Not excusing his actions but it's a shame that a man who puts his hands on a woman once is held in the same light as a man who does is it regularly. Actually he's held in a worst light. Also it's funny how the Real World crew made a big deal about what Jason did but they didn't care who Bruno put his hands on. It's like Chris Brown-Rihanna vs Sean Penn-Madonna. And if you don't know what Sean Penn did to Madonna, my point is made. Real World Production are a bunch of racist bigots.

His dad was rude....that was so awkward. Like he didn't even seem happy to meet his son, it was just like he was there because production forced him to be..

I think he was embarassed and ashamed of his past actions to seem happy about it, but since Lafeyette has an ego and is naturally prideful, he covered up his pain with a strong attitude; but make no mistake he does care. Why would he be happy to meet his son in that condition JEKFan?

Did they do any of these violence PSAs when Bruno was going on his Hulk sprees?!

They did have a PSA but if i remember correctly it was for Anger Management.

kinda true...that Sean penn shit still scares me smh. It needs to be all or nothing...either treat all situations as serious or don't at all. Brunos actions were regularly crazy and scary..as a female in that house, I would not be comfortable. Even when he threw the table an inch away from Sylvia...Jason does it once and it's a huge issue. I don't want to necessarily chalk it up to racism, but certainly favoritism is going on.

Yeah I honestly can't get over that. Nicole said in her interview talking about Jason in regards to his daughter, "how are you going to treat women the way you do?" This was her biggest hypocritcal statement since she is best friends with Bruno who showed very little respect to women all season.

In regards to Bruno and his actions towards females, if he goes on a future challenge it would be interesting to see him interact with other female competitors.

I forgot all about that afterbuzz thing. I get excited cause I think it's up and posted. Low and behold MTV makes them cancel it Sad

Nicole and Bruno would be interesting to see on a challenge together since she would defend Bruno's actions.

She'd be back in the states before she gets the chance to defend him.

True, true.
Its also made completely worse by the fact that Jason immediately knows what he did was wrong and wanted to make amends. But Bruno offers not a single apology and then decide to ignore the roommates for pretty much the second half of the season. What kind of message is that sending?

So I gotta say something because I was so mad reading this thread that I had to make an account.

MTV has been so hypocritical with how they handle the cast members on the challenge versus how they treat them on the real world.

Apparently you can do whatever the **** you want on real world now and not face any repercussions. MTV made that house unsafe by not doing anything sooner. As soon as Sylvia put her hands on madison like that without even knowing what was going on means she should have been kicked out right on the spot. But since they didn't the other cast members obviously thought it was cool to be violent. this then allows bruno to go on his rampage and he gets to stay as well and they didn't even have a therapist after that. He showed that he had serious and possibly dangerous habits and they left it alone. Im not surprised that Jason got physical with Nicole in some ways because MTV let people act that way and he got to stay.

Also for all of you who are saying Nicole is blowing out of proportion are just plain ignorant. Someone brought up that when Bruno was ****** that he pushed her and she didn't get mad but thats a completely different situation. He wasn't pushing her to intentionally harm her he was doing it to move her out of the way. And because Bruno wasn't mad at her she didn't feel in danger. But with the fight with Jason it was directly at her and she was scared because he is almost twice her size. Yes we know nicole works out but if jason is drunk and ****** and they got into a fight it doesn't end well for her. She felt like she was in danger and to be honest she was and if you restrain her with her being so scared for her life you feel helpless and it looks like she never experienced that so I feel really bad for her. You shouldn't put your hands on anyone but idc if a girl gets in my face im not hitting her, throwing her, or get up in her face.

For the whole production part all of you forgot why MTV can't show it. Do you guys remember what happened on Jersey Shore with Snooki? For those of you who don't basically what happened was in one episode some rando guy at a bar straight punched Snooki in the face. I remember it really well because she just dropped and they should him hitting her on the commercials and the first airing. But after MTV showed that they were highly criticized for sensationalizing violence on women. So after that they now no longer show that part if you try to watch that episode. But as much as that is the case MTV edits the shows where they never show what actually happened if it was serious. That way its more of a he said she said and MTV can manipulate people's opinions because they can't see it themselves just what other people thought and how MTV wanted to edit it.
Then MTV turns around and are all of a sudden super conservative on the challenge. Yes I understand that MTV is paying people big money if they win and it's a privilege but so is the Real World. Recently Nia touched Jordan's ***** (with permission but obviously was uncomfortable) and she was kicked out that night. Which was the right thing to do. And when Adam punched Ty on Rivals, hes immediately kicked out. What I don't get is appaerntly if you're on real world you can take a weapon and beat it over the back of the head and it be ok. Its ridiculous how MTV handled everything.

I get that Nicole might be playing favorites but idc about that because we all treat people differently. But if she is upset with anyone it should be MTV they fostered a dangerous environment. I feel like since the season was skeletons that they were going to keep everyone at almost all costs because if you kick them out and then they didn't even have their skeleton then they wasted money. Has anyone noticed that there has been physical violence the past three seasons and no one has had to leave because of it? In portland it was nia, explosions was jenny and hailey (somewhat brian but i wouldn't count it) and now skeletons. What Bruno and Jason did was wrong but its MTV's fault all the way .

i doubt Jason was tyring to hurt cuz if he was then he would have beaten her bloody right there and then. and you seem to forget Nicole got in his face twice. i mean she was asking for Jason to pick her up and put her against the wall.  when he pushed her away, she should have realized that he was ******. but she tries to be superwoman and got in his face again as if things were going to be different.

plus not a lot of people realize this but Jason was trying to remove himself from the situation by going upstairs. nicole ran upstairs after him. and what about that time wen Jay and Cole got into a an argument and she pushed Jay into a wall (not hard but still).

Really?! I wonder why. I actually came to this forum today specifically to see if anyone was talking about it and if it was worth watching, lol. But Johnny Bananas just posted an interview a few days ago that he did with Afterbuzz, didn't he? (I'm pretty sure that's what it was, but the link wasn't working for me so I'm not 100% sure!) So, why would they let him do an interview with that site but not this cast?

Nicole and Bruno would be interesting to see on a challenge together since she would defend Bruno's actions.
She'd be back in the states before she gets the chance to defend him.

I feel like she would make it farther than him.

To quote CT, "If you wanna poke a stick at an angry bear, go ahead." The whole grabbing situation could have been avoided if she stayed downstairs. Point blank. Especially when she ran up and got big and bad with him. She put herself in that situation, so she is partly to blame.

No need for a book.

So according to a podcast in which the podcaster has a connection with production says to expect a lot of skeletons on the next challenge

Alicia , Allysa ,  Briah , Jessica and Skylar probably all got asked along with Bruno , Madison , Tony and Violetta tbh.

Don't think I want Madison in the challenge environment.
