Since Nicole is an EMT she probably needs to get so many hours in during a set time to keep her job. I think she only went back for the weekend as well. The challenge is only over like a month I believe whereas the Real World is over 3 months.

Don't have to be Seasons, but MTV tends to favor rookies that made the finals in their first season over those that get eliminated pretty easy without making any impact and they cast especially those that bring a redemption story with them aka DQs/ not doing good in finals / being behind the expectations / prove everyone wrong (as Evelyn/Cara Maria/Devyn/Big Easy/Shauvon/Ty/Brandon/Luke/Nia/Preston/Jasmine/Dustin/Sarah/Kaitlynn).
Plus after what V1man said and if MTV is will really focussing on these last four real world seasons (StThomas/Portland/ExPlosion/Skeletons) - the others aren't that new anymore to me - and they are indeed not casting AYTO/Old School people, I expect at least 10-12 people from these "newer" seasons with Cory/Bruno/Tony as pretty much locks.

Well, even though she told them from the get go she was never doing a challenge...She has been ask for last season and this season. She would have received availabilities calls even if she didnt made the final cast, which most likely she would have had since Jon Murray really really like her.
