Because she was playing games with him. Telling him how much she liked him but then saying she had a boyfriend. Making out with him several times then denying it happened and acting like he was thristy by claming he kissed her (like she had no part in it). One minute telling him she has a boyfriend then coming back saying she wants to be with him. Saying she was in love with Austin but then hanging all over Dylan. He is just tired of her.
