at elimination rounds. If Robin would have stepped it up Paula/Evelyn would have went home and their only threat would have been Laurel/CM. If Diem would have helped her in the last jungle, I'm confident they would have won the final. Rachel was a solid partner but they were the only same-sex pair & did the best they could, I'm shocked that Rachel didn't smoke Paula to the pole though. I wish Aneesa got Balls In or Looper against Laurel.
That means nothing
I don't believe him either.

Robin said it.

Umm, no Aneesa/Robin had no shot at winning a final, especially with Camila/Theresa still in the picture. They would have still done poorly. How would they have won the final when we have no idea how Aneesa's endurance was like at that point?

No, they were saying Diem & Aneesa could have not Robin & Aneesa
No, they were saying Diem & Aneesa could have not Robin & Aneesa
The bodybag part still would have been difficult for them. Aneesa is in better shape, but that doesn't automatically mean she has great endurance.

Camila/Theresa lost to Laurel/CM the next jungle, they were never going to make it to the final. Actually Aneesa/Robin had a great shot at winning the final. Robin sucks at eliminations, but challenges are her kind of thing & Aneesa was in great shape by Rivals. Aneesa/Diem would have killed it in the final on Rivals 2.

I was wrong. The Aneesa/Robin thing is crazy.

Difficult for them, are you serious? Aneesa would have been able to carry those body bags for days and Diem is pretty tough too. Paula/Emily would have gotten 3rd place since they made it to the boat after Cooke/CM. Aneesa/Diem are amazing at puzzles and they would have been able to beat Cooke/CM after that point cause CM was gassing out.

That was to appease Paula and with your theory they would be out of the game. This way Camila/Theresa would have even been winning missions, too. There is no way Rivals 1 Aneesa would beat Laurel/CM or Camila/Theresa in the Rivals 1 final. Not happening.
No, they were saying Diem & Aneesa could have not Robin & Aneesa
Yes I was saying Diem/Aneesa could have for sure. Aneesa/Robin not 100% sure on but they definitely would have been huge competition.

Diem is incredibly fragile. She would have definitely struggled there. You're totally overrating Aneesa in this part of the final, too.
Diem is incredibly fragile. She would have definitely struggled there. You're totally overrating Aneesa in this part of the final, too.
Yeah, Diem has good endurance and it's good on puzzles but only that, she probably couldn't be able to carry half of the bodies, and aneesa lacks endurance halfway there and she already would be tired.

I still think you're giving Camila/Theresa way too much credit. They did well at missions but they would have been sent in a lot if they didn't win on girl's day. They had a terrible political game. Aneesa didn't have to beat Laurel, just CM cause she was the one slowing that team down, that's how Paula/Evelyn won because CM couldn't hang.
Diem is incredibly fragile. She would have definitely struggled there. You're totally overrating Aneesa in this part of the final, too.
I wouldn't say Diem is fragile. She's a fighter & has a lot of heart. She's been solid in finals before. I'm not overrating Aneesa, if anything she's underrated.

Which wouldn't have been hard for them. Even then, their only tough competition in elimination rounds wojld be Laurel/CM.

That doesn't mean she isn't fragile. Jas is a fighter too, but weak. How is she underrated? Mediocre in missions. I like Aneesa, too mind you.
Diem isn't the most physically strong woman but she definitely is far from the weakest. At that point nobody would have wanted it more than them because they've been wanting a win, and going up against Cooke/CM would have ignited their fire.

Hasn't been any individual challenges yet to prove how well she is individually but I'm sure she'll do just fine in this week's mission. Jaz also weighs barely anything so that isn't too comparable.

I think Aneesa's underrated by some because of her performance in the Duel II final
I think Aneesa's underrated by some because of her performance in the Duel II final
Yeah and the Duel 2 was also 5 years ago and we knew she wasn't in the greatest shape back then. I honestly think she would do really well in a final. Not saying she would be a super, mega beast, but I definitely think she could handle them now and put up a solid fight. Hopefully we get to witness her in a final someday.

Aneesa was much further than Dunbar so Rachel had to pull on more force and even then, Paula barely made it to the pole before Rachel.
