I completely agree. I want a Seasons 3 so we can see a team of Johnny, Jordan, Averey and Nia. That would be super epic.

I agree with both of you guys. I wish they showed the cast members interracting with people from their original Real World seasons. That's why I want another Battle of the Seasons because it'd be interesting to see everyone interracting with each other. A Portland team would be awesome in terms of both competition and drama. The main storyline would be them trying to work out their differences in order to cross the finish line together. It'd be great TV if they won. I think it's hilarious how the dynamics are different for the Portland cast now. Who knew Averey would go from disliking Nia and dating Reilly to loving Nia and hating Reilly with a passion lol

But you have to be realistic that BMP isn't going to cast quality choices a lot of people got calls because it was necessary to make sure they had enough players and bloodlines that could bloth commit. I only wanted to see Latoya just to see how she would interact with Swift being that she went crazy everytime he accused them of hooking up. Being that it wasn't addressed during Free Agents and she wasn't partnered with him on Exes 2 I don't care to see her. Nia may not have been memorable on Free Agents but her Real World season and her arguments with Jasmine on the aftershow is why people wanted to see her again.

That could just mean she doesn't wanna deal with all the excessive drama outside the house. I doubt she even paid the Nia drama any mind and thought she should go on an after show and go into detail about. Alot of people talk about st Thomas being boring but they really haven't been on that many seasons. People forget that sometimes people on this show take time to be entertaining. Aneesa and Paula(in her case she just became unlikable) are good example. The same could happen for the st Thomas crew.

IMO Portland has the title for Best Newer RW Season. I don't like Jordan or Reilly but that cast as a whole has consistently brought the dramatics to the Challenges lol

I agree. I think Portland and Las Vegas 2 really brought the most to the challenges in terms of the newer RW seasons.
I completely agree. I want a Seasons 3 so we can see a team of Johnny, Jordan, Averey and Nia. That would be super epic.
What sucks is I feel like people focus so much on Portland & Las Vegas 2 that St. Thomas gets missed.
I enjoyed alot of people from that season. Almost everybody brought something to their challenge seasons. Beside maybe Laura but I feel like she was overshadowed by the other 3 on her team.
Yeah Portland didn't have a great real world season but the cast individually is awesome and they have a great cast for the challenges.
The thing with Portland is that they STILL have so much drama between them lol & the dynamics are a lot different from when they were actually in the RW house...Nia & Averey love each other now, Averey & Reilly can't stand each other, Jessica still can't stand Jordan, Nia & Jordan still have a love/hate relationship, I think Nia & Ana aren't really close anymore, etc. I really want Joi to come on & for Nia & Marlon to do at least one challenge together.
Whereas with Vegas 2, if you're just now getting into The Challenge you wouldn't even know Leroy & Nany were on the same season. It seems like the Vegas 2 cast (other than Dustin/Nany I think) don't talk at all on the show. Same with Cooke on Rivals 2.
St. Thomas is another group that is great for the Challenges as individuals but these themes keep prohibiting them from getting on.
I agree about Portland. They have drama among each other and good competitors from the cast.
I think they just don't show Leroy/Nany for some reason because I remember on Rivals 2 Leroy said he had a close bond with Nany and Diem said Leroy considered her like sister. I wish they showed them more. Also Diem said she has never seen a season as close as the Vegas 2 cast. I wish they would show that because that cast had such great chemistry.
I really just want to see more of Marlon. I could care less for Jordan, he's got his win. Johnny's cool, but again, I could care less.
St. Thomas needs more representation though. I really don't want to see Marie being the only one from that season.
To me the St Thomas cast is blah. Marie is the only one I care to see. I like Robb but he is pretty boring on the challenges along with Laura and Trey. Brandon Kane just sucks in general and I can't stand Latoya but I know most people on here like her. And Swift is unberable to watch.
If Laura is going to be on one, it needs to be without Trey and maybe she won't be so nonexistent for once.
I agree with both of you guys. I wish they showed the cast members interracting with people from their original Real World seasons. That's why I want another Battle of the Seasons because it'd be interesting to see everyone interracting with each other. A Portland team would be awesome in terms of both competition and drama. The main storyline would be them trying to work out their differences in order to cross the finish line together. It'd be great TV if they won. I think it's hilarious how the dynamics are different for the Portland cast now. Who knew Averey would go from disliking Nia and dating Reilly to loving Nia and hating Reilly with a passion lol
I do wonder (but at the same time completely understand) why Robb wouldn't want to test his highly improved strength on a Challenge again...since Zach told Marie he would "kill her man" I wonder would he say that shit now lmaoo it would be greatness if Robb actually came back & made this into a mini-storyline.
LaToya is sorely needed on this show but I don't think she really enjoyed her time on Free Agents. Hopefully Marie worked some magic & convinced her to do this upcoming one.
I'm indifferent to Swift/Trey/Laura...why does everybody dislike Brandon Kane lmao from what I saw of St. Thomas he wasn't that bad.
Let's not hype St. Thomas when it comes to The Challenge. Swift brought nothing to show aside from knocking Latoya out during the first challenge,Trey was unentertaining as usual, Robb was big for no reason and didn't contribute anything but a lame fight with Derrick, and Latoya didn't do anything special but join the "I hate Nia" club which got her scalped on Twitter.
The only person who was entertaining was Marie. BYE!

My point was just that MTV has made it clear they only want to cast people from the seasons that pretty much caused the Real World to be canceled instead of quality old schoolers that would bring back a fanbase. They'd rather cast worthless people like Jay and AYTO than someone good like KellyAnne, that's MTV for you. My fingers are crossed I've wanted to see Ashli every challenge since The Island but I don't have that faith in MTV. Latoya was everything in those four episodes with her elimination round against Jemmye to calling Jordan out. I mean her not liking Nia had no impact on the season or even made air so that's irrelevant.

It made no impact because Latoya had no impact. I was all for Latoya and Swift being on The Challenge especially the same season and they failed. Marie is the only entertaining peson from St. Thomas that has been on The Challenge and I stand by that.

I mean yeah in the grand scheme of things she didn't have an impact, but neither did Nia. Girl was basically invisible and then had a great season on Exes 2. I'm more than willing to let Toya come back and entertain, especially since she did on RW and for her short time on FA too.
Lmao I only really want LaToya ( I think/hope her & Nia will patch things up), Marie & Robb (to shut Zach up). The other 4 I couldn't care less.
My thing is they need BALANCE. They need Coral & Nia going head-to-head, they need Beth stirring up some drama between Nany & whoever, they need Darrell getting his title back, etc.
I only wanted to see Latoya just to see how she would interact with Swift being that she went crazy everytime he accused them of hooking up. Being that it wasn't addressed during Free Agents and she wasn't partnered with him on Exes 2 I don't care to see her. Nia may not have been memorable on Free Agents but her Real World season and her arguments with Jasmine on the aftershow is why people wanted to see her again.
We don't need Marie and Robb to shut up Zach we just need Marie because Robb will only her back. I get that people say Latoya went off on Jordan but he declined this season and she didn't address the Nia situation when Nia was going off on the aftershow they were on nor the Swift situation on Free Agents so what would she really bring to the next season? I want to see people who have unfinished business or who will atleast throw themselves in the drama.
I mean Robb & Zach in an elimination or at least a physical mission (since Zach told Marie on Seasons 2 that he would "kill her man" I want to see if he can back up his talking, esp. since Robb has gotten a lot bigger & stronger)
Now you know LaToya will get into at least some type of drama. Her track record so far supports that. It doesn't have to be just Jordan, I can easily see her getting into it with Johnny B., Reilly, Zach, etc. plus there is always the chance her & Nia don't patch things up & end up arguing. If she doesn't, it would be good just to see the whole LaToya/Marie thing on a Challenge...it could bring back the humor this show has been missing for so long.
That could just mean she doesn't wanna deal with all the excessive drama outside the house. I doubt she even paid the Nia drama any mind and thought she should go on an after show and go into detail about. Same for Swift, I mean if she brings drama on challenges, I don't really care if she decides to not tweet about it or go on after shows talking more about it
Alot of people talk about st Thomas being boring but they really haven't been on that many seasons. People forget that sometimes people on this show take time to be entertaining. Aneesa and Paula(in her case she just became unlikable) are good example. The same could happen for the st Thomas crew.
I don't disagree with you on the cast needing balance but alot of the older cast members are done and have lives now. I mean there's barley any old Schoolers that are willing to return so how can they have this Balance?
