You're really stuck on this huh? haha Well technically they get voted into the dome and just lose either out of luck or because they aren't good. If they stay while still being eliminated, that shows that they probably made a mistake that got them eliminated anyway haha.
But that's not how competition should work, you lose you're out then you train harder for next time. Not on you suck and lost the elimination, how about you have to lose another before you go home! Double elimination is stupid for the challenge.
My lips are sealed for now, but you're getting there :x
Sure sounds like Exile Island to me. I have to be honest, though; I do like Last Chance Kitchen on Top Chef. It will certainly add something to the season and keep people rooting for their favorites for a while longer.
I'd be more optimistic about this but The Challenge has too many flaws in even its standard challenge rules, like how am I suppose to be excited about a twist? We'll see though.
As expected Are you the one couples are the outcast by most of the cast, both teams have seen atleast one elimination.
I am not 100% about this.
If this is true i feel like JJ & Simone sent home Dustin & Jessica by the clues that you've been dropping. Also this means that neither AYTO teams have been in last place or else they would've just pinned them against each other.
There is a twist this season ;) The eliminated people is accurate, but the order is not by what I heard...
Let me put it this way just because you're out of the game, doesn't mean you cannot make it to the final.
They already lost the CT and diem fanbase so they really dont want to lose the Johnny and wes fanbase.
I saw a wes tweet yesterday, can he use the internet?
What were we discussing in the other thread before some of our posts were moved over here? Let me think...oh yeah, we were giving our opinions on how MTV will handle the first episode of Battle of the Exes 2. I was just saying that I would hope it would be done in a classy way and I believe I said something like if CT were asked to give a confessional right after she was taken to the hospital that I would be wanting to say "F you" to the producers. I'm sure it killed him that he couldn't go with her when she was airlifted out and had to wait that extra day. I'm sure he was worried sick.
Carpe, I've really been wanting to hear some good news as well. I'm wondering what stage the cancer is in now. I think her starting chemo sooner rather than later would be for the best but they have to wait until she is stable, I realize that. Poor Diem having to go through this all again. Her soul must get so weary of it!
Haven't read or heard anything more on Diem's condition except what her sister, Meghan shared w/People. If you do Twitter, you can pick up some nice comments from her friends who have been to see her. Some have attached photos or YouTube videos they've made for her. It's been great to see how many of the Challenge participants have sent their good wishes along w/the link to MedGift. Our friend and D's, V1Man donated $1000 to her expense fund. There is a lot to be said for the collective power of prayer; for many of us, that is the best contribution we could make on her behalf. #Warrior #Hero
Not a fan of this twist at all. If a team that has already been eliminated goes on to win the Final, it will completely ruin the season. Hopefully this plays out like it usually does on Big Brother/Survivor, and the team that comes back gets sent right back out the door.
Lol funny how I said this twist earlier and everyone thought it was dumb
Because it's truly one of the silliest ideas ever. Survivor is a superior show in every way to The Challenge with far superior casting and the idea was horrible (though it kind of worked on Blood vs Water...).
Rewarding losers (regardless of how the twist is set up) on a free vacation is silly. How well it's received will only depend on who benefits from it.

Yep reminds me of Survivor as well. Survivor worked well bc of the BvW (And ruperts stupid idea, although noble to take his wife's place). I don't know. I'll wait to see how it plays out before I judge!
My guess is that two people go into the first elimination (Dustin & Jess Vs whoever)
Dustin & Jessica lose, and they go to a separate house (aka Redemption Island)
the next team to be eliminated (??) also go to the Redemption House and battle Dustin & Jess.
Whoever wins stays in the 2nd house and the loser goes home..
Im also going to guess that if the person in the Redemption House wins the Challenge they get to go back into the house; it would make sense I suppose.
Does anyone besides me absolutely love the rumored twist? It sounds amazing! We needed something to shake up the house a bit and give those who normally do not make the final a second chance to do so. I hope mtv.com gives us a Ponderosa-styled miniseries to watch online!
This twist is complete bull **** and this season is going to suck first the are you the one losers now they literally reward people for sucking.
I agree, however, on one of the seasons where this similar twist was active, it actually made for a great story.
But on the Challenge, a twist of this nature won't play out that well because of how the politics always work in the house.
Also depends on the format of the twist, but regardless I foresee it being utter trash.

It's not as amazing as it sounds. This is just a repeat of the Challenge trying to be edgy like on The Island... it doesn't work.

I get that it's a knock off of RI. RI didn't work for Survivor (except during BvW), but that doesn't guarantee that it won't work for The Challenge.

I think it sounds neat. Everyone complains about the challanges being boring and same old, same old, but then they try something different this year with fresh cast members and an added twist, and people are STILL complaining. Oh well! :p

I agree, this challenge is going to be refreshing compared to the last 5 (minus Seasons).
The eliminated exes go into exhile. Thats where the eliminated people get a chance to compete for a spot in the final, that's going to be shown online. Lets say Dustin/Jess were eliminated first, then Thomas/Hailey. They have to go against each other and the one that survives go against the third team that got eliminated and so on until the last team that stays standing and then goes to the final. I posted this in this thread also because i don't know if all you saw the twist in the other thread
^^ hold your faking horses.. is it possible Dustin is not gone?
No he's back in the states with his GF
He got eliminated by both of the AYTO teams meaning his 1st and 2nd elimination

Because what is 'new' isn't necessarily any better and because the suggested idea of the twist has been seen in a similar fashion before, it's just as open to criticism as anything else.

They should not be allowed into the final. Even MB/CBS knew better than to do that with Survivor. It's rewarding the people who suck, choke, or otherwise put themselves in a position to potentially be thrown out of the game.
Well I haven't seen survivor so I'm excited for it. Some of y'all need to find a hobby instead of complaining about a TV show 24/7. Honestly you guys complain about the cast, new cast, rules, new rules, if you don't like it THAT much then change the channel, find a new message board & LEAVE! The constant negative posts are annoying. The Challenge isn't life or death & no one is forcing you to watch!

Ughhh. Just when I got excited :S
If it really is Jess fault, I am gonna be so mad

Yeah it's rumored that the exhile they lost was a puzzle and Jess didn't listen to him

There are plenty if people who have been eliminiated but send home before finals. They do not all suck.
Like if Jordan wins, Leroy is last, Jordan puts Bananas in, they lost bc eliminiation round is physical... don't they deserve another change?
