Exactly. I just feel like I've seen worst on the show and they're using Nia as their test bunny. I do think that Nia deserves consequences and what she did/say was wrong. But really? Why didn;t they just warn her after pulling Jordan's pants down.

It's possible that they did and we just didn't see it. But like I said, Cooke and Knight were friends on the show and messing around at the time so it wasn't seen as malicious. Nia clearly had malicious intentions and had gone from yelling like a crazy person to pulling someone's pants down to using slurs to touching someone's privates. To a certain degree, they could have seen her as too big of a flight risk at that point to keep around based on a conglomerate of all of those actions.

She was her biggest enemy and she knew the consequences.
