I say just cast the entertaining AYTO and leave the dustys. And make sure every season from St. Thomas - Go Big are represented and then fill in the gaps with old schoolers and regulars. BOOM lit cast.

St. Thomas, Portland (besides Johnny?.. Unless Marlon was serious), and Skeletons might be difficult. Especially the latter, with who knows how many of those girls wanting to do it.
When you cast for Battle of the Seasons, you need to try to cast people with previous house relationships. That's what makes it interesting besides the hook ups and competition.
