Jordan,Frank,Zach,and Emily are all crossfitters.
So what? It only makes you stronger and strengthens your endurance/stamina. It doesn't help you solve puzzles or balanace on beams or anything. Bananas and laurel both won and don't crossfit.
I would take Emily over Laurel every day of the week. I don't think Laurel is more athletic than Emily at all.
When people talk about CrossFit and throw men into the mix like Dunbar and Jordan, it's basically a different conversation than when talking about Emily. Dunbar and Jordan are nowhere near top Crossfit performances or even standout participants. Emily is above average. Is she among the best? No, but she isn't a slouch next to them.

You should re watch cutthroat. You don't need to be athletic at all to be a top crossfitter, just need a high work ethic.

Not sure what you are suggesting with CutThroat..
At the time of CutThroat, Emily wasn't into CrossFit or working out at a serious level like she is now, and she was still considered one of the top females.
If you meant Emily vs. Laurel at the time of CutThroat, I would take Laurel back the . Today? Emily all the way.

Emily only has a chance in something physical that's it
Being bigger and in better shape doesn't mean you are better as a competitor. The fact that Laurel didn't even train for her first 3 Challenges, while Emily trains like an Olympian is very telling. Laurel is more athletic, a better swimmer, better at puzzles. Camila even wss on par with Emily for Rivals 2 and outperformed her on their other 2 Challenges.
Why are people assuming Laurel threw Cara in an elimination? I don't think she did. What I was thinking when I watched the mid-season trailer is that Laurel probably made a deal with Theresa to save herself and then it resulted in Theresa sending Cara to elimination or something like that. I'm pretty sure Laurel didn't send Cara in because she even said that on twitter that she would never vote for Cara.
Also, I believe Laurel is a better overall competitor than Emily. She's a better swimmer and she's better in puzzles. And even in physical elimination, you can't count Laurel out because she could very well still beat Emily in those. But I agree with whoever said Emily's best chance against Laurel is in a physical elimination like X-Battle.

I really hope you're right, that is a lot easier to swallow than Laurel voting her in herself.

It was Nany who voted Cara in during that deliberation in the trailer, as it has been said her and Bananas won that mission. That was during episode ten. Nany is close with both Theresa and Laurel, and she would not want to throw in Devyn, Cara Maria was hr only choice.
I believe the Laurel/CM drama will occur earlier than that, possibly episode 7/8/9. Episode 9 is the T-bone mission, and it is believed that Devyn, Laurel, CT, and Zach win. It is very possible that Laurel votes CM in that episode considering the rumored match-up is her vs Jess.
Even if Laurel wanted to send Cara into the elimination (which I'm sure she didn't), she wouldn't have the votes because CT is friends with Cara and according to Johnny R, so is Zach.
Cara probably drew the kill card and Jess was voted in because she hadn't been into an elimination yet.
Again, I don't believe the Laurel/Cara drama has anything to do with Laurel voting for Cara because I honestly believe that she would never do that. I think it has to do with something "shady" Laurel did like making a deal with Bananas, who is Cara's #1 enemy or something like that.
I agree that the Laurel/CM drama occurs around episode 7 or 8, because in the trailer when Cara says "You're not a friend", Cara's hands are visible and neither of them are in a cast or anything (she breaks her hand likely in episode 9). So I believe their spat occurs before she breaks her hand.
Here is the description for episode 6 and 7:
Not So Trivial Pursuits
A trivia test is conducted; tensions rise between veterans and a rookie
Pride Before The Wall
A rivalry comes to a head.
Are we sure Jordan is doing the thug of war and not the wall elimination?
We know Camila goes home this week since Jonna is shown for next week mission that is wrapped in plastic rolling in the sand. Camila does thug of war , so either Its going to be a to be continue episode ending with Jordan/Bananas elimination since it will fit episode 7 description or swift is the one going home this week or he have a "rivalry" we don't know about that will explain episode 7 description which I doubt LOL
Emily is more one dimensional as a competitor. If it's not something to do with strength, than Laurel wins.
I thought Emily improved greatly went it came to swimming
Laurel's more agile IMO but both are very athletic---Emily is more than just strong
I'm starting to think Jordan vs Bananas only happens in ep7. Is there any chance Swift goes home this week against Jordan in Thug Of War? And then Jordan loses to Bananas in Wrecking Wall in ep7.
I remember everyone thinking that screencap of Camila looking shocked was her reaction to Jordan flipping all the draw cards, but that's technically impossible since by the time it's his time to pick a card, she would have to be already standing in the arena next to Theresa.

Hmm maybe.. I heard about that too. But I'm sticking with jordan going this week

Jonna looking shocked was what I thought stood out not Camila. I don't think Jonna & Jordan go home together
Laurel is the better overall competitor but the producers know fans would want to see a physical elimination testing strength. If they knew ahead of time that it would be Emily vs laurel then they would make it a physical elimination which I think Emily would win.
Emily is stronger than Laurel but Laurel is probably a better overall competitor.
how ow would you judge this! Emily is a crossfit god!

That would make sense with the title of episode 7 and the description of it. It also would make sense with Swift being spotted days before on social networks before than Jordan.
Jonna looking shocked was what I thought stood out not Camila. I don't think Jonna & Jordan go home together
Jonna looking shocked was for Brandon vs Zach elimination...Look at the cloth she is wearing during that elimination and Camila is wearing the Brazil thing on her head with the black jersey next to her.
Plus, she wouldn't be next to Jonna if she got the kill card.
Hear me out on this, I think it could be possible that Jordan beats Swift in Looper this week and then gets sent home the following week in the Wrecking Wall elimination. Here is why, I was watching the Super Tease and he is literally Inches away from the bell in the super tease, I can't see him loosing all that ground and losing that particular elimination, we saw how far away Nia was when Cara rang the bell.
This would explain episode 7 description a little better, the main thing that throws me off in the super tease is Camila's reaction, but after going back I am pretty sure that is a reaction to the Brandon Zach elimination.

The episode 6 tensions part could be Jordan vs. CT and Bananas in the Cab and the episode 7 Pride before the wall makes sence to be Jordan losing to Bananas because he had so much pride this year and wanted to prove himself by taking out Bananas and it all comes to a head "before the wall"

I didn't even notice Camila--thanks
