Lol I think the fact that Nany was even able to keep up with Laurel during the mountain climb speaks a lot about her as a competitor. She really impressed me!

I remember them showing Laurel and Nany climbing and I was like "IS THAT ******* NANY?!?!" Haha she did good the first day but that mountain climb was where she really impressed me. I always wondered if someone like Theresa would have been able to keep up. Zach couldn't.

LOL! Poor Zach is too big for his own good sometimes!!!

Zach couldn't because he's giant, it's a **** of a lot harder for someone whose over 200 pounds to breath in the thin mountain air.

it was a shame that leroy held laurel back in the swamp challenge right before the finale. it would have been interesting to see how laurel would have done in that without leroy dragging her down since theresa and nany were 1 and 2

And how would have been if Devyn got eliminated instead of Theresa in the last elimination. A finale of Theresa, Laurel and Nany would have been epic to watch.

Johnny R beat Bananas by 30 min that climb thing and he still suck in lot of people opinions. Nany 'keeps up' with Laurel and she is the best girl in the house bc that was soo impressive.... :/ makes sense

I don't think Bananas was exactly giving his all in that mountain climb. He already knew he won so he didn't feel the need to have to beat Johnny R up it. I think if Bananas knew he was behind in times then he would have been busting his *** to make it before Johnny R.

**** its impressive for Nany because no one expected that chick to be as good as she was during the final. It's probably more surprising than impressive but no one knew what to expect from Nany. Devyn finishing the moutain was also impressive as ****!! Laurel is expected to always do well. It was cool to see Devyn and Nany compete with her.

No one said she is the best girl because of it we just said we were impressed by it because I for one didn't expect her to be able to keep up. Johnny R - Bananas is different from Laurel - Nany. Bananas is beatable in most things while Laurel is so far unbeatable in 99% of things.

Nany is good, not great

Worst Winners Ever:

#3 Dunbar (only won because of sucking Brad off in Cutthroat)

#2 Tori (She only won Gauntlet 3 because of Big Easy tanking in the finale, went far because of Brad in Duel 2 and was rode Brad's coattails to win Cutthroat)

The Worst Winner Ever = Johanna (I don't even want to get into her. Has she ever won an elimination?)

Tori is so underrated

Most Satisfying Winner :

#3) Laurel (Free Agents)- I know everyone hates Laurel attitude wise but I think she can talk and back it up. He attitude is better IMO that others who honestly can't back it up *cough* Jenn & Paula *cough*. I'm happy she was by herself this time and she really deserved a win. I wanted her and Cara to win Rivals so bad too.

#2) Inferno 2 - Happy the 4 Good Guys I actually liked (Landon, Darrell, Miz and Jamie Chung) won it all

Most Satisfying Winners Ever = Inferno 3 - The opposite this time for me. The Bad ***** I liked (Kenny, Derrick, Abram, Evelyn, Tonya & Janelle) won it all. I also didn't like how Susie and Cara played the game. It was also my favorite Derrick's first win (and he was only there because CT punched a guy)

Tori is so underrated

I want to see Tori in a Challenge without Brad. She would not survive at all

I find that I really like you CMJ Smile

Johanna/ Rachel they literally did nothing the entire season

Yay!!! Please tell me you hate Paula and Jenn?? If you do, you are my new best friend haha

I forgot about Rachel haha. I still think one of the best moments in challenge history was her hysterically crying after her loss to Jenn in Inferno 3.

Would you settle for me hating Jenn and just being indifferent to Paula? For some reason, I cannot work up enough interest anymore to hate her! LOL Besides, from reading the Favorite characters thread, I think we might have to put our besties status on hold due to my antipathy towards Laurel. Unless you're willing to overlook it? Smile

I completely agree with Johanna but Tori was the one on cutthroat who did the politics, Brad hid in her purse all game.

Brad needed a new strategy lol. Being the good guy only made him a seven time loser

Deal! I love Laurel as an athlete and competitor. I liked her attitude on FM2/Cutthroat & Rivals. Free Agents was meh for me (especially when she was cheering Jessica over CM) but I was still happy she won.

Okay. I'll pretend that it's ok that you like Laurel and you pretend that my indifference to Paula doesn't matter and we each got ourselves a new best friend. Tough negotiation but it works for me. Got your back CMJ! LOL

What I find interesting is that we never really have suprising/underdog winners in the final. The person you expect to win, almost always wins.  We get suprising eliminations  all the time but never suprsing finals which I find annoying.

THIS POST ONLY IS TALKING UP ABOUT SEASONS UP TO FREE AGENTS. I'D APPRECIATE IT IF YOU DIDN'T HINT SEASON 26 SPOILERS OR EVEN THINK ABOUT THEM IF YOU'RE GONNA RESPOND TO THIS.

Pardon

What about the rookies on the gauntlet 3 or The gray team not winning on cutthroat ? Or Landon & Carley on fresh meat 2?

"almost always wins"

Plus I meant more like the under dog team/person beat the obvious winning team/person. The Gauntlet 3.. we all know how that went down. So I guess the only suprising wins where the team you didn't expect to win, won, were Cutthroat & Freshmeat 2. But at the same time from what I remember Red Team was in the lead pretty much the whole time. I wish we had more close finishes like The Ruins.

I put a post about this in the interesting facts thread a long time ago. I think something like 80% of the time the team that was statistically the best during the season winds up winning.  The only exceptions from Battle of the Sexes 1 to now are:

Fresh Meat: Darrell/Aviv win (Evan/Coral win most challenges)

Duel: Wes wins (Evan wins most challenges)

Gauntlet 3: Rookies win (Vets win most challenges)

Duel 2: Evan wins (Landon wins most challenges)

Fresh Meat 2: Landon/Carley win (Kenny/Laurel win most challenges)

Cutthroat: Red wins (Grey wins most challenges)

Free Agents: Laurel wins (Jessica wins most challenges...this one is a little shifty though)

Every other winner has been the winningest player/pair/team on the season. (Or tied in the case of Bananas on Free Agents)
