I like Robyn...lol. I just WISH BBUSA had casts that were just as unique as BBCan. I also dont like All Stars, I like seeing new people with new ideas play the game.
I need a BB10 type cast again. Wish they'd quit casting all these models and younger people.
I hope season 16 casts for some drama. 16 was so timid because of all the controversy that happened with 15. I hated 16, 17 was good until the dramtic people left.
My thing with Robyn is that she always says she wants a diverse group of political views and outlooks on life, yet everyone (for the most part) is always the same. Casting 16 people with 1 black girl and an Asian isnt diverse.

Yeah this is one of my main gripes as well, I'll include Jackie and even Audrey in there as diverse for 17 but other than that, the cast was very similar to one another, especially on the guy's side
At this point its not looking like an All Star season and Grodner and Robyn already stated that an All Star season wouldn't happen until they have a various selection of people to pick from and tbh they don't have that atm.
And BB17 in the diversity department definitely lacked because Jeff/Jace/Clay are not diverse they was the same type of character, and they had a load of blonde girls but one black chick.
Should I audition for Big Brother this year? Although I won't be 21 until June 3rd which is before they film so who gives a ****. But am I ready? Like I need to take summer classes this summer likeeeeeeeeee what to do? ****

there is a chance you would be 21 sometimes filming isn't till the end of June. I actually thought of applying because believe it or not I would make for good reality tv (many people have told me that I should apply for reality tv) but the Chicago open call i work that day so I would need to go like right away which I doubt see happening
Bad I think you should sign up if you think your ready for the experience.
The season premiere is confirmed for a June 22 launch so of course you'll meet the age requirement besides Nicole (BB16) didn't even turn 21 until like week in the house.
They ain't ready for me y'all lmaoooooooooLike I will turn shit up! When the last time you saw someone get dragged on Big Brother? Season 18 ;-) And the fashions I would bring every day. Like I gotta go and make an impact.
i would drag people for sure like if you know your possibly going home why the **** would you not blow up everyone else's game like you best believe your game is going to **** and your game is going down with me

Definitely I think if your going home you go out swinging, and I think I'll take the Kenya Moore route and just cause havoc before I leave and say outlandish shit and leave a mark so they bring my *** back.
Yeah I think robyn's casting is tweaked sadly. Jason, James & Day are the first people I can 100 percent say gives any of us a chance of making the show, them of all I know wasnt recruited in any type of way, the others are questionable.

Yeah. This show really needs to diversify in Race, Age, and personalities. They were good at this in the older seasons.

Agreed, they'd really found their sweet spot with 10 + 11... **** ,even 13 had a Latino and THREE black people, one of whome was one of four "older" players that season. Then 17's like, let's cast S****i as the oldest player who's 33 going on 18 -___-

Shit they even had two girls who looked the same in the house that season(Becky and S****i). There really is no reason for that.
Give me a season with a woman with a hijab, an athiest, 3 gays, a mormon, 2 models, a pastor, a Trump advocate, and a ****. I want coflicting views in EVERY way because then you have no choice but to work together to make it through the game.
We also need people who aren't afraid of conflict. Nowadays people are too nice and friendly with each other and barley anyone is willing to get into it with anyone. That shit is boring and needs to stop.

omg I am so sick of the everyone going with the house shit like be your own person play your own game. Don't let people run your game
It's need to be a good ratio of different races/religion/and social views in the house so it's already built in conflict and not manufactured drama.Becky/Shelli/Meg all were the same type of character, idk how production/CBS thought they were individual unique personalities.
Throw the twins in that mix too. Shelli: "My guilty pleasure?!... Chocolate" -___-
And yeah a how full of great personalities is lame, I need DBags, B words, and funny/awkward JMac. No try-hards though, can't stand em and hate that they somehow make it through casting

I think in the prior seasons before BB17 they went for the stereotypes, i.e. Donny/McCrae/Frankie/Judd.
But for BB17 they tried something different from the usual and failed miserably because it's no way we would've gotten a Becky or a Jackie in prior seasons. They cast that way for that season to show they don't type cast but in a sense they picked horrible people.
Whats your beef?!

I think I'm gonna try this shit too lol they wouldn't know what to do lmaooo

Yall know Robyn does not get final say in the cast.
I do think BBCAN gives her more freedom and say in final picks, but that just my assumption
Yeah I think robyn's casting is tweaked sadly. Jason, James & Day are the first people I can 100 percent say gives any of us a chance of making the show, them of all I know wasnt recruited in any type of way, the others are questionable.

Shelli had my head hurting the whole season. She would've went far if she wasn't up Clay *** the whole season.
Shit they even had two girls who looked the same in the house that season(Becky and S****i). There really is no reason for that.
Thought you were going to say Liz + Julia, DA lol
Am I the only one that doesn't care how diverse a cast is in terms of race? All I want is a great mix of personalities.
Yes. I dont want to watch a game show where everyone looks exaxctly the same race-wise.
Give me a season with a woman with a hijab, an athiest, 3 gays, a mormon, 2 models, a pastor, a Trump advocate, and a ****. I want coflicting views in EVERY way because then you have no choice but to work together to make it through the game.
i agree!!! At least to an extent... I don't like when they are all models

And personality wise too. It's like the people on the show nowadays are all the same person.
We also need people who aren't afraid of conflict. Nowadays people are too nice and friendly with each other and barley anyone is willing to get into it with anyone. That shit is boring and needs to stop.
