What are you talking about? It is the very definition of self preserving. This move will benefit her having one less tough competitor to go against in the final, ***uring her a definite second place. In the past JB has lead and backstabbed others to save his own ***. This is the name of the game, and unfortunately for JB, this time, his back was the one that got stabbed. I do believe that Sarah has been able to make this bold moves due to her having a great partner, unlike in previous challeges. But I think when she refers to "being nice" she refers to Seasons 2 in particular, having kept JD and Devyn to win as a WHOLE team as oppose to having her and chet alone. Either way, great move Sarah. I don't hate JB, but I enjoy him having to go into eliminations. He's a tough competitor, and I like to see how they fair in eliminations. He's a beast, and I'm sure he'll have a good showing next epsiode, whether if he wins or loses.
Theres a difference from getting yourself to a final and getting yourself a bigger check is all I'm saying. She took away banana's and leroys possible chance to even compete when she didn't have to. And again when has jb back stabbed someone to save his own *** outside of paula and Leroy? Which Johnny has more then made it up to her by backing her in rivals 1 and 2. Dunbar who didn't do anything to earn his key? Camilia when jb was forced to choose between Paula and her? If hes so terrible why do people keep working with him instead of banding together to kick him off at the start like they did with Wes in seasons 2? Speaking of seasons 2 lets not pretend she didn't benefit from having jd and Devyn. Teams of 2 were at a severe disadvantage during most of the challenges and having them gave chet and her a cushion in a worse case scenario. They couldn't have known the final would of benefited a 2 person team more then keeping devyn and jd around. Especially after cut throat's team based final where numbers helped. I honestly think if the shoe were on the other foot and jb went back on his word and threw in sarah then people would be singing a different tune but since johnny supposedly deserves it then its ok to backstab friends which apparently is good karma for Sarah in some peoples eyes. Of course if Sarah and JB aren't friends then none of this really matters. Send him in since you have no attachments and its better for you. If he is her friend then yea its pretty messsed up. I just think its funny that people are calling Sarah's move the "greatest move in challenge history" or a smart move in general. Its a logical move. Even basic common sense. I guess it depends on how you're looking at the choice.

Had to stop you right there. Why do we have to create an entire list of people? You just named Leroy and Paula. That's 2 more than Sarah ever has. But it's more if you include Dunbar and Camila who rightfully did get backstabbed.
And why does it matter if Sarah and Backpack are friends or not? It's a game. You have to put that aside in order to win sometimes. And if you are really friends then they will understand and won't hold it against you. If they can't well how good of friends were you really?
And People keep saying Backpack takes his friends to the end...Well that's because he can afford to. In most seasons he's on he's usually on top and in no danger. He's hardly had his back against the wall and had to sacrifice peole in order to save his ***. I bet if he were pressured more he'd be ******* people over left and right.. I mean this is his job after all and he's not above screwing people as we've seen.
And when you have friends like Kenny and Evan, two big strong competitors... it's not that hard to "take them to the end" with you. If anything, they took him to the end.

Evan was fodder on rivals one. Johnny and Tyler were argueably the best team. Wes and Kenny kept dqing so no if anything his team led the charge and was in a position to help more then Wes and Kenny were. Ruins was a shut out. Gauntlet 3 he was eliminated by Evan. I cant even really remember the island's elimination rounds.
I'll respond to your other post as well. I never said Johnny hasn't screwed people but at the same time people act like thats all he does. Nor is it a list on who's a worse person. Why is then that he's helped his friends make it to end or even into the finals people only focus on the negatives? Camilia got "backstabbed" because you can only save one of your friends. So is he a jerk for having only one vote? Dunbar did nothing and tried to get carried so he really didn't have a leg to stand on. He probably expected them to build the boat and row him there. Again I'm not defending his actions only trying to see how people have arrived at the conclusion that he would of screwed Sarah. Also to the post above yours. Its one thing to beat friends in a game. Its another to take that chance away from them. The final was right there. I'd expect my friends to be pissed if I simply took that opportunity away from them when all I had to do was allow them to compete. Its not entirely a me or them situation either. Its a me only choice.

Well what if your friend was the strong competitior that had a good shot of winning? What if you were so tired of losing and wanted a legit shot of life-changing money? What if the only thing that's standing in the way of that is your friend? Are you really just gonna vote in the layup so he can get a chance to get in the final and more than likely beat you and you ending up pennyless at the end of it all? Really? And like I Said before your friend should understand what you did what you did. If they don't then you weren't friends. He/She and you both know it's a game and it shouldn't affect you relationship.
And come on..These shows are Backpack's job. If you really don't think he'd screw Sarah just to get in the final then I don't know what to tell you. Money or Friend? Pretty easy decision if you ask me.

And she didn't take anything away from him. He had an opportunity to win in the dome and come back just like anyone else.
Yeah, going into an eliminaton versus Nia & Leroy isn't a death sentence. People forget Johnny's a big strong guy and has played this game before and beat Thee Mark Long who's twice his size. Nany's a better competitor than Nia (in my opinion). The opportunity for "Banany" to win looks strongly in their favor.
I agree with all of that shockingly except it's highly speculated that Mark threw that so Bananas could win the whole thing and give him a piece of the pie. He apparently didn't have faith Robin could do well enough in a final to win.

Lol mark threw it, plus Nia is MUCH stronger than Nany.
Leroy is stronger than bananas, and Nia is stronger than Nany so no they don't have a win favoring them
Is there anything suggesting that Mark actually threw it besides paranoid Robin throwing it out there at the reunion and people here hearing about it and taking it as gospel? I don't think Mark is so bad of a person that he would knowingly even take 20K away from Robin who was pretty vocal about the fact that she was having a rough time making ends meet financially.
Johnny's beaten two other guys now in the same event aside from Mark who are bigger than he is (Dunbar and Adam) and I absolutely anticipate him giving Leroy hell in that elimination. He'll put up a much bigger fight than Wes did against Leroy in this same event.

That's not his problem. Besides, Robin was arguably the weakest girl on that entire season after Naomi. She was never going to beat any other girl in any elimination.

The thing is you're going off assumptions not backed up by any facts. I keep asking when did JB screw a friend over to give him a better spot in a final. Yes he's done it to keep himself in the game but hasn't himself thrown a friend in to further his chances of winning in a final. He typicaly goes after rookies or people he dislikes like wes and Ct in the past. Another reason why he had Sarah/jordan vote leroy in. To not chance himself in the elimination and the one after that and to get rid of wes. I'm not even sure why Leroy didn't think that far ahead. I mean what did he think would happen? The most likely scenario is that jay/jenna lose to wes/theresa. Worst case is that wes and theresa come back win and send him in. And lets be honest, j&j winning against any of those teams left in a elimination would be a massive upset. With wes and theresa gone all teams had a better chance of winning the last mission or avoiding a last minute elimination to make it to the final. Yea Johnnys not the guy who's going to throw himself on the sword but at the same time theres nothing backing up the general consensus around here that he would send in Sarah and Jordan if hes friends with Sarah in order to place higher in the final. He'd most likely have sent in the rookies as a last minute layup and face off against leroy/nia and sarah/jordan in the final. Hell even Wes and leroy were going to send the rookies into the final elimination to ensure that the 3 last deserving teams went into the final. Even with their past animosity and starting off on different sides for this challenge. So how people can sit here and say that Johnny would of sent in Sarah and Jordan when he's getting along with them makes zero sense. His reaction also backs that up. He's absolutly in shock because he thought all 3 deserving teams would be in the final and that after wes was gone that all they had to do was get rid of J&J. Also anyone notice how Jordan was so insistant about keeping the rookies for the final that he got into a fight with wes about it and how he was reluctant about not doing so at the last minute? If anything Jordan should of been pushing Sarah to throw in jb and nany. I wonder why his stance seemed like a total 180.

a little off toic but here's my opinion of a list from weakest to strongest.
Dunbar (but he's the heaviest), Adam, Mark (i've heard he benched 375), Leroy.

you also gotta realize Leroy beat Wes three times in a row. And Wes was stornger back then. backpack beat Mark twice and beat Adam only once. and beat DummyBear only once.

I'm sure he cut robin into the deal if he indeed made one. Because you're right, mark isn't a heartless person who would take money away from a single mom like that.
I do think he'll put up a fight, but Leroy is very strong. Do I hope he gets crushed by Leroy? Yes , do I think he will, no.
I'm mostly looking forward to Nia crushing Nany .
At the end of the day, Sarah made the best move for herself. Friends backstabbed friends before, this is old news. And the simple fact the JB was willingly letting Sarah and Jordan throw in Leroy and Nia, is proof enough that JB is capable of backstabbing. So it could mean that he would/wouldn't have thrown Sarah/Jordan or Leroy/Nia in against each other if he would've won the last mission.

I don't think he backstabbed Leroy. Sarah and Jordan wanted to get rid of Wes so at that point its either Bananas or Leroy going in why is he going to send himself in? He let Sarah and Jordan do what they wanted and just stayed out of it its not like he was campaigning to get rid of Leroy. I wouldn't be suprised if he would have done the same thing pitting Sarah/Jordan vs Leroy/Nia in the last elimination but honestly I don't think he would have. He seems to stay loyal to his friends in the last few challenges and Leroy and Sarah were his friends outside of the show. Sarah is desperate for a win so I don't blame her.

Yeah, besides the Leroy incident, I honestly don't remember Bananas screwing over any of his friends(besides Paula, because of Kenny).

Well like I mean. Backpack has never really had to screw over his friends. Most of The people he's cool with are also good competitors and make it to the end too as well as himself so it's really easy for him to not **** over any of his friends...He can afford not to.
Besides. It doesn't matter anyways. Sarah did what's best for her game when it's all said and done.

Absolutely, she made the best call, I just hope Bananas and Nia doesn't verbally assault her next episode.

They will. Bananas will throw a fit because he was "betrayed" by Sarah, and Nia has just been salty 24/7 so she'll will flip out on Sarah because she didn't get the team she wanted to go against.

Sarah and Jordan have plotted from the beginning to get rid of Wes/Theresa and Bananas/Nany, and they've already completed 50% of that. Good for Sarah, playing her game and screwing people in the process.
Oh yeah, I was busy so I didn't have time to recap the show. Don't kill me. >_>
She said it plainly. Perfect.

"Theresa, let go" was pretty funny. Reminded me of the elimination between cara and ___(nia?) on FA.
Yeah, that's what Johnny was referring to during his fight with Nia when he said"I was the only one last season who supported you".
Terrible excuse for support imo. If it was almost any other girl Backpack would be rooting against Nia.
As if she's supposed to be grateful for that lmao who cares? Jessica & some others were also cheering for Nia.
LOL Mr. CT's Backpack is dead next week
Yeah, plus Johnny was literally only rooting against cara.
