They probably haven't done that because they could potentially risk losing the people with legit fanbases like Backpack early on.
They really need to just not do another Rivals ever again. At this point it really makes no sense to even do one given that there aren't any real rivalries on this show anymore.

I for once agree, they should really stop restricting themselves with this themes and go back to the "fun,drama and competition wise" challenges where everyone can participate, the cast nowadays is so recycled that there are no real animosity or rivalries that aren´t set up on purpose (Jordan trying to be Banana´s rival was so bad lol).
Nany, Jenna, Camila, and CaraMaria need to take a break. Jonna, Jemmeye, and Jessica need to sit another one out. Marie, Jenn, Ayiiia, Averey, Nia, Cooke, and LaToya need to return. Ashley M, Sylvia, and Violetta need to be introduced and Riabna, Nicole, KellyAnne, and Candice need to return from season 27. Only in a perfect world tho...
